I came to buy a few items and wanted to use bathroom as there was nobody at the tilt. Ok employee came but not allow me into bathroom as they said I need to get my order first. So, you want me to get my coffee and muffin ang go to the bathroom with food? It is your right to set company policies, and my right to ignore you as much as I can

Everything I've order from this place recently has been super cold, like it's been seating for 15 minute before picked it up.

Ever since they opened after the renovation the service went down the drain service was astoundingly bad I do not recommend this location to anyone unless you have no other option

Foods freezing, fries are old, burgers didn't have what was requested. Restaurant was just redone but food is still horrible. No one answers the phone.

Servers were rude, order was missing items.
We were eating in so the brought the missed items out. Food was expected quality. Restaurant after renovations now only has three tables for dine in.

Expect a wait and to have a different item read back to you than you ordered, then expect to have them think they gave out the order and a longer wait. And after all that you can expect your 1 item order to be wrong. They might forget the hashbrown on a EVM here too.smmfh Who trains these people? Oh, wait.it's McDonald's, so.no expectations

Tried to order breakfast. Read directly off the menu and then was told that my order doesn't exist. Hmmmm. I'm one of two cars in the driveway and they ask me to park and wait.for my small order. They use to be so good. Maybe its a bad day.

Always love going here when there's this one guy working. He's so pleasant to deal with. Always has a smile. I wish I got your name. You deserve to be known for how good you make people feel. And for giving us an amazing experience everytime. Thank you.

Lol every single one of the employees and management are useless, I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for an ice coffee and the lady after looking at me for another 30 seconds filled it too much and spilt it all over my arm handing it to me. Just dummies there.

The manager kept barking orders at staff. Not a good working environment. Awkward for customers.

Only thing good about this trip was going to city in my car with roof down
The food was so messy it was unedible messy gob of goo in a box
The fries are over salted and cold when served lil grease sticks to start camp fires
And my drink was like it was mixed with water I got an ice tea but was so watered down it was disgusting

I got a big Mac from there. And how does it only come with one Patty? No, lettuce, no sauce. I didn't even get my french fries And on top of that, there's no way I can even talk to anybody about it because their customer service line is garbage Thanks for wasting my money. Never go to this location again.

I get tired of ordering from here and receiving missing items or fries that are barely half full. I think it’s time to boycott McDonald’s who overcharge items that meet minimum nutritional standards.

Often take way too long for a fast food place. Often get the order screwed up or arrives cold when supposed to be hot. Have had rude and snarly staff. Just a plainly poorly run operation who does not seem to even attempt good customer service.

Ignores one of their order lanes in the drive thru consistently, has no clear indication that they are only taking orders in one lane. I have spent a full 30 minutes in the drive thru lane waiting for only 2 cars, please get more night staff

Typically order from here with the app because my wife insists their order accuracy is low. One day came without using the app and boy was she right. Ordered a coffee and a chocolate chip cookie. The order taker stops me to make sure there are actually cookies. And there are. I pay and get to the second window and I get one of those disgusting brownie cookies. I tell the order assembler of the mistake and she insists her screen reads "Brownie Cookie. ". I ask her for a chocolate chip cookie and she comes back and tells me they have none now pushing the same brownie cookie in a soaking wet bag to me. No refund offered just the cookie I don't want. I leave knowing that I'll avoid this location at all costs.

Had my order messed up all our fries were cold. Was not a great experience over all sub-par for what I have come to expect from McDonalds.

It’s a real gamble with this place. You may be out in no time, you may be sitting in the drive thru for 15-20 minutes. Whether they have ice cream or not is also a gamble; you may have no problem, you may sit in the drive thru for 10 minutes and then be told what you ordered isn’t available. If you can go to another McDonald’s I’d recommend it.

Sometimes, their app doesn't help them do things faster. It slows them down because the technology can't keep up with us humans. Koodoos to the staff.
