Don’t bother going to this McDonald’s, they are rude and they can’t get your order right. The drive-through order taker has a heavy accent, and the intercom doesn’t work properly which makes it very hard to communicate your order. Then they get mad at you because you can’t understand them. Not worth the hassle, go to another McDonald’s, trust me it will be a bad experience for you. The place was very dirty and no one is cleaning. The black girl whos hair is braided whos doing the order was very rude. Horrible customer service. Even the white girl in the kitchen is rude as well. I said no pickles on my order but they still put pickles on my order
Did the mobile app to order and it's always a breeze, but this time they forgot 3 items on my order, (6 ppl meals) and I had to go back after already driving away!
I suggest that they have a way on the app to assign names to the orders; and that way, you can quickly check that all is there before driving away & having to get back in line, in the middle of a pandemic, in the middle of lunch hour, just to get your missing items, while your food was cold yesterday.
I went thru drive-thru for my brekkie n coffee I was greeted politely by the young lady cashier, but when I got to the pickup window.not even a hello sooooo rude
I found cupouns while starving and still regretting eating there. Coffee wasnt bad. Wasnt allowed to sit in restraunt, after i got a cupoun in the first burger "big mac" i ordered.

If in the drive through they ask you to wait in the parking lot, they'll bring it out to you, say no. They forget to bring it out until you run out of patience and go back to ask them about it.
The owner of this McDonald has locations downtown and runs them just to make a profit customer service is horrible and homeless people always bothering people either inside or out I avoid his locations
I work nearby and it's damn impressive how this location manages to mess up every.single.order. Missing fries. Pickles when I asked for none. Entirely the wrong burger, or a missing burger. All I order is a coffee and they forget the cream or sugar. Staff are somewhat friendly but I will go out of my way to avoid this McDonald's from now on.
Can t understand a word at backed up lineups with worst acoustics in the world and i don t speak phillipino! They keep raising price of senior coffee at10x the inflation rate wierd! AND CRUEL TO SENIORS Phillipi s in los angeles across from mainrailway centre in central L A had a 5 cent coffee for 35 years and still made millions. SOMETHING MIGHTY CRUEL HERE
A little hard to get to because of the train and the angled streets near Kingsway mall but the food/drinks are made correctly and the staff are friendly

Honestly? It's McDonald's. The menu rarely changes but the value is decent. This particular location has great staff: always friendly, fast to serve, and maintain a steady flow of food to customers. I have no complaints;wel, only that it wasn't high in fat, carbs, and calories. But hey, it's McDonald's, right?
I was on the hunt all around town to try and find 2 of the latest Happy Meal toys from the DC comics character set. The I assume manager on duty overheard and was kind enough to go find the ones I was looking for in the back. I am very thankful for the actions he did for me to help end my hunt.
McDonald's (Canada) - the golden arch standard of fast food. Can't fault them, it is what it is. I still enjoy a McD combo regularly. Their fries are beyond comparison, and their basic burgers are classic. Those "special" versions, though, watch out! Some are really dreadful, and are "limited time" for a reason. Which competing food vendor is McD going after now? Coffee shops? Pizzerias? Sub Stands? Ice Cream Parlours? Pet shops (?) - McDoggie -coming soon to an outlet near you!
I have been to this McDonald's a few times and had bad experiences each time they seem disorganized and they don't seem to do anything about all the homeless people around there making customers feel uneasy. I understand that they are homeless but when they sit there and stare at you as you eat your food it's very off-putting and rude

Came at around supper time and ordered takeout using the kiosk. The restaurant really could be cleaner. Service was also bit slow as it took a while for my order to be ready. Otherwise food is consistent with other McDonald's and my order was correct.

