McDonald's

The customer service here was awful today when I visited around 4: 48 pm. The middle aged woman with short hair and black lipstick taking orders was in no way pleasant or helpful. I wouldn’t return here just because of the fact the service was so bad. The food was okay thou other than the fries being over cooked and unsalted.

All tables were dirty and the drink corner was empty.no napkins, no ketchup and there was spilled pop all over the counter

Sounds like a really unwelcoming place. The staff there are so uninterested, they won't even bother looking at you when they talk. They don't bother telling you when they run out of what you ordered; they just switch it without a word. They'll still sell you burnt toast without mentioning it.

Will never come here again.i'm so done with big business and their lousy food and customer service. I get parked for a small fry and small burger.they say cause they are waiting for fries but when i got it the fries were cold and dead.looked like they were fried twice over. When i was parked i asked the guy to make sure i get some ketchup in the bag.you guessed it NO ketchup. People need to stop accepting this kind of behavior from these businesses.

Took way too long for my ice cream cone order to be filled.
Bathroom has loud music playing inside. We are not in a night club turn the music down.

No paper towels in the bathroom so you have to touch the door handle after washing your hands to get them dirty again as we sadly know not everyone washes their hands

Super disappointed. Brought my family for dinner, and made an order on the kiosk. It took over 20 minutes for them to have our food ready. The fries were old and nasty. They looked like they had soaked in the fryer for the past hour. My wife's and my burgers were supposed to come with bacon, which was forgotten. The pop station was a mess, and was missing pop lids. When I asked one of the staff for some lids, she gave me a "how dare I" look, and walked past me to refill the station. Even more concerning was that SHE TOOK THE DIRTY STRAWS/KETCHUPS/ETC AND TOSSED THEM BACK IN THE HOLDERS! Some McDonald's are pretty good. Not this one.

Food OK. Service fast. The orange juice? Don't bother. Ask for a water, it will have more flavour.

Good food but wish the staff would listen to customers better. When you ask for 2 bbq sauce for the mcnuggets it's a gamble if you get any or only one. Same with salt and ketchup if a customer asks for a couple of each that means more than 1 of each

It like all other McDonald's in Calgary but the doors to the washroom are
1 on the hinges
2 not locked or restricted
Great surprise. I had to check if I left Calgary by accident.

Hmmmm…. “Sorry out system is upgrading, we can’t take any orders right now”. Ronald MacDonald, remember pen and paper…. 5: 30 in the morning seems like an an odd time to be finishing an upgrade. Calgary wakes up early.

Just thinking here, but if your a franchise you should be able to provide consistency across your food chains with qaulity food? Your inflation is accepted but lets be real here.and at least provide us with people who want to work? I guess it comes down to good management? Or not? You should be teaching your employees about coming to work without the " I'm to good to be here attitude" Think about it were all fortunate enough to be working No? Why not try smiling about that? Thanks to all you hard working people who show up everyday to service our needs we appreciate you ️

I stopped here to pick up 20 burgers and a few orders of fries to feed a group of people. I waited over 20 mins for order to be made and when they brought it out to me all of the fries I paid for were not included in the bags. Very disappointed I didn't get what I paid for. I tried to call and speak to a manager but no one answered the number.

Sat in the right lane of the drive thru while 3 other cars had their orders taken in the left one. Still wasn’t acknowledged, so I just drove off. Lady at the window chuckled when I told her I sat there waiting and no one was taking my order. You guys need to learn how to work your system.

Mens bathroom is a complete mess. Taps on the sink are very loose with no running water. You cannot wash your hands. Staff is very slow and seem confused at all times.

Honestly may be the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Foods the same, but takes longer than most sit down restaurants to get your food in the drive through - which people only use to save time. Save yourself the headache.

Dine in - we came after flying squirrel and ordered as normal. We ordered at the counter, the gentleman that took our order went above and beyond, delivered our order and asked if they could help with anything else. Lunch rush and all, the staff went above and beyond to everyone inside the store.

