McDonald's

This is the only drive thru that makes me wait to park on the side most of the time. Not a drive thru at all. And the wait is more than 10mins. They should warn customers if they have to wait. Some customers need to go somewhere on time.

Always forgets something in my order, always messes it up & you can taste that they put stuff on your food & then remove it when they realize they made a mistake.
Also - sauce goes inside the bun. Why is the sauce on the side of my food.

It's honestly just rather impressive how bad the people that work here are. Like c'mon.

Slow service every single time I come here! Always waiting in the reserved spots for the drive thru for a good 15-20 mins! It’s ridiculous! & the food is meh!

The problems at this location still persist even after the renovations they have completed. The problem is the employees there just don't care at all and it shows with the food. Large fries that are not even filled up half way, luke warm burgers, forgetting the toppings on the burgers, and the list goes on. It's just meant for teenagers at the local high school to frequency and get sloppy results for food. Avoid this location like the plague. Even the management there is rude.

Terrible, I waited to be buzzed into the bathroom & even after being told I would be let in no one opened the door.

Avoid going to this place! I had an horrendous experience with the service and the quality of their food. These employees don't have any regulation of what an actual "McDonald's" restaurant is. This broad at the window has a sarcastic attitude while serving customers per five minutes. The cashier had the same problem, but not half as bad than the person in the window. The food I ordered were a big mac, fries and a coke. I noticed a piece of hair was inside the food. It also tasted groggy and disgusting. I totally get why these "NE restaurants" don't even know how to do their job properly. I'm not trying to be a racial outcast, but these fast-food chains are quite different than other locations.

Renovated on the inside dumb on the outside.

Garbage is left on the main entrance of the restaurant not a nice way to welcome your clients.

Came to this restaurant because of the advertisement they are doing after the renovations to be surprised how filthy and dirty it is.

Will not be back.

My fellows always forget to put gravy in poutine and still take prep time like i am in cactus club dine in. Na krya kro eda veerzi

So i was there last nyt at 3 coming back home frm wrk thought of getting food as i was starving pulled in there drive thru first i asked fr a meal and told they if i can get chicken nuggets instead of fries the girl straight-up said no nthin els lyk srsly m getting this evey other McDonald so why nt this mcdonald can provide that and 2nd thing not a single person showed any kinda a friendly jester they handed me my stuff lyk get it and go frm here n i was lyk Thnku thnku one of the girl who handed me my ice cream cone was so rude that when i was grabbing my cone frm her she just took her hand away fr the cone n i saved the cone so that it do not slip away i mean thats wrst place to go if u want to eat n thats too after a 12 hour shift girls in there need to learn manners

We ordered 3 burgers with soft drinks but we only got 2 burgers and because the package was wrapped up we didn’t check and when we got home and check the package we only had 2 of them we were very disappointed and that’s the reason I am giving a 1 star rating.

I waited 15 mins for a latte after going through the drive through, they then asked for my receipt for the latte and took another 5 minutes just to tell me the machine was out order, but the guy was nice I was compensated.

They ALWAYS get something wrong here. No matter if its on app or in person or drive thru, its like they're all meant to be working there because of their limited competency.

I just moved in to the neighborhood, I enjoy having a coffee before work so I hit McDonald's drive thru.
1st time my coffee tasted like hot water. Ok so the machine messed up.
After the 5th time on the 5th day I give up. It's not the machine folks. Even the hot chocolate tasted like watered down coco. You would figure after I complained 4x the problem would of been rectified.
You lost a customer.

I usually don't leave a review but I always order something and get something else they always mess up the order this morning I asked to give me 2 bagels with cream cheese toasted also add the letus and tomatoes she didn't add the letus or any cream cheese I m not happy they always mess up and they service is so poor and I paid for something I never got.if I had a choice I would not leave even 1 star

Got 2 mchicken meal like 5 mins ago, all fries are cold and chicken looks like they cooked maybe long ago and it smells awful, meat is cold.

What kind of service you guys providing.

