I was excited to see this location open back up again, but the last few visits late night have changed that.
Food is straight up cold sometimes.
Or it’s not even open 24 hrs as advertised.

I am horrified by what I just saw inside this McDonald's I cannot even eat you would think that they cleared out all these drug addicts homeless people with this new building but no they have this fentanyl addict bleeding all over the place literally bleeding all over the place probably from putting needles in his arms trying to clean it up with a napkin as he was smearing it around all over the staff stood there and watched not even acknowledging me as a customer let alone cleaning it up they suggested then to get a mop should bodily fluids not be cleaned up properly Not with with some old mop.

Late night drive thru. No exaggeration 40 minutes stuck in this line. Defeats the purpose of this location. They removed the old location to build this one. We’ve gone backwards.

Go to a fine dining restaurant and order instead. Will be faster.

A typical McDonald's layout and look but staff were friendly and helpful. The Big Mac meal I had was of standard flavour and size. The seating area was themed with classic cars, spacious, clean and not very busy.

My husband bought it for dinner. 2 Big Mac menu. When we arrived home, we opened the order and saw that the burgers were without meat.how can you put together a Burger without meat.money down the drain.

I ordered 6 donuts on delivery and received a box of four muffins.

How is that even a mistake that somebody makes? That's the wrong number and the wrong item. I'm very frustrated.

It is not about McDonalds service it is about Diamond Parking LTD. Giving ticket for customers for parking.

Went at 11: 20 and doors were already locked. Says open until midnight? Also mess up my order regularly. This applies to all the McDonald's but they are sold out of poutine.how are you out of gravy and cheese curds?

Everything was very good and tasty! Fries were perfectly salted and fried. If you want to get a burger though they are very small. Get a quarter pounder if you want to get a nice big burger.

Rude staff, and, I always feel as if they are intentionally making me get food poisoning. Cause about not even 3 minutes for days. Plus foods slides cold and looks and smells weird and teastes old, and dry. Never ever go there rude ignorant people

I ordered 10 piece chicken spicy nuggets and a Oreo McFlurry. I only got “1” chicken nugget and no McFlurry. When confronted manager “Mihir” Said that he packed the order whereas there was a female associate who took my order and packed it. #disappointment and wastage of money

This location is possibly the worst McDonald's I've encountered in my entire life, in three countries, they constantly get orders wrong, they prioritize Skip and other delivery services over actual customers at the restaurant, you are guaranteed to wait no less than 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru even if you are one of the only cars at any time of day or night.

Tl;dr

- don't bother to place special orders and they will get them wrong nine times out of 10.

- you will wait in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes even if you use the app, or they will completely forget you if you do curbside.

- this place may as well be a ghost kitchen for skip.

This Mcdonalds is the worst store every. Staff is great but the washrooms are miserable. Thanks joshua for great service.

For convenience sake, I get my double double here close to motel.and a meal when we feel like one.

This location is the absolute worst in the city of Calgary.

Food is regularly old, cold and incorrect. The location is often filthy and from looking in through the drive thru window you can see that the sofa machine has not been adequately cleaned in a long time.

Got an eggshell in my bacon McMuffin, I was already home when I opened it. So I called the store and the manager aapokogized greatly and offered a code for a replacement meal. This is how you deal with problems like this. Great management, poor training maybe? To leave a toonie sized egg shell in the egg is pure neglegence or stupidity. Luckily it can be fixed with the great management team at the head.

Why are your buns so greasy? When I go into other stores I get a nice dry bun but when I go to this location, the buns on the cheese burgers are awfully greasy.

The only thing that bothers me when I go there is that the drive thru line always blocks the entrance for the parking lot. It's something that happens all the time so I think you guys should try to fix this somehow to avoid unnecessary traffic. Apart form that the food is always great!

I like to visit McDonald's, my favourite. However, in some places the customer services is poor. May be because of Covid 19 stress?

Absolutely poor service. I ordered a egg and cheese breakfast sandwich for my vegetarian roommate and get home and it has meat in it. Call them and they say "didn't specify 'no meat '. What part of egg and cheese breakfast sandwich do you not understand? Is it really necessary to state I want a no meat egg and cheese breakfast sandwich? Horrible service and horrible way of handling people who phone to complain. Worst service.

This Mcdonalds is sort of okay I guess. The area it's in is really sketchy so be careful. Lunch time gets really busy and it's hard to line up with little space inside. However, the food is pretty decent

I asked for a double fish fillet. The size of the fillets has shrunk from 16 sq in to only 9 sq in. Price went up by $3. Ice cream was good but price went up 100%. Size is small at most.

Drive-thru was very fast, fresh food! This is what I expect when I go to McDonald's. Staff very friendly. At anytime of the day I will choose this McDonald's over all!

The woman on the speaker in the morning is rude and can't communicate well, I think you guys should take a hard look at what's going on at this location. Everything else is great and it's fast.

Avoid this place at all cost! They are terrible! Ordered a Big mac meal and mcchicken and they forgot to put the mcchicken in the bag and the big mac was ice cold. Had to drive all the way back. Like learn to read! It wasn't even busy. Just went back and got my mcchicken and they threw in an apple pie for my trouble. Guess what it was ice cold too. Hey if you guys need me to come in and train your staff just reach out. I actually love McDonald's.

Always polite and haven't had a bad order. They always get it right on the first try. Staff is always friendly

My son wants ice cream this afternoon, I am going to buy two ice cream cones, I think ok, $1.05 for one ice cream cone, I have al most $3, so I take all coins, but when we there, my son wants the Oreo McFlurry，which is $3.05, I count my coins there and find out I don't have enough for it, the man works at the window says it's ok, he will pay rest of it … it's so warm! !