Truly, a culinary delight to the senses. Superb!
If I could offer this fine restaurant six stars, I most certainly would. Over the many years that I have dined at the Ronald McDonald house, I've become well acquainted with Chef Michaels and his team of skilled individuals who have offered me memories for a lifetime.
You really must try Chef Michael's delectable signature McDouble - medium rare, of course. You, and most certainly your wife, will be transported to a new world of flavor.
Experience love at McDonalds.

Wednesday april 13 can't prepare a begal here. These people are incompetent. Who trys to park you for a glorified donut.

Spent more than 9 minutes in their waiting stall for waffle fries and a Big Mac at 11: 10am. Fast food at this location is laughable. They need to re-evaluate their procedures.

Good food but customer service is lacking. Noone says hello or welcome to McDonald's. They dont tell u the price. They also hold the debit machine so vlose the customer can barely tap

This macdonal staff worker don’t wear globes at all. When they are making sandwiches they don’t wear gloves and that make me uncomfortable to eat the food please advise them to wear gloves

I can attest to Chef Michael's culinary mastery at his fine Michelin Starred restaurant.
His Mc creations transcend the ordinary delights of this world.
Absolutely delicious.

Good service. But they deleted the order numbers before the server us. 5 people in line and no orders on the board. We should know where we are in line

McDonald's customer service is horrible the people that work at McDonald's barely speak English and never get your order right I hate McDonald's I love the food but I hate how they never get any thing right

Very poor costumer service and really very bad behaviour. I ordered two fries fresh but they served us old fries and when we went back to get them change she said that you have already eaten and can give one fries only but it was very rude that we paid for two and got only one.

I got a cold capuchino I had to ask for an other one. I didn't like the time that I wasted wait for that.

The drive through is fast however the food is cold. I can only assume they have the food in the Q too long. The drink as well.watered.very little ice remaining which represents.too long in the Q.

Dined in a Macdonalds first time more than 20 months. Quite surprised how busy this location was at 6: 30 PM.

Food was great, good service staff is excellent except this one manager. While I was their waiting for my food I had been told by another employee that I could get a small fountain drink instead of a McCafe (I believe another manager) and this little Filipino Manger took iver the cash and told me nope thats wrong I can't get one which is fine ok ill get a McCabe however she then was speaking rudely to her employees, told me what the other manager said was wrong, not only to me but another staff member. It looked like to me she was in a battle for power. Not a very good nighttime manager in my opinion.

This place is perfect to feed children after they play in the flying Squirrel. You don't need to move your car, it is just some steps to get there. Staff was amazing with all the kids with brought in (almost 15)! You need to show a proof of vaccination at the entrance to dine in. Washrooms and tables were clean and all the atmosphere was organized.

Very poor quality cheap balsam utensils.

Whatever happened to the old biodegradable utensils?

Waited for a receipt, a really long time. Didn't like it cause it held up other customers. Come McDs, get it together people.

One of the worst service experiences at McDs for a long time. Chaotic, confused, and it was no wonder at least 3 ppl left. Touch screens used to be great but with the new ad/graphic intense upgrades they are slow to respond to touch if at all. What used to take seconds to punch in took 5 mins to order and 3 attempts.

They always mess up my order even when it was just 3 pops 1 large coke and 2 large diet coke I asked them which drinks were diet and they didn't know. Also on 2 other orders my large fries was half empty. I checked at the window the second time and I told the lady working and she gave me a medium fries. I poured it into the large container and it just filled it! Thats how empty the large fries was. Check your order at the window

Do they normally prepare food with their bare hands? Felt disgusted to eat my lunch after witnessing how my food was handled.

The teen employees were deciding to play some explicit music while i was in the restaurant with my children, i seen no manager around at all to tell them to get their act together.the music was full of swears and very loud

Standard McDonald’s, they were cleaning the latte machine tho so they subbed it out for a coffee

Did thru on Canada day, person who took order was very rude just wanted to get thru.but other staff was very friendly and thus made me review 4 stars

Now I remember why I dont go there very often. It will be a very long time if ever that I go back.