I was there at Falconridge branch last night i ordered happy meal they gave me only fries in box no nuggets and no straw with the drink i had to came back from a long distance to get things back. Very poor experience and the staff was so arrogant and didn't even apologized. They were just looking at each other faces. The nuggets were also stale not fresh. Not recommended

2nd time poor service.
I ordered crispy chicken they gave me grill chicken.
Last time I ordered no bacon they put bacon in my order

Drive thru was a mess this evening. I recommend driving out to another location until evening crew sorta things out.

Not very good. The kids ice cream was this strange beige color and had a strange flavor. My friend had a coffee that was underfilled and oversweetened. I had a bottle of water, so no complaints there as it was sealed and chilled. My poor 4 year old almost peed herself as we panicked trying to figure out how to get into the bathroom when strangers finally told us there was some random button on the wall we had to push to notify the front to look at us via a security camera to let us in. The staff who handed over our order never smiled. When we exited there was a lot of, criminal, activity. I'm not from this area of town so the whole experience was very off putting.

My friend and I came here on Monday, July 19 @ 3: 15 AM. Jesse in drive thru was so polite and accommodating. She gave us the best service we have ever gotten at McDonald’s! Best employee hands down. She deserves a raise!

Very disappointed in this location. Ordered a double quarter pounder but with no onions. At the speaker asked 3 times if they got the no onions part. Didn't show on the board. Got to the first window to pay, asked again if they got the no onions and was told yes they did. Get to the pickup window, notice there was no sticker on top of the burger and checked it. Yep, onions. Got parked to wait for another one to be made. I drove away without checking, my bad. I just want what I paid for. Now I've got a single quarter pounder blt. Normally, yes, I would have just driven off with the first one and picked off the onions like I've done before. It was that they flat out lied when I gave them another chance to fix it before I paid for it that just really ticked me off.

Would be a better experience if the morning staff had better customer service. Also you can tell the food has been sitting around for awhile, normally when I get a breakfast sandwich the English muffin is hard and not as enjoyable as it should be. Plus the iced coffees can be hit and miss with flavoring.

Whenever I come to this restaurant at night time they are always out of the stuff. Always machines closed for cleaning lol. Are you kidding me? Whenever come after 3am there system updating cannot take orders until 4: 30am. Worst mcdonalds ever. You guys need to train your night staff how to greet people and serve them better.

Worst food from McDonald's I've ever gotten. Witch says alot. Threw my entire meal away. Like how do you even mess up a mcflurry!?

Orderd 3 filet o fish sandwiches which were old and stale and hard and the fries were cold and nothing was done about this and it's frustrating because you buy food to eat and expect to get something edible and if so.ehting should go wrong one would expect the restaurant to take ownership and resolve the issue.

Drive thru is horrible. Waited an unusual amount of time to hear from anyone at drive thru at 1pm. Was then rushed when talking to them and l had to correct them twice. My order was wrong. No customer service skills. They don't seem to care at all about the customer. Trying to let them know about my incorrect order was even more difficult than the order itself.

This location never fails to disappoint but it’s closest to home. They messed up my order… I got home realized I was missing my two mc chickens took my order back asked them to replace the whole thing as my fries were stale. They were to replace large fries, they gave us medium. I really think this is my last time using this location, whatever is happening during the evening isn’t good! Witnessed a a short white blonde guy dressed as a manager eating fries out of the bin.

This McDonald's has gotten my order wrong in some way almost every time I go there. It's a very busy location, so I understand that mistakes happen, but almost every time? Not only that I've gone there when I'm literally the only person in the drive thru and they make me pull through and wait for a single sandwich. This location is far more concerned about speed than accuracy or quality, be forewarned.

Worst McDonald’s ever next to Marlborough malls Walmart McDonald’s. You can never contact them through phone and your orders are never right.

This was our first and I guess last visit here,
The staff don’t care at all, worse costumer service.

We order an iced coffee as it was very hot outside and got a coffee without ice, stood at the counter for good few minutes before anybody came to help, specially the blonde lady who saw me standing their and calling for help without bothering and giving people next to me the orders.
Later we missing condiments from our packet again went back waited for 5-6 minutes before anybody came and helped me.

