There has not been a time that they don’t make me wait in the drive through and make me pull up. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME

Slowest McDonalds in Edmonton by far. Every time I go through the drive through is a minimum 10 minute experience. And I’m not asking for any low sale items. No one should have to wait 10 minutes for 2 McDoubles.

Store 7734 transactions Store has entrance door from parking lot locked. Require customers to walk to other side of building. The manager took a break when Store had a rush, while the new employee maned the till. He had to search for everything on the till, and while we ordered 4 meals, we were asked how many starws we need. Commonsense 4 fountain cups 4 straws. We were asked how many napkins again Commonsense 4 meals min 4 napkins. The total time to order 4 meals was over 5 min. This is ridiculous, especially during a rush. Several customers were complaining of the time it was taking. I seriously suggest that at bare min, your hiring process requires a comenses check. Also, by the time we received the majority of the order, it was cold, and we had to wait another 5 min for the tea. In total, from ordered to receiving a whole meal was over 20 min. McDonald's is classified as a fast food restaurant. Children's play place had food all over the ground, smells of ammonia, change table in the women's bathroom is unusable due to a thick layer of dirt and feces on it. I'm exstreamly disappointed with this visit and we have been loyal customers of McDonald's for over 30 years. I'm disappointed with the decline in customer service and the decline in what used to be quality products.

Placed the order on the screen, got the number.see the number apearing on their screen and 1 minute leter they erase it, waiting for 10 minutes while i see then chatting etc. I ask for my order and need to see my receipt! What is this! Trying to look good at the process time. Disgraceful!

Insane waits, asks questions with no response. Did not even say a single word but laughed in our faces.

Met up with my sister and her grandchildren to celebrate my grandson 6th bday. His bday balloon floated to the ceiling. Staff got a ladder and got it down.

A horrible experience. In the drive thru the lady began taking my order and stopped so she can take another vehicles order. After she was done with the other vehicle she then proceeded to ignore me. I went in to complain and was treated like a 2nd class citizen by a racist manager who still managed to give me the wrong order. Pathetic excuse for a restaurant.

This McDonald’s is near my house and constantly mess up my order! Today they at least got it right but did not include the sweet and sour sauce for my nuggets or a straw for my drink! This has been going on for years! Worst McDonald’s on the North side, tried them once again because the offered me free sandwiches because the keep messing up, but staff is rude and are untrained! Once again they continue to be the worst McDonalds and nothing will be done! Stay away from this one!

Most run down McDonalds ive ever been to. People handling food with bare hands, and throwing nuggets from one box to another because they don't know what they're doing. Veg on sandwiches was very old, and their bathrooms are locked and only allowed in with proof of food purchase because of how bad the area is. Should get a health inspector in there.

Of all the McDonald's in this city, this is probably the worst one I've been to. They are rude and unorganized. I had to wait 25 minutes for a junior chicken. There was only 1 person ahead of me when I arrived. A rush came in about 30 - 60 seconds behind me and half of them received their orders first. And there was a junior chicken in some of their orders!
Don't go here! If you have a craving for burgers, order from A&W or Five guys. Anywhere but this location!
