If you’re looking for fast food drive to another location. You will be parked almost everytime. Watched a customer who was waiting remove food from another customers bag to complete her order. They then took the rest of the food back into the store to use for other customers after having a customer go through it all. Longest wait time for food. Poor girl who brought it out to us apologized profusely about the wait. No way it was her fault, poor girl looked distraught and overwhelmed. All these kids working there look like they are being put through the ringer. Had to go back in after waiting because the order was incomplete, manager looked completely lost. Feel bad for these kids working in this stressful environment. Save your time and money and go to a different location.

They packed my burgers in sideways in my take out bag, so everything had fallen out of them by the time I got home

Very cheap and poor customer service, I requested 2 Mayo with my order the front counter got angry and upset. McDonald's can charge for extra if they want but don't deal in a cheap way with your customer unless you want cheap customers. By the way I returned the Mayo and the ketchup so McDonald's can be happy and cheap.

Don't waste your time and money. Drive to a different McDonald's. This place has terrible customer service. I with I can give it 0 star.

Even for McDonald's absolutely terrible in every single way. Stop eating go to the grocery store and spend the same amount of money on something better. The staff at this McDonald's act like they're 15 years-old

I use to get the easiest breakfast possible to make (plain bagel with plain cream cheese). Unfortunately, either they cant put cream cheese in it, or if you ask to spread the cream cheese, they just give you cream cheese. So after the 16th time, i moved to Tim Hortons for coffee and bagels.

Another horrible mcdonalds that gets your order wrong every time. Charges you for items then doesn't even put the items in the bag.

Usually pretty good at this location but it took 3 tries to get my burger right tonight (missing a 2nd patty 1st 2 times). Not a special order but rather one advertised on their display board. In their defense it was busy BUT it is their job to be accurate in regards to what I paid for.

This location is so convenient on the way to work. My go to coffee stop.still fast and friendly

Keep driving to a different location. The only thing this location is doing is successfully failing to get the order correct 100% of the time. Seriously EVERY. SINGLE. TIME I use this location they either mix up the order or miss items. It’s starting to feel like they intentionally scam customers out of their money. Off to make food for my kids now since their dinner isn’t an option with it missing from the order! Thanks McDonald’s I just love extra work, stress and crying kids in my day.

April 17. Between the guy taking orders and whoever made my burger, this was an amazing experience! The burger was well made and the order taker was patient and helpful! Very pleased with my experience

Whenever you go through the drive thru they make you wait in reserved parking for your order what’s the point of drive thru?

Not often I put a 5 stars for a mcdonalds. Tbf I came here during the night time where it was dead and service was quick and friendly. Thank you

Always great friendly service, sometimes mistakes happen with orders but most are teens and just learning, have to remember everyone is just human, love the kids attitude regardless

Every single time I go to this McDonald’s the bagels are stale and hard. If you want to enjoy your breakfast which includes a bagel, I would avoid this location.

I believe this is the restaurant that trains all the incompetent workers, I live very close and its convenient, but now I drive farther to avoid this place, maybe once out of a 100 they got my order right, never leave without checking! Today I was in the drive through for 15 minutes, I was the first in line!

I don’t usually write reviews but, it’s getting a little upsetting coming home and realizing that my order is never correct. Yes, every.single.time they manage to mess up my very, simple order.
It’s either —
the wrong size drink
the wrong drink
the wrong size fry
The wrong mcchicken sandwich
forgetting to put the add dip sauce in the bag.
I assume that they start preparing the order, the moment I say my order at the box and assume/resort to the standard sizes for meal; without double checking until I’m done entering my order. I’ve noticed that every time I’ve asked to upsize my fries, they will always end up giving me the standard meal size.
Even though I always pay for the additional portions and it is correct on the receipt.
I understand it’s busy, and a high volume fast food chain, and you want to get your orders out quickly. But I suggest that whoever is preparing the orders to put in a little extra love & double check them before sending it out to your customers. I understand how stressful, and difficult it is can be to work in the food industry & customer service. I appreciate all your efforts & hopefully management can consider my feedback.
