Ordered 2 Mcwraps at july 10,2023 8: 15pm
The chicken & Bacon Mcwrap had no bacon at all.

I am sure drive thru is great, however, both times going inside the restaurant was not great. 10 minutes just for a large fries. And they remove your wait number before serving to make the stats look better.

Service was horrible during the lunch rush and the drive thru women was in a horrible mood. She would not take our order even though she told us to come to the first window to order. So a group of 12 and maybe a few more didn't even get served at all. Ended up leaving and going to Wendy's across the street and I highly recommend them, their service was absolutely amazing and the staff was so friendly!

Got my order wrong. Had to wait for several visits in the parking lot for them to make it Wright.

Ordered curbside pickup. It took them over 15 minutes to bring my food out. And of course it was cold as ice.

Customer service and service with Manager and staff seems to be really lacking. Waited almost 1/2hr for a meal! Remember back in the day when you would get it in under a minute?

You really need to have people on the intercom for drive thru that can understand and speak english. It's pretty bad when you spend 5 minutes at the order board and she still can't get your order correct.

This is a good place to go of you don't want to buy anything, but need to use the WiFi in the parking lot. They don't sell lobsters.

Bad customer service had to wait 15+ minutes for small cup of coffee! Staff was talking around instead of preparing order

The staff were helpful even though initially one front line person said I couldn't use the bathrooms. A operation cleaning apaches me and let me into the bathroom

Drive through only on Christmas, but they do serve pedestrians. You do have to wait for the cars that ordered before you. Got my Cappuccino fix.

Sorry but you only get one star from me.not only did you not get my order right the 1st time and made us wait over 20 mins the 2nd time we went through. (10 nuggets, fries and a chicken sandwich. You still didn't get it right again! I still didn't get my mc chicken that I paid for.wont be back.terrible service.not the first time either.shame Mc Donalds. I dont ever give these out.

This is without a doubt the worst experience you will ever have at a fast food restaurant. Unless of course you love homeless people, cold food, and waiting 20+ minutes for a small coffee. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anybody.

Waited 45 mins for my mobile order of a caraffe of coffee and 12 donuts, only to find out later that they only packed 4 donuts. I did receive a free Big Mac coupon for a $25 order. Disappointing.

McDonald's in coaldale is always on the ball in the morning when i get coffee I'm never disappointed

Our food was go damn cold and disgusting mcd’s make new food if yours is cold make new damn food I don’t see why every time me and my wife go there it is nothing but cold and soggy fried or cold and rock hard chicken nuggets ughh come on mcD’s more like mc’Dicks

Avoid this location at all costs! Vagrant hangout, and they actively pan-handle with no repercussions. They even asked my 10-year old daughter for change when she went into the bathroom. Bathrooms are disgusting as the vagrants freely use them to clean themselves up. There was a vagrant in the mens bathroom cleaning their bloody wound/sore, and the sink and counter had blood all over it. Staff do nothing to eject the vagrants, they seem to have given up. The police did respond quickly when I called it in.

Order breakfast sandwiches at 3 PM. It will be the most amazing fresh thing you have ever put in your face.

They have a good play area if you have kids, the only reason we go, but normally dirty. Always slow service, like REALLY SLOW. Bathrooms always uncomfortably dirty.

Forgot $10 worth of food on a $30 order, 3 vehicles ahead of me waiting for food go to the other locations, I won't be going back to this one. Don't waste your time.

The most disgusting restaurant I have ever stepped foot in. I wish I could give no stars. There were diapers everywhere, it was filthy. Garbage was overflowing, there were creepy people all over the restaurant, the workers looked like they never showered. The Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, there were fake nails and diapers on the floor, feces on and in the toilets, urine and mud on the floor, and the sink and toilet pipes sprayed water when used. The employees pushed the garbage in further rather than throwing it out. They were lazy and talking to their coworkers instead of doing their jobs. I ordered a frappe but couldn’t bring myself to drink it. If the employees wash their hands in that washroom, you’d better not eat the food at this location. It needs a health inspection and possibly shutting down.

Beside the play place being disgusting, its McDonald's, no high expectations, it is what it is. Workers don't wear hair nets, not a very clean kitchen.meh

Terrible there was male and female shooting drugs in the family bathroom. Got into a confrontation while my five year old was there. It was dirty especially in the children's area. No garbage was taken out it was an awful experience

Never a dull moment at this restaurant. An opportunity to meet unusual people. Some are down and out but still putting one foot in front of another. Fascinating place to watch a movie of life

Just plain disgusting. Poor management, staff on cellphone infront of customers. Dirty restaurant, non working soda machine (still selling Pop)

The bathrooms are always sketchy (no toilet paper at all today). The ketchup dispensers rarely work, today they worked but there was no containers.

Litterly just left this location, drive Thur is extremely bumpy, and poor quality if you have a car your most likely going to get stuck.when pulled up to window my husband was asking for salt, ketchup ect. The girl closed the window on him he wasn't even done talking. And we waited for a minute to see if she went to get stuff. And nothing. Very unprofessional.

Fast food, high use location so it isnt as clean as some others and the people are a bit more abrupt. But hey it's McDonald's, your not going there for something gourmet!

The McDonalds on third Avenue is open 24 7. I dont recommend going in there late. The place was a mess and the lady working the til was quite rude, tho I cant blame her cause dealing with drunks at 3am probably isn't the best way to be spending you Friday nights. At the end of the day it is a McDonalds and they got cheap as mcdoubles

I work near by. I've been here probally 25 times for a coffee the past month or so. Been trying to get one of their ghost pepper burgers they keep posting everywhere.one out of 25 times I've been able to get one. They never have ANY of their specialty sauces that they advertised and never know when theyll have more.

Seriously, stop advertising for three new burgers when you dont have any of their sauces in stock 95% of the time.

I generally enjoy McDonald’s. It’s cheap, fast, and tastes okay. However this particular restaurant is subpar. It’s exceptionally dirty and the service is not great.

I am so disappointed with the service at this location. I don't go to any other location for comparison but the service is not what I would hope for. Most of the staff are very personable, the problem seems to be with the processes in place that cause the problems. I grab a large double double coffee with a flavor shot pretty much every morning on my way to work. There has been several occasions that there is a price difference and I am told it is due to what is in the computer. Then, to top it off there seems to be only one button for the flavor shot on the till. That being caramel, I never add the caramel, it had been the pumpkin spice and recently the mint for the Christmas season. I am regularly getting the caramel because of the button available on the till. Today is a prime example of this, plus yesterday I paid 1.50 for this drink and today it is 1.60. I inquired as to why the price difference and was told that the shots went up. Oh, and to add insult to injury, the coffee was just warm. This is not the only time I have had a variance in price from one day to the next. All I want is to get what I order at a consistent price and being that it is coffee it would nice to have it hot as well, apparently this is too much to ask.

ALWAYs dirty. Drug addicts always in the back corner. Last time I was there, someone overdosed. Will not return at night. Daytime drive through only.

My order took about ten minutes to make! When I went to the washroom, there was a condom package, a box of cigarettes and lots of toilet paper strewn all over the place. Not to forget the filthy urinals too. How unappealing!

If I could do zero stars I would. WHAT A JOKE! Could they possibly screw up an order more often. And then on top of it they are painfully slow!