I quickly gave him the details and didn’t he didn’t even know about the special so he asked JACQUELYN “THE SUPERVISOR” she came storming at me like a mad rhino and said loudly and ignorantly in front of ALL customers that she will only do it this one time without a receipt. And countinued on yet in front of the public (busy lunch hour) still arguing that I should’ve known the supervisors name because they “ALWAYS” give their name. Told her sorry I didn’t know and she STORMED OUT OF COURSE LIKE A FAT BEAST THAT JUST GOT CALLED FOR DINNER! I was extremely appalled and taken off guard I even forgot to fill my drink and get condiments! I asked the manager what HER name was and it was JACQUELYN. Well if all the “supervisors” were to give their name why didn’t she? She acted like it came out of dinner piggy bank! I would’ve just paid for it instead of being treated like a dumb PAYING CUSTOMER! I was so shocked for someone in customer service to act like that, never mind being a supervisor! Shame on you McDonalds for letting employees treat customers like that, especially in front of everyone! It’s embarrassing and doesn’t look good for the title! As I was dumb founded I stormed out embarrassed because I was just got yelled at by JACQUELYN THE RHINO. As I walked out I seen her and “reminded” her that all SUPERVISORS ALWAYS GIVE THEIR names and reminded her that she never gave me hers as I had to get it from the manger! She continued on yelling at me outside so loud that someone driving out of the parking lot hit a crate because he was too busy watching her flip out. Newer and better space than most McD's. The major difficulty is getting parked, as the 111th Avenue access is limited to the westbound traffic lane only.
Its not a horrible location. They could pay more attention to the tables, as theres always tables with crumbs on them every time I go there, and i do mean every time. One time I ordered a mcdouble and it only had one hamburger patty for whatever reason. Too many homeless people who think they can go there for a nap, makes me feel unsafe to be honest. One time I went there at like 11: 05, it took me 15 minutes to walk there, i just wanted some munchies, and i was greeted by a woman locking the door. I could see people still waiting for their food inside. The woman, who was obviously a manager, couldnt be bothered to say anything except point at her watch giving me a disapproving look. BUT the food isnt bad. Sometimes they completely miss extra pickles or they instead add pickles to my junior chicken but besides all that, they do put in effort and thats something.
McDonald's at this location is what it is to be expected when you go to a McDonald's. Nothing out of the ordinary, food and service is also what one would expect going there. 4 stars to me is really good since I would only give a 5 star to a place that goes above and beyond my expectation.
Ordered two hotcake happymeals with strawberry and banana smoothies and two breakfast burritos. It cost $15.61.
The cashier was friendly. The food was as good as you'd expect from McDonald's. My biggest issue was that the butter was so cold that it was useless.
Seriously, why do restaurants give butter packages that are too cold to use? I mean, I won't use it and they don't give it to anyone else. It's a waste of money and it's like a tease because I actually like the butter and I look forward to using it.
I would have given three stars, but people really need to know that they can't just play with my emotions this way. If you give me butter packages, make sure it's usable!
Don't even waste your time with this location. Ordered on skip the dishes and waited 3 AND A HALF HOURS! For my order that I did not receive. If i could give this location a -100 stars out of 5 stars i would. Either they need to hire more staff or fire the ones they got and replace them with RELIABLE staff. Your services is absolutely RIDICULOUS! AND UNACCEPTABLE. NOW I'LL HEAD TO BED HUNGRY AFTER WASTING A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF TIME ON YOUR ESTABLISHMENT. This ISN'T the first time your staff has f**ked up with an order either. Waste of time I'll definitely be boycotting this location.

I got a big Mac, mcDLT, Quarter Pounder with some fish, fillet of fish, hamburger, cheese burger, happy meal. Had a milk shake big, or LG or small in size with a chicken oriental with salad on the side. Mmmmmm and 6 nuggets.
This is a typical McDonald's in the city of Edmonton. It is not that big and it seemed the place was a bit messy and crowded. And, there was broken chairs. Nevertheless, the staffs were friendly and we had a positive experience.
I just spent 24 hours at the Royal Alexander with my wife in labor and delivery it's 4 in the morning and I understand that their drive-thru is intended for vehicles only, I wanted to ask them a question to see exceptions could possibly be made cuz my vehicle is 20 minute walk away, on the other side of the hospital. Instead the manager looks at me like I'm an idiot and pantomimes driving a car, and it's like "sorry man you got to be you got to be in a vehicle" in the most condescending tone he can muster, and turns around does not even give me a chance to speak through the glass window what a jerk.
This restaurant is by far the worst McDonalds of the city for management. I spoke to the store manager due to my incorrect order and she became very defensive and loud. This location used to be very fast and friendly years ago!
Vehicle parking stalls extremely narrow, especially for Alberta's # 1 Vehicle # The Pickup Truck. Dining room tables too congested. Food ok. Ordering service could be a tad quicker. Cheers:) :)
This is by far the absolute worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The clean tables were closed off and I had to clean our own since no staff member would. The staff that were working were rude and of course they got my meal wrong. Avoid this McDonald's at all cost.
15 cars went through drive thru in the same period of time I was there.all 15 cars were parked to wait for their orders. We waited 22 minutes for our order. None of the orders came out in the order they were taken. We go to this McDonald's weekly! Worst experience at this location we have EVER experienced and we have been going there for 16 + years. My fries were half raw, I asked if the Monopoly promo was on the McChicken too and was told Yes.got home NO STICKERS on my McChicken. I should have been advised they ran out of Monopoly game boxes on the McChicken especially knowing I specifically asked. AND my entire order was cold.will be bringing my entire order back for a refund