I used there washroom while I was there. The washroom was not the best! There is only drive thru and take out, no dine in!

We ordered chicken nuggets and expected to get our included sauce. We also asked for extra vinigar we did not receive any of these items.

Today I bought the coffee and I found the thin plastic in the coffee, when I was drinking it, thankfully I didn't swallowed it. Well it shouldn't be tolerated because it
Can damage your health. Today it is found in the coffee, tomorrow it can be found in burgers or anything else,
We trust this brand, macdonald should also work on
It's quality, so that they will justify with the health of people

I have not had a bad meal at this location, everything seems to be made fresh at the time of order. Obviously the area, being in downtown, can attract "characters", but at the end of the day, that's what gives it character. That and its historic building.

What to say about this historic (in Calgary terms) McDonalds. The staff are all great, friendly, and in my experience very courteous, night security staff included. Their dinning room stays open 24hrs which is pretty special these days, hence the night security guards.

The 24hr dining and geographic location does attract a marginalized crowd that may not always have a warm place to seek shelter which adds a level of complexity to keep operations sailing smoothly, yet smooth sailing seems to be the motto here. More than once I have witnessed ambulances or police showing up to respond to emergencies here or near by however those times are not necessarily tragic.

Respectfully the doors stay open for McDonald's famous fast food for all members of our community. A warm meal and a warm place should not discriminate and here that is true. I value in that.

The food, it's McDonalds, you know what you're buying and sure don't need me to tell you what's up. The coffee is hit and miss, most of the time it's great but occasionally not good.

Again, the staff here do a great job!

I must say this is the most unorganized and suspect Mc D's I have ever bin to, there was consecutive orders made wrong and givin to the wrong people before I even got mine and when I did I had to argue with someone not even in uniform about mc chicken sauce I ordered from the automated touchscreen, ITS. 20 FOR MC CHICKEN SAUCE that i paid for before hand for YOUR convenience. Please dont acted like it came off you cheque Ps put a uniform on.

Posted as 24 hours but it's not. I find that they closer the doors in the middle for reasons unknown. They don't answer and motion you to go to the drive through window and even then there is no one there. I'd they actually started open 24 hours a day, things would be easier for everyone rather than people standing outside in the cold. Other than that it's like any other McDonald's.

Not many items for Vegan and vegetarian friendly dinners, No beyond meat burgers served. Some of the vegan/vegetarian food available in McDonald's internationally not in menu here. Need more variety of food for vegetarian and vegan friendly dinners in Calgary and through out north America.

Extremely slow at making the food. Waited almost 10 mins to receive my order. There was only one order in front if mine and my order was a simple big mac.

The drive through at this location is poorly arranged. Access for 17th is difficult.

Never seen a McDonald's so prone to chronically screwing up orders. One time I got 80 bucks worth of burgers when all I ordered was a big mac combo. A problem thats been going on for years.

The manager or the supervisor is rude when dealing with customers. The restaurant needs alot of upkeep, chairs are ripped and tables missing peices of laminate. The food is the only thing that was good.not great, pancakes were old but the rest of the food was fairly fresh.

Its a very high traffic restaurant. Lots of homeless people frequent this McDonald's, which is fine. Just stating reality. Staff got one of my drive thru orders wrong so I went inside and they were quick to rectify it without any hassle.

As good as it gets for the location. Drive Thru is very popular here. Lots of Uber Eats trips originate from here.

. Stick to the drive through for speed of service. Note: huge decline in service and friendliness in the evening. Often make errors if modifying anything.

It's good for what it is. Businesses like at McDonald's at Tim Hortons are only as good as their stuff they do their best and work with what they got. Though in some cases customers don't make it easy on them

No stars if I could! Very under staffed! Backed up in drive-thru, skip the dish, and walk in worst MacDonald's EVER do not bring hungry kids there!

Even when it is not busy, the staff is irresponsive and they don't even care! One of the worst locations I have visited

I like the look of the McDonalds but clientel is a little sketchy. However the customer service was good

The Greek salad has no cucumber, 2 tiny pieces of tomato, no peppers, no olives, a touch of feta, tons of flavourless iceberg lettuce, and no dressing. How can you charge so much for this!?
Also, the garlic and herb fries are actually terrible. I didn't know you could wreck fries.
Over 9 bucks, for something barely worth giving to the homeless.
It gets a star for having friendly service, but it's also dirty AF in the restaurant.

If you live in Calgary and go out at all you have been to this McDonald's at some point. They have a 24 hour drive thru and although parking is a little tight, the restaurant has a great 50s diner feel, with lots of interior seating room if you don't feel like scarfing down your meal in the car.

Pretty sure the trash bin behind sobeys has hotter food than this place. Now I give McDonalds probably one of my biggest food quality swing zones- this place still fails. Old McDonald’s buns become chewy, which your sandwich will most likely be unless you show up at lunch time in which case they are forced to use what is hopefully a fresh bun.

Whoever runs this place serves hobo quality leftovers. Ive eaten this scum many times do to my love for McDonald’s and let me advise you to please avoid. There might be something better 3 doors down in the dumpster.

Very bad service. Told me to wait in one of the stalls and never brought my order out. I went in to ask about it and they could not tell me what happened. Never apologized for their mistake. This is not the first time and service is super slow even though I was the second car in.
