Very disgusting, you order lots of food and have to pay extra for. A bag Then when you ask the people, there are very rude and tell you if you don't like it, go somewhere else. Sad that sherwood Park doesn't charge for a bad and edmonton dose with that Amount we pay for food the bags should be paid for by mcdonald's It still cost the same to make that burger three years ago As it does today But we pay a lot more now Thanks for showing your support mcdonald's

Ordered a big mac meal. The medium fries were cold and weren’t even half way filled, as if I ordered a kids fries. And the burger was stone cold. Super disappointing from beginning to end

Absolute trash of a place. But even that is nothing compared to the truely atrocious staffing. I'd say dont quit your day job, but that might be for the best, literally all of you.

Didn't get my food for like an hour. I brought it up multiple times and still got no service. Also watched everyone else get my food before them as well.

Worst service ever! Ordered 2 -1/4 lb cheese 1 6 pk nugget meal at drive thru was told to move ahead. Waited for 10+ minutes for a dried out lukewarm burger. Disgusted!

I like this mcdonalds in particular; staff are always very polite and have a very postive energy, the tables are always clean, and they always get the order right. I had a particularly positive experience with a man named Shawn when I was going through the drive through with my family

I will never go to another restaurant if this is what I will receive. Cold and saggy fried. Chicken nuggets that you will never be able to eat and I asked for no pickles on my cheese burgers and received no cheese no onions no pickles or ketchup and a very cold burger. Bun was old. Thanks for my $40.00 meal to be disgusting. This has been over 2 times now since I moved to the area.

Always have to go park what's the point of a drive thru? Then the order is usually wrong.

This one has the kids play area and is a great place for parents to take there little ones two.

Updating my 5 star review from 4 years ago. We won't be back to McDonalds here or anywhere for that matter. When we were paying for our order we were charged an additional 15 cents for the paper bag holding our burgers and fries. When we got home with our order there were no straws for our drinks, no napkins. I'm feeling a little miffed, they got 15 cents for the bag though. McDonalds has now been officially crossed of our list of fast food options.

This has to be the worst McDonald’s in the city. Also the slowest. Always get sent to park no matter the time of day or how busy they are. They are slow! The food is almost never hot and put together like they have toddlers in the back. Pathetic you guys get it together

Why is there something ALWAYS missing from the order from this place? It’s like a running joke now. It’s starting to be suspicious, I don’t see how this many times can be accidents.

Almost always get sent to the waiting spot when using the drive-thru, and even when we don't we wait at the second window for quite a while. But food is always accurate and tasty! Oh, and one time I was in the restaurant with my 1 year old daughter and I saw a young guy and girl go into the women's washroom together so I alerted the staff and they got told to leave. Staff handled that really well, real professionals.

The prices are three dollars more than any other mcdonald's in alberta for breakfast this is disgusting

There is no setup for delivery drivers for late night. Have to wait in drive thru for hour cause nobody answer calls. Totally wastage of time. Should be access through text message as most of the stores does. So drivers shouldn’t waste their hours in drive thru and can use time properly.

I am still being nice with giving them one star. If you order here chances are they will always make mistakes. Whoever is in the kitchen must know how to count, they do not have one.

Hi! I was an employee a this location, specific managers treat us horrible! Bad bad work anxiety after my experience… I had a female manager (kamal) lunge at me to hit me! Unfortunately she/the company can’t be charged for an “almost assault”. Wouldn’t suggest this location as it doesn’t follow policy! And treats crew members awful.

Everyone who ordered in the drive thru had to pull over and wait for their food. This was okay because they likely had sick calls, but when the food came it was at best Luke warm. I don't think I ever got fresh, hot fries and burger at this location. I knew I shouldn't of went before I went.

Lots of chatter a guy kept hacking a lung near me wasn't happy bout that other wise a ok
