Amazingly they got my order right! Street people in the restaurant and parking lot are a distraction.

How hard is it to greet your customers? Appalling customer service here.
ALSO, Is it normal to throw fries back in the fryer once they've been sitting in containers long enough to get cold? We reheat here?
I'll be contacting head office since nobody gives a shizz about this location.

I ordered an English Mcmuffin here this morning. Sandwich quality is exquisite compared to the Canadian Back Bacon Sandwich of Tim Hortons nearby.

I had French fries chicken burger, it was hot and tasty, with a coke.
The thing is that you can drink how much ever coke you want to drink with the first time buying, that's great how much one can follow the stomach yaar. So had only two fills.
The place is hygienic, cleanly maintained, people working there are in neat uniform.
I liked it.

I came to this branch many times and had the best experience with Jason. Such a down to earth, well spoken, and kind gentlemen. Truly put a smile on my face and was soo polite! Thank you Jason for truly working from your heart and not just treating it like a regular job.

The employees are constantly on their phones and then touch the food without washing their hands or any gloves how is this even sanitary

Just the worst. Let's just collectively not go here (and I mean all McDonald's) anymore. Slightly better than starving to death. It's a lot like smoking: an expensive way to be unhealthy.

Food and service is alright but the attitude from the manager is not great at all. I spoke to her about the oveeflowing garbages ans couldnt get another word in as her attitude was "yeah i know" abd immediately turned around. The restaurantsl is a mess, dirty floors, tables and the garbage is overflowing. Hire someone to help you with the cleanliness.

Cold food. Overcooked sausage and egg mcmuffin. Dried out and hard. Cold hashbrown. Worst meal that I ever have eaten at McDonald's.

We ate in this location and it is very unhygenic. Staff are not wearing gloves when making burgers and when taking the foods. Staff sre wearing jacket not designed for the kitchen, it is an outside jacket. So gross. Sanitation department should visit and check this location.

The eating area cleaning leaves much to be desired. It doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned all day. Makes you wonder how clean the food prep area is kept. The photo is just the drink area. Doesn’t even show the tables.

I dined in, however I wasn't served in a tray (waiter said no more trays.

The meal was good, I rate their service a 3/5

DONT go this store. They close half of the seating so they can be lazy and have to clean the other side.

Not the friendliest McDonald's I've visited. It's located inside Walmart on the east side. The establishment wasn't busy at the time so I'm not sure what the service worker be like if it was. The floors and tables were clean. As for the food, typically McD's.

Taste GOOD fast food restaurant especially French fries are uniquely amazing and delicious, nobody competes it.

Manager was on the phone did not announce our order.food was sitting on counter. Food was cold. Fries were stale and had no salt.

Very slow service. Waited 15 minutes to order only because no one comes to take the order. Need better customer service.

This got to be the worst mcdonalds in Mississauga, staff are slow, no sense of urgency when you can see a lobby filled with folks waiting for food, get a hungry manager in here to set discipline. Simply pathetic.

Ordered a happy meal take out and found out they didn’t give us the apple juice which we ordered with the meal. No catchup either. Super dirty high chair in the dine in area. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN!

The bread of my ordered quarter pounder tasted a bit old and the beef patties were dry.the fries were nice and hot.wouldn't go back there though.

Today a med coke and small premium orange juice came to $4.80. The juice machine was out, they offered me a juice box. A 33 cent juice box. Imagine!

People working at this location don’t have patience, even after charging the spicy sauce they still did not make burger with spicy sauce and in Big Mac no meat there was nothing inside it, I think she should mention me while I was ordering because I was not aware of what it consists of. The way she responded was rude and unprofessional. # it was waste of money

They dont use gloves when preparing food.they are just doing it with their bare hands.is that their standard?

Night staff at Macdonalds in the Walmart is very careless. They didn’t listen the order nicely and were talking and laughing with each other. Unprofessionalism at its best

Dont ever try to go here, they used old stock pkg without any monopoly on it. When i asked to the crew thay said they didn't order yet the new pkg with monopoly on it. It is like fraud to me. Now is nov 10 and monopoly start at oct 8.

Absolutely garbage service in this McDonalds location. It's obviously a poorly managed franchise with inherent racism. Very sad!

They served 3 order before us even though we ordered before them. Disgusting customer service and management.

Absolutely worst McDonald’s ever I waited in line for 15 mins and there was one person in front and 3 people waiting for food the o w guy said he had been waiting 20 mins and they had 3/4 people working. It’s sad I went some place else and got got serviced in 2 mins and only waited for food for 5-10

Dirty, unorganized and slow. We have given this McDonalds location many chances to be disappointed every time. Customer service is nonexistent. Restaraunt is dirty, condiment station is always disgusting. Took 4t mins to get 2 cheese burgers and 7 people that arrived in line before us got their full meals first. Food prep crew must forget we can see them as they literally throw your food together and cross contaminate. This staff needs some serious training. A lot of people have worked for McDonalds or a fast food chain and it's pretty obvious this place is jot even close to meeting health and safety or customer service standards.

Worst service I’ve ever had in Alberta, staff just rude, and more concerned about their phones than customers! If they were my staff they would be fired. They forget that without customers they are not needed.