Service during a busy run at the drive through was good. My order was wrong tho.caught at the window upon my inspection of the bagged goods. Its good to see the same people working there for quite some time tho.

The young guy behind counter apprently likes giving large amounts of change with orders very annoying when asked he just walked away not too bright!

It's a McDonald's. Busy at lunch but efficient and consistent. Decent for McDonald's would have gotten 5 stars but I had to ask for my coffee before I drove away. Drive through staff were friendly.

Manager at this location is not management caliber! I made an error in selecting counter pick up but I was in the drive thru. Employee could not find it and called manager. Manager told me to come inside so he could look into because he couldn't see it either. Walked inside and it was sitting ready for me and WAS ready while I was in drive thru. Zero customer service for this manager.

Been there a few times.hashbrowns were cold and the sausage mcmuffin then was there for a lunch and the fries were also ice cold

I ordered by Uber eats and they made me wait for more than 1 hour from the time it have to arrive. They are so slow. And I have been by a drive thru and I always have to remind them to have give me katchap

They went back to the other two kids which is awesome. Keep the kids please for the morning 6 am they are alot better.

I ask for a coffee with 2 Sugars and creams and again they served me Almost black coffee with no sugar

Slow drive thru. Waited 10 minutes for breakfast. To top it all off I ordered a sausage and egg McMuffin meal. What I got was pretty much a sausage and eggshell McMuffin. Get it together. Also with COVID why is the drive thru lady picking the dirt from under her fingernails In plain site. Put some gloves on. Will not return.

Ordered two breakfast burrito meals, they messed up the coffees, missing cream in one of the drinks. During Covid, no one's going back to get that fixed.

There's a few things that annoy me about Macdonald's. 1) the electronic menu board that constantly changes so fast you can't make up your mind 2) they don't put everything they have actually on the menu. 3) they will give you 13, yes that's right I counted them, 13 napkins but won't give you 1 ketchup. I guess trees are cheaper then tomatoes 4) no salt on the fries, I mean give them a little sprinkle I don't need much. Or give me a salt packet so I can do it myself.

We stopped at this location to grab a meal to take to my son at work. We had to wait a few minutes for the chicken for his wrap. We had also ordered a couple of pies and the lady told me of the wait for the chicken and apologized that she misread the order thinking it was eat in and apologetically told me there would be a further wait for the pies. I told her no worries. She felt quite bad and brought me a donut to enough while I waited. There was also another employee who made sure I had a tray for our items and was extremely friendly. I walked out of that location and told my husband what amazing customer service from this location! The couple employees I’d dealt with were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. You rarely get that service from McDonald’s these days and you even more rarely get your full order or the actual items you order. Not one thing was forgotten or got wrong in this order, Just wanted to acknowledge the staff here and the awesome job they are doing. Keep it up

The store restaurant manager are very astonishing and helpful, always able to understand and cooperate with orders that are incorrect or misunderstand.
Very fast paced jobsite and are able to complete order in short amount of time.

This restaurant has been my go to place to eat and enjoy good food!

Not good. Ordered 2 mcdoubles and a medium coke with no ice. They took my payment at the first window, sent me window #2, where the guy asks me to pay again, because they charged me for someone else's order. After a few minutes they figure out the mistake, charge my card again for the price difference, and hand me the burgers with the wrong drink, and ice in the cup. The kicker is that it's not even busy here. Once again, I have had a terrible experience at a MacDonald's.

52nd/72nd McDonald's is the worst. Parked ya to wait over 15 mins for a hash brown and still brought the wrong order.the people who parked after us got theirs before we did.

It's a nice McDonald's, it's kind of located in an industrial area. That's what makes it good, the staff are well trained and very friendly.

Waited 2 minutes at the order screen in the drive through, someone pulled up in the lane next to me and they served him first. Beyond incompetent service and I’ll never go back. Not sure what it is but McDonald's in general have gone WAYYY down hill.

I ordered nuggets and large fries today august 11,2020 my fries put to much salt and also my drinks i said Pepsi when i drink is waterand charge me for freaking regular prucepop