All in all these people really need to work on their costumer service.

Very quick with mobile order. You don't have much of a wait for it. It's a really nice way if your in a hurry.

I sometimes get late night cravings and always go to the drive through since this is the closest one to where I work. Almost 4 out of the 5 times I was there, they always were “updating the system? ”. This is around 3-4pm and some days I had to wait almost 40 minutes for an order. I don’t understand if it is just this location since I always got my order within 5 minutes of ordering on other locations.

Your restaurant is a joke! I called to asked a simple question and was hung up on multiple times. I don't usually eat McDonald's but when I get a rare craving, I won't be going to this location!

They didn't give me everything I ordered an then they wouldnt give me a refund when half my meal was missing an an was cold when it had it served to me after I waited for the food that forgot the whole meal was not made right nor was the milkshakes I bought weren't they just put the strawberry and Saint Patrick's Day syrup stuff on top of it just left it

Just has the most DISGUSTING GREASY FRIES EVER! Also the nuggets were sopping with grease. This was OVERKILL on grease. Typical of this location

Absolutely atrocious place to get food. They forget stuff with the order, they serve you the wrong thing with the order. They just kept my son and I waiting nearly 20 minutes in the parking lot for our food. We were the first ones parked and the last ones to leave. Just brutal. They need to pull it together and do much better.

I went there to order food, and I was the only one in line. The workers were all in the corner taking pictures and laughing. I had to wait 10 minutes before one of them finally came and took my order.

Coffee served was hot and tasty. Service was great fast and efficient with friendly atmosphere by counter staff. Restaurant was clean

I've been to this McDonald's since 99 and I've never been so shocked on how fries here are never fresh even if you ask for it. When you upsize the fries they still give you the medium amount.

I ordered egg muffin and asked them no meat on it they put meat on them. I told them 3 time no meat but they still did it.very poor service and poor staff

These guys are pathetic. It took 25 minutes with only 1 person ahead of me with 2 kids meals, to serve me a medium coffee and a cold hash brown. This place needs new management.

Ordered a coffee. Was given decaf and it was written on the lid. Asked for a new one and they wouldn't exchange. Weirdest customer service ive ever experienced.

They always get the wrong order. Went to the drive trough. They forgot again hash brown and they mixed the coffee I order. Very bad service.

Drive thru service was fast and efficient.
French fries were cold.
One special burger order was made incorrectly.

The worst McDonald's employees the always mess the order up and the will serve you old food that's cold they dont listen to you when you order and they are very rude they will never get your order right and if they do it's your lucky day

Its was not a good experience from last few times. They have been late everytime on food. Appears they need to work on time management and order taking badly

Worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Location is bad, and staff were even worse. They screwed up my order, and didn't even give me any compensation. To make matters worse, the washrooms were disgusting. Not clean, and there was a mess of paper towels. Poor management. Lastly, there were people (very sketchy people) swearing, and talking about "inappropriate" things. The staff really need to "clean" this place up. I'm never coming back here.

This place is a home for drug addicts. No safety at all. Went to buy quarter pounder but the swing manager in the middle of the order she goes away. And starts talking to her friend in Punjabi. Her friend took his order and came back got the same order for free. I went to A&W and got there teen burger. A&w wins really polite, clean and fresh.

This worst McDonalds I have ever been to in my entire life. They forgot one of my wraps and tried to tell me that I didn’t pay for it when I did. Then they forgot to add extra sauce on my burger when I paid for it, and they gave me the wrong drink. I highly recommend no one to ever go to the McDonald’s. There’s like 3 others less than 5 mins away that are way better!

Slow service, confused staff, food orders left sitting to get cold, nothing but excuses and No one taking any responsibility. Managers blame staff for their mistakes when clearly they are out of their element.

Please remove the signs. If restaurant is not serving 3 am till 4: 30 am. Stop lie to the customers. That system is down. If system is down than close the store.
