I have never gone through this drive thru and not had to wait 5-10min for my food to be run out.i hate going here.also food tastes worse than regular mcdonald’s?

I go to this location because it’s the only one that’s on my way work with an accesible drive-through. The lady that works the drive through in the morning seems always so mad. I get the same sandwich every time (meaning I know what I’ve ordered) but the last 2 times she’s helped me, she got it wrong even though she confirmed my order through the speaker beforehand.

Tables aren't clean, not even a single person cleaning tables, kids play area are not clean as well. Nobody cares the place.

These people working here this morning clearly hate their job. Filipina lady with tinted brows appeared annoyed as she was rolling her eyes and took her time to get to the cashier as we were awkwardly waiting if someone was going to take our order. She even asked her colleague in tagalog if it was already 5AM, we were there pass 5. Funny how we saw a white guy getting out the building with a cup of coffee before 5AM. We also received the wrong order.

The staff at this McDonald's were very courteous and so kind. They were very prompt in making our food and even delivering it to our table. The staff were really on top of maintaining cleanliness while we dined. I appreciated that greatly.

Very bad service at the window. They wrote down the order wrong, when they delivered the food there was no food, napkins, straws, and the ketchup that we ordered. Finally our food got cold and we didn't enjoy it at all.

This location only gets 4 stars because of Logan. He was working on July 5th, running food out to vehicles. He was amazing.

This is by far the worst McDonald's in the entire city. If you want to wait 45 minutes for fast food. EVERYTIME.then this is the one for you!

Very bad service - first of all they don't listen and ignore you when you pay at the drive thru. Secondly, got 2 fish fillet, 2 big mac and a fries yet no condiments given.and they are out of poutine.

A good McDonald's that has a poorly configured parking lot. The drive thru blocks all attached businesses.

Love to be in around the clock. Nice neat well organized and covid 19 safe precautions. Their food is always fresh, deliceous and addictive.

Pretty poor experience today. Ordered one cheeseburger with extra pickles and two combos. Lady at drive thru couldn't understand a word, they don't actually LISTEN when you talk to them. Of course they forgot the cheeseburger. It seems like as soon as you ask for something that deviates from the conventional menu item (like Xtra pickle) it messes up their system.

So.we go back through the drive thru. They're again utterly confused by what I'm trying to tell them (that they forgot an item). Not a simple "sorry we'll make the order right", nothing. Who manages this place. I will NOT be going out of my way to return to this place again.

Found a hair in the fry, tried calling no answer, online form just crash…. Drive through design is just trash, blocking the entrance of parking lot and long waiting times….

This location seems to be continuously going down hill. Order accuracy, time it takes to get the order, food is often falling out of wrapper in bag and the customer service is a bit hit and miss.

Even though it's terribly busy sometimes, the staff are working their absolute hardest to serve everyone with accuracy and speed. I absolutely appreciate how they double check your order at each window, and how quick and polite their drive thru staff are. Keep up the good work, and thank you!

It’s hard to rate this McDonald’s. The people are great and their customer service is always top notch. But I’d like to come here and and receive the correct order in the drive through.

The staff take the order correctly. But only one time have we received what we ordered and paid for.

For a family with multiple allergies, this is very frustrating because we cannot just “deal” with it.

And, to add, why would you think to put the cheese on the bottom in this situation.

4 times I've ordered from there and 4 times now I've never gotten a completed order.

I love that they get adults with the minds of 14 year olds running the show.this last order I confirmed 3 times that I ordered two meals, only to arrive at the window and get a single burger with no drinks.

It was OK considering it's was one of those places that has been severely hit by Covid waves including the way staff treats their clients and the service has been impacted terribly by the customer service this location has been providing to its customers. Health and safety are also a big issue in the ladies washrooms because there were sanitary pads and needles on the floor where the employees wash their hands as well, therefore if it's that messy it must be cleaned regularly. Hence why they are called washrooms. Staffing of this Macdonald needs to be reconsidered because they aren't doing their jobs correctly.and I was treated awfully rude and I'm in shock by their own managers ethic when it's them who are supposed to be on top of their customer service in that place.

