I dont review ever but this place is THE WORST. Half the time they forget something in the bag. Stop to check the bag and they give you attitude. Hotcakes this morning had no syrup.the one item I didn't have at home. If you go to this one make sure to take your time checking it in front of them they are useless!

Terrible service. After asking why my basic order was taking so long the person serving which I guess was the manager as she certainly seemed to be in charge she mumbled something at the counter instead of responding to me. I then had to ask again and once more she made no effort to look at me or apologize. When it got to the point I'd had enough and asked for a refund I was shouted at across the serving area that it was ready (which it wasnt). No that is not how it works. You respect the customer and apologize that you have screwed up not shout at the customer.

Just ordered 2 coffee. The coffee was cold. We asked for fresh coffee, the lady at the window stated the reason it was cold was because they gave insulated cups. She suggested that we take a drink to test the warmth. It was still cold. They put it in the microwave, heated it and gave it back to us. Very poor service. I Do Not Recommend.

It is honesty crazy how bad this place is. They miss stuff probably 75% of the time you come here. Probably 10% of the time you come here and they are closed at 930 and the kitchen is having an absolute melt
Down. I just spent 30 mins here with my poor Uber waiting for a mobile app order.

This McDonald’s was recently renovated, and the seating is much nicer now. It comes at the sacrifice of some of the Playplace area, though. I like to take a break here sometimes by grabbing a coffee or a cold drink and sitting for a bit.

Just ordered Peppermint Mocha via drive through.

It does not taste like the one I ordered in the other branch. Very not good. Took 2 sips and that is it.

Consistently waiting in the drive through. No matter how many people are ahead of me I can guarantee I'll be waiting in the drive thru for at least 15 minutes. And there is no sense of urgency from any of the employees to get the line moving faster.

McDonald's is great because it's always the same. Pretty hard to find a standout bad McDonald's.

Justin was really helpful his favourite is mango smoothie that’s my favourite too. Next time I come they need mario toys in the happy meals for my boy Nicolas because this the first time he came to the crib. 5 stars to justin. Sincerely Nintendo Napoleon

Drive-thru is really easy here and they're pretty good at filling the order you put in

I don’t have a lot of expectations on any McDonalds, but this one is consistently the worst location I have ever been too! The food is usually pretty old, you can tell it’s been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long. The employees are unfriendly and clearly don’t care about the quality of food or the customers. Even managers or crew chiefs (or whatever their title is) are miserable. I will continue to go else where for fast food and if I have a craving for McD’s I’ll drive the extra 10 minutes to a different location. So tired of wasting my money on this location.

My recent visit to this McDonald's was nothing short of a disappointment. I went with my sister, hoping for a quick meal, but what we got was an ordeal.

Firstly, there were around 10 workers in the kitchen, with most of them appearing to slack off. I placed my order at the machine near the entrance and then proceeded to the counter to pay. The wait to pay was excruciatingly long - a whopping 45 minutes. During this time, two employees were asked to ring me up. The first one simply opened his phone, started playing a game, and walked off, never to return. The second one was incredibly rude, showing no empathy for the long wait, and soon abandoned us to chat and joke with coworkers.

The icing on the cake was when we waited an additional 30 minutes for our food, even though we could see our order sitting there. My sister finally asked about our food, and the response from the employee was nothing short of rude and condescending. She snapped at us, saying our order wasn't ready and that we needed to have more patience.

To make matters worse, a girl standing behind us, also waiting to pay, just gave up and left after having waited for over an hour.

This experience was a serious letdown. McDonald's should be about quick and convenient service, but this visit was the complete opposite.

I had to repeat my order at least 5 times and still they got it wrong, had to wait in the reserved for 5 minutes and yet again got our order wrong, than they made us wait over 10 minutes for fries. So I’d I could give this place a -1000 stars I would. I will never be back here again.

I am fuming, i just got home from waiting 30 minutes for my burger. Went in twice, first time i was told it was coming. Second time they realized they lost my order. Then they asked me what my order was about 6 times. Then i was asked FOR SURE if i ordered. Then i was asked if I ordered at the drive through. It took them like another 10 minutes with me standing there to making me my burger and fries. Then all i get was a smile and Sorry! No not sorry, there should be some freebie at least for having to wait so long. I am very angry with this service, 40 minutes total with that kind of disorganization is beyond unacceptable.

The slowest McDonald's I've ever been too. How it is still open is shocking. The manager should be ashamed of themselves. All idI0t $ working there
