Consistently the slowest drive thru, ive been here for over 15 minutes and i havent even reached the pay window Update: july10, still over 15 minutes to get through the drive through
Two people in the line us and one other person and they tell us to wait in reserved number 2 and we wait 10 mins and we're watching people drive off and then the guy finally comes out and is wondering who we are and he had gave our food to the people behind us. So disorganized.
I don’t understand why they are so slow. I came here at 11: 00 pm to order some food and it’s 11: 53 pm now still waiting in line.happened thrice. Great experience
The worst experience i ever had at a McDonald’s. I work as an uber eats driver and just was here to collect an order. It was 11: 30pm so drive thru was the only way to collect the order. When finally i got to reach the microphone, i called out after like a minute of silence when this rude guy says “can you wait! ” and then 5 minutes later when he comes back he asks for my order number. First he says they don’t have the order and then he says that it shows that i am still on my way and asked me to mark the order as arrived at the restaurant (an option which wasn’t even on my screen). I told him politely, that all i have on my screen is to start the delivery. He said that he has been doing uber for 3 years which seems to be a lie as he wouldn’t believe what i told him. He started saying rudely that he won’t give me the order till i mark myself at the store, which clearly I couldn’t (P. S: The order i completed before this one was from the McDonald’s on whyte ave and they didn’t ask me this thing or any other McDonald’s till date). I even told him that i could show him the screen. He said I don’t want to see your screen, and started calling me stupid. That is when i returned what he said to me as he wouldn’t listen to what my screen said. This is where he started cussing at me. Even after this, i went to the window to show this rude guy the proof of what i was saying. This guy started yelling at me and wouldn’t even look at what i was showing him. He slammed the window shut to my face. That is when i dropped the order and decided to never go here again. I would urge the restaurant management to please look properly into the people they hire as it would simply cost them loss of business. I didn’t catch the guy’s name but it was a white guy working on the drive thru pick up window. Date & Time of this incident: 15th July, 2021 at around 11: 30pm
Basically, the worst McDonald’s on the planet. No idea why they can’t push through orders like other McDonald’s.they are the slowest McDonald’s in canada.
Actually it is less than 1start place.but no option below 1 star. Staffs and a manager (Skinny young male) needs to learn how to treat their customers and understand better. They are Super rude and don't know what to do and what to says to customers. I understand the restaurants is located on most popular road and how busy they are so it is possible to missed deliver some items. So I was there to pick up a coffee what they missed.but that is unacceptable that you guys yelled without apologize or questions or enough explain, closed the drive thru window while talking, pointed finger to customer, blamed customer, no listening ears and more. Ended up no coffee even we paid it hours ago trough the Uber app and they knew it hasn’t serve. I have recorded dash cam videos if you want to check. I assume that they need to finish couple new training about customer service. Good luck.
Ordered chicken signature wraps and the didn't put the sauce in at all dry and horrible. Wasn't busy either. Had to park and wait, thankfully the young gentleman who brought our food was nice and friendly and even went back in to bring ketchup to us as drive through did not put any in.
No salt on my fries, asked for extra onions and they put onions on the bun and in between patties way to much onions, I just threw 2 burgers out because of way to many onions. Very strange.
I've used the drive thru twice and had errors both times. Today I ordered one medium fry and was charged and given two. That's a sleazy money grab given I'm on lunch and can't go back. Also I dig that we don't give ketchup with the fries anymore, gotta cut corners and save money every way you can as a giant international corporate company.
Buildings are beautifully upgraded but people not trained enough to keep the place clean. If you ask for a cone their fingers are dripping with cream eww. Food is all haram, not halal.
Disgusting. Tasted like and stank of vinegar. The Big Mac slid apart as I picked it up from the grotesque amount of whatever the hell that hoop was they put in there.
Every time we've been to this location they've messed up our order or what we received was not good quality (even for McDonald's). We avoid this location.
Kay so these are my three problems with this location. I do like this location to be honest just lately been having bad luck. #1 I ordered a large coke only to get a bunch of water and a little hint of coke. #2 who ever is working the grill and table needs to pay attention to detail you can’t throw food together and I don’t know how you did it but my burger tasted over cooked. 3#Stop letting people hangout in your McDonald’s it doesn’t take a hour to eat and drink it isn’t a bar.
Ordered Hotcakes and asked if they came with butter & syrup and was told Yes. Drove away from the pick up window only to discover no syrup in the bag. Pretty basic mistake.
Went through the drivethru. The lady taking my order was in such a hurry she didn’t even let me finish ordering before giving me my total. You’re supposed to be trying to sell burgers not rushing the hell out of people and giving them their total while they’re still in the middle of ordering. Besides that the food was not up to McDonald’s standards and there was no straw in the bag. Great experience.
Nothing special about this. Fries were cold and unsalted. Warm not hot. Service was rather slow. Recommend going to another location. Seems like they don't care about good customer service.
The slowest and sloppiest service we have ever since at any McDonald's restaurant anywhere. The local seniors are apparently so used to this mediocrity that an older gentlemen told us we shouldn't be complaining because "she was nice to you. " Hell yeah, that's what I would expect in response to my request for some missed items which I expressed in a polite and calm manner. We were third customer in line and it took the staff around 15 minutes (not kidding) to get to us. Then, they screwed up the order. When we pointed it out, the staff were somewhat irritated while the old man was telling us we should have been grateful for nothing. The only hardworking and seemingly competent staff member seemed to be a very young lady (can't remember her name, but she was Eastern European) walking around the dining area and assisting customers. The rest of them, especially the cashier had no clue what they were doing.
I had breakfast here and the gossip and slander that was being thrown around the restaurant by the regular senior crowd was obsene, totally turned me off. You should say something to that Instead of bothering the homeless crowd, whom btw were very quiet compared to the loud obnoxious seniors.
Dirtiest McDonalds I've ever been in. Couldnt find one seat clean in the pla e asked supervisor for rag to wash a table she called a girl to do it and she was already supposedly doing it. She was using a dirty rag and when she washed the table it left food behind from the dirty rag. She proceeded to walk around and remove newspapers and straw papers off tables without washing them. She left ketchup stained kids colouring paper on the reserved kids tables but put new balloons in place. The floor was so sticky my shoes would stick to it. We tried to use a high chair it was so disgusting I just held the baby instead. Gross McDonalds.really gross. Thus is my third visit to the same conditions in the same restaurant location. Will be my last time though.
The worst service took 8 min just to come and talk to me while I waited in line. I asked for no pickles on my burger and it came with pickles so they remade it and im glad I stayed a min cause theni ate some fries while waiting and I asked for light salt and holy hell maybe I should've asked for fries with my salt so I ask if they can make them the way I asked just to get attitude and the worst part is it was a manager team member.in all id say to anyone wanting mcdonalds its best to drive somewhere else for it
This is one of the best McDonald's. The manager is super nice, they always have balloons for the kids, and they keep the play area clean. There are a few homeless people who hang around for the wifi but the management makes sure they don't bother customers which is great.
$1 mcnuggets didn't last long. Back to gouging Canadians. Look and compare how much Americans pay for 20 mcnuggets. Shows how much McRipoff cares about Canadians. McDonald's cares very much about Canadian wallets and extracting from them. Gouge, profit, puke, they're loving it!
I keep trying to not give this restaurant s bad review but this is the last time I’ll visit this mcdonalds. Getting an order and then putting the food in a bag is where they struggle. Incompetent is the only word for it.