Great but don't do skip the dishes from here sometimes it misses an order not always but if I can remember it is a fair amount. Better to do drive thru or in line friendly faces all the time.

I waited 15 minutes for my ice cream via curbside. My husband ended up going into the restaurant to ask for it. I did notice the last few visits they seem to be extremely slow.

Every time I go to this location there is something wrong with my order.drive thru sux.this tim I got all the way home and no sauce for my nuggets. So frustrating.

Order through the drive-thru almost 45 minutes ago still waiting at the reserved spot have not got my food I'm ready to walk away or go inside I'm not impressed thoroughly at all two Big Macs order of fries shouldn't take 30 minutes plus

Continues to be one of the worst McDonalds in the city. Always very busy. Order accuracy around 60% so make sure you check your bag. Today's service example did not help. Waited 25 mins curbside for order. Finally asked the attendant and it turns out order was sitting inside incorrectly as a pickup order. Received food all cold. Poor parking lot and drive thru setup which isn't their fault.

Slowest McDonalds ever. Care more about skip orders then serving the customers standing in the lobby. There are flies crawling all over the place im kind of regretting ordering.
On a side note half the time the orders wrong

Drive thru more like parking lot, got parked along with every single car that went through while I was there. Don't waste your time go to a location that knows how to operate

This is honestly the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to for service, accuracy and speed. It’s common to see 5 drive thru orders parked at a time here so unless you’re ordering just drinks, you will wait. Speaking of drinks, if you order coffee, just go ahead and get all the fixings on the side because despite the fact that your order is printed on the cup, you will not get cream and or sweetener inside of the coffee. My final visit today saw me ordering my meal twice at the speaker, once at the pay window, and once at the pickup window. This location is a joke.

So refreshing to get an enthusiastic, polite and easy to understand person who took our order. Currently living in Houston and we literally get barked at there!:) Whoever takes orders at that location we go to cleary hates their job ;)

These guys couldn't build a burger if their life was on the line. Everything was slapped together as if a preschooler was making it. Pick a different restaurant

Went thru drive through, then spent over 20 minutes waiting for the food. Don't go there if you are in a hurry. No matter what time of day the drive thru is always backed up.

Thursday 8: 25 am McDonald’s employee girl hands me at drive thru window extra large coffee with two sugar one milk. Lid unfortunately isn’t at all on. Simply placed on top. Coffee all over me and the car. Centre console splashed of coffee. Like how hard honestly is it to put a lid on a cup? That’s the simplest thing at any job in the world it doesn’t get any easier than that. It’s the new age year of 2021 and people can’t close a cup lid. Omg

Stop gaming the system, actually serve us at the window instead of getting a huge line up of cars to pull off to wait. We know what you are doing. You are not actually serving the customers in 10 seconds for the stats!

This place is NOT 24h. Every single time i stop by in the morning to get something before work both the drive threw and the doors are closed.

News flash, people go to you out side of business hours because YOUR 24H! You had one job! One bloody job! So sick of it.

When u order what u want then shouldn't b anything else as said didn't want on n yet could have made me very sick had I not caught what wasn't to b there pitiful when ur pay exceeds what ur understanding is when one orders

This McDonalds is the only one in the Deep SE and is always crazy busy. The drive through is kind of a gong show. Those are the biggest issues. On a positive note, I've never had a food mix up and the staff have always been kind and positive.

They have made changes and you can tell. Food quality is excellent, staff is polite, service is fast. No more errors with orders.

Decent all around but on one certain order that I do they always get it wrong, I want a bacon mcgriddle with no egg and extra cheese and they insist on punching it in as a sausage mcgriddle sub bacon no egg which confuses the kitchen into giving me no cheese when I paid for extra cheese. I don't care if the sausage version is cheaper if I'm getting stiffed on my cheese. Also 6/10 times the hashbrowns aren't even remotely crispy.

