No point in being labelled as fast food since they often make you wait forever at the drive through. Also get my order wrong frequently. The long time staff themselves seem great and hardworking, but it always seems like there are too few working in there and appear stressed and overworked.

This place gets my order wrong at least half the time. Maybe half of the staff are friendly and polite. Inside is not very clean. Bathrooms are nasty

Have almost never been able to get my food at the window always have to wait at the stall for 10min plus not a fast service

Watered down coffee, rude woman at the counter, no toilet paper in stall in the ladies restroom.

Tried to short me on my change and then charged me for a double and gave me a single! Never going back

Always missing items from my order I called and Manger was on phone with me he promised to that anytime I go back I'll receive 2 free meals just to make me happy but was word on air because I went back few days later there's nothing was left my name on I really want give thumbs up for worst customer service

Extremely slow service, all the staff were kinda off in their own little world. Having to wait 10 minutes for a mcdouble cause i ordered it with no pickles, is absurd for a fast food place. Will not be back to this location, 3 times I've visited, all with the same experience, slow service for a fast food restaurant.

Food safety was terrible. I got a bottle of spoiled bad milk and expired apple slices for my child's happy meal.

This location is getting worse. Every time I do the drive through, there is an issue with the order. 80% of the time the fries are not cooked through. MacDonald’s are renowned for their delicious crispy fries. Not at this location. Today, undercooked hash brown and ordered a chicken McMuffin BLT and got home to an Egg McMuffin. So not impressed! I will not visit that location again.

It’s 9 am. They’re turning every guest away after we’ve parked and walked up to the doors because the drive thru is closed

Ask for 3 extra sauce for my fried and only got 1 package and the smoothie was running it wouldn't even be call a smoothie when it's look like water

Extremely frustrated with this location. They not only missed an item completely on my order, I ordered two of their Chipotle barbecue burgers, and they did not even have crispy onions on them. Highly recommend going to a different location or maybe just a different restaurant altogether. Piss poor service, and even worse quality. Do better

Stopped by on weekends for pancakes to go. Got in line up 5 ahead of me. What I noticed was staff were more concerned about drive thru rather than line up. By the time I was served was about 15 minutes (timed). Staff never knowledge the line up. Customers were very frustrated as well as me. Customers who had placed order 6 deep. Two orders where screwed up. If your are in a hurry would rate -0. Would not recommend this location. Also noticed no manager around.

Stopped by second time for pancakes. No line up. Order took 9 mins 25 seconds to take order (again timed). Got order 5 mins later. Only reason stop at this location is on way to work. Never checked while I was there no butter, utensils, syrup. How can have pancakes without syrup. Ate with pair fingers. What I see management does nothing. Also not the first time had order missing something.rated -5
