Worst McDonald's ever. Employees just don't respect the customers and yell at you for no reason. I would give this location 0/5.

I was in the drive thru at 6: 52 AM to get a si gle coffee. I didn't get my coffee until 7: 13. There was no apology for the wait and the coffee wasn't even filled to the top. I will never go back to this location.

Had limited time so ordered ahead with app. Arrived, app showed me at restaurant, hit the I am here button. App says i am not there yet, but shows me there, try a few recommended fixes, nope, says to show team member order number.
About 10-15 minutes talking to a team member later, solution given is cancel order in app and order here and they will get it ready soon.
I did cancel the order, as that jerk around ate up all the time i had available.
App is a 0 this time, but time wasting earned location a 1.

Cant even make a McFlurry according to order. I asked for an m&m McFlurry with caramel sauce and extra Oreo. But in my order was only Oreo and nothing else. I realised it was wrong when I got home. Would not recommend

Staff are acting like robots there a decline since last time about 4 weeks ago. Staff are slow to react to customers requests. As one whom visits many stores. Team leaders/ supervisors need to do a better job. Floor not clean yes it was busy but clean floors prevent accidents. To the manager I am sorry I am being critical but waiting 4 minutes to get the order taken then 3 minutes to get the cup is not acceptable. You need to motivate staff to take care of the front end not just the drive thru. Other locations have this issue as well ie front vs drive thru.

I made the mistake of coming here again after 18 months. I waited for 10 minutes in #1 for my order. I finally yelled back through the drive thru window. She yelled that my food was ready but did not bring it out. I waited a few more minutes and then left with out food. Hopefully I can remember to never go again!

Poor service… rude, rushed and many mistakes. Was served a raw muffin, on more than one occasion. Missed items in order happens frequently. So bad, have resorted to going to any other location… worth the detour to avoid this place.

Did not print out my order receipt because they had a printer error and said they would just call me. Instead the employee said my payment didn’t go through, then charged me again. She would not print out the first receipt and told me to go check with my bank. Imagine the impression I had of this employee and location….

The most disgusting bathrooms. No paper towel in the men's. No soap in the women's. Are we pretending that no women employees use the bathroom? Left with my family. No way I'm eating at a place that doesn't believe in hygiene.