This is the most horrendous McDonald’s.
Can’t even get an order right, ordered over $100 worth of food and McDonald’s butchered the entire order. I understand this is fast paced environment.but if your customers are ordering meals for an entire family, you’d think some care would be put into the orders.lost my business thank you, Douglas Dale is better

I come here every evening after work between 1-3am and usually order an iced coffee. The lady who works at that time is always extremely nice to me, and they always make my iced coffee very yummy.

I was recently struggling pretty bad with money and came in during the daytime for a burger and had a coupon for fries. It was my only meal all day and they let me keep the coupon. Doesn't seem like much but was the only reason I got to eat anything after work that day.
Your small gesture was very big to me. You never know what difference you might make for someone by doing something that may seem small like that.

I had previously given a bad rating but I have to say that lately the order speed and accuracy has been really good.

We use this McDonald's for drive-thru purposes. It's the closest one from our house, so out of convenience sake, this is where we always go. BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN THAT WE ENJOY GOING HERE. We always have a big order being that we're a family of 6, and this McDonald's has always managed to forget or screw up one or more of our orders. From forgetting drinks, fries, burgers, sauces, straws etc, to completely giving us the wrong order. We constantly have to check everything before we leave and its become an inside joke within our family to guess what they screw up on lol

Seriously this place is brutal. The amount of Wrong orders I get from here far out way the right orders.

Staffs nice but there is something really unorganized happening in the back end.

They put in an empty box for a big mac and no extra ketchup as requested and printed on the bill.
Check your containers when getting the food guys!
What a cheap rip-off

Busy busy and busy.they're not doing the $1 coffee.got it at Midnapore with a free paper to boot!

From egg shell consistently in breakfast sandwiches to missing extras paid for on online orders. I don’t know why I keep expecting things to charge. Last time.

They frequently get my order incorrect. Not a huge deal, they will get the next one on them if you call.

Probably the slowest drive thru ever. I've waited 19 minutes for food before ordering inside also! I only go here now if a major grease craving hits me. Food is hit and miss also.

Always very busy, and one of the self-serve kiosks has consistently glitched while using it, causing me to lose my entire order. The high flow of customets at this location is understandable as this is the McDonald's anywhere close.

They are one of the busiest McDonald's all the time iv seen and they do mix up the orders quite often I never have issues if I use the kiosk though if you need a quick bite its not bad.

So frustrating driving home with lunch only to find the order completely wrong.how? Seriously, how? The upsetting part it’s not worth your time or aggravation going back.

The young lady doing the safety procedures and social distancing control was excellent and she deserves our praise it's not an easy job for a young professional

I like to seat there at late hours, so I always know there is a place which is open for me anytime

This has to be the absolute WORST McDonald's location in calgary.the food is always beyond greasy, orders are always messed up in one way or another. I actually drive a ways out of my way to avoid this McDonald's and go to another.sad.

Food and service was quick. The serving staff were polite and attentive.
The meal was Mcdonalds good.

We ordered ahead on the app. The only issue was that in order for us to claim the food on the app, the person who ordered had to physically be there. Or at least their phone did. Not a huge bother though considering you just have to go through the drive through and say you are there to pick up your order.

Order made right despite being super busy. Cleanness is an issue just like all other McD s but drive thru and take out would be a good choice

Service was so good. Except they accidentally gave me the wrong order and I had to wait am extra 5 mins for mine. Like I get it you have delays so I ain't mad but it's not ideal. Still great restaurant.

I would give this McDonald less stars if I could. I’m not sure why they bother taking my order (in the drive thru) since they don’t ever get it right. I complained directly to the restaurant and head office and the service never improves. I’ve given up going to this McDonalds because I always just end being frustrated.
