Severely understaffed. Perpetually understaffed. Expect huge delays, cold food, and other related problems.
I feel bad, because they try hard. Owner/Manager are just idiots.

Absolutely the worst place in Calgary for food, workers to busy talking to there friends then to do anything, not even competent enough to fill the fry’s.better off buying a pie at Walmart and getting a clown show then edible food

I came around 8: 25 last night November 20, ordered Hotcakes and 10 chicken nuggets, as soon as my order was done I came to grab it from the counter and checked inside the bag I did not receive my sweet and sour sauce for nuggets, I asked politely for it and the woman responded rudely with they charge for extra sauce but I was not asking for extra, I was asking for the sauce that I previously ordered but did not get, 2nd time this happened to me with the same woman extremely disappointed with her service.

We came around noon and it was very busy. Staff worked well and food was good. Thanks!

Ordered through the drive-in, was charged for 2 Large fries and only received 1. This is not the first time it's happened.

Saw chaos of their own doing today at noon. Serving put up a tray of food and called out “312” a few times. Finally she grabbed the tray and walk yelling “312”. As she walked by me, I saw a ticket showing number”11”. Finally she walked up to a couple with a table tag numbered “11”. 5 min later a mom walked up and asked about her order and they had a hard time finding it. Finally the manager/leader said they didn’t have the muffins she ordered…. Sounded like they skipped her because they had none. Another man approached about his order…. No skip dishes around to distract them….

Went to use the washroom, the crack in the door is a whopping 1" you can see in way to easy. You can see people doing their business they don't want you to see. Like. Seriously guys let's get some privacy.
