I work for a company that does their matanence work. So I know they do their best to keep up on all matanence. Plus, all staff are friendly and pleasant to talk with.

No one at the tills 3 customers waiting for their order had 2 people say they would be right with me so I stopped waiting. I dont do my own entry of order the same as I don't cook my own fries. This place sucked and I will never come back and waste my time.

COLDEST BREAKFAST IN TOWN!

I have been going to this location for a couple of months, as it is on my way to site. The service is OK, but not the best. The food however, is terrible. Consistently cold hash browns, and the sandwiches are not fresh either. Every. Single. Day.

Just went to the drive-thru on the evening of August 13th at 11: 15 p.m.

Was greeted with a very abrupt "Hi". Followed by silence. After waiting a moment I started with my order, only to be interrupted with someone telling me they are switching over to the night shift and would not be accepting orders for the time being.

I've never seen a 24-hour drive-thru stop accepting orders because of a shift change. The Wendy's down the road certainly didn't have a problem serving me.

For future reference, is there a time period that I should avoid trying to get service at this location?

I am publicly admitting that I have eaten McDonald’s thousands of times in my lifetime and I can honestly say the burger and fries I was given today were among some of the worst ever made. Proceed with caution.

The lady that was getting my order ready was video chatting with someone when she should be doing her job

Not even a single star.the guy taking the order at the drive through does not know what customer service is …. He started laughing when i told him i wanna customize my sandwich and i need fresh fries … also for the fresh fries they gave me old fries warmed up … this is just wasting money … never recommend to visit here

Morning manager was absolutely arrogant and rude wearing blue dress. She have no manners how to talk with anyone and bad customer service

Even for McDonald's, This place is bad. After 3 visits and no good experiences or meals, it's safe to say that they weren't just having an off day. The service is always slow, the staff always prioritize drive-through instead of the customers that come inside to look them in the face.

Tonight, the burger that I ordered was truly terrible. It was lukewarm at best. The cheese-like substitute wasn't even melted. So gross.

Wanted to grab something to eat and they ended up locking the doors before they even closed so that was odd and there was still workers there because they are open for drive thru 24/7

Time and time again they mess up orders Check everything or just go to another one!

Todays was one of the worst paid extra for bacon, tomato and mayo on a burger.no bacon, no tomato, no mayo.

2nd part of the order was a mc chicken it was old and stale the person making it had to of noticed the brick chicken and how disgusting it looked but still thought yea this is good enough to serve to someone.

Then 3rd a double cheeseburger which they didnt even put in the bag, i managed to see this before I left but didnt think to check the rest as it looked to be good.

Accidents happen but 0 for 3 is completly unacceptable, after all its burgers not rocket science.

Just save yourself some trouble and go out of your way to another one because basic things are beyond the staffs skill level here.

Great service. Great food. The reason for the 2 stars is one manager. Not impressed. In rush hour, I had a manager named Giselle clapping her hands and yelling at the kitchen staff, and she was standing next to me with the customers up front. Left a very poor tstae in my mouth. I would not put up with that, and no staff should have to deal with that. She needs to be dealt with immediately. I have been in management for years and would never treat any employees like that. I was very upset when I left the restaurant.

Me and a friend got some mcdonalds for a late night Snack and it was suprisingly good I'm not a big mcdonalds fan but this was decent the first time mcdonalds burgers actually had some flavor which blessed my mind I got my food pretty quickly so overall was pretty decent but at the end of the day it was mcdonalds. More like a 3.7 or 3 6.

Only one in the entire restaurant for approximately 10 minutes now yet every single table is filthy as well as half the chairs. Nobody cleaning up.

Twice now this location gave me a cappuccino without the espresso. Going to set my alarm 10 minutes earlier just to go to another location in the morning

Worst experience at a McDs but based on other reviews I shouldn't be surprised. Waited 10 mins to get an order taken. Ok I'm patient. In the meantime another car pulls up to the other speaker about 5 mins after me and gets there order taken first. Even with me yelling at them we were there first they still finished first with them. I will never go back.

By the way mgmt at this location: I watched about 10 cars leave while I waited. Estimate $30 per car. That's about $300 every 25 mins leaving. Or estimate $1200 an hour in revenue you lost. Pretty bad business model.

Went through the drive through, made a simple order - a combo meal; and one side. Despite explaining the order twice, and then confirming what we wanted at the window, the employee that was working still managed to mess up the order and not provide the items that we paid for.

I have showed up at this location multiple times, probably 6 or 7 times, and they are constantly having trouble with their system and are unable to process any orders. I have never had this happen at any other location. It is extremely inconvenient and I hope it gets addressed at some point.

This is probably the worst McDonald’s in the city, you will get ignored at the order windows in the drive through, they will get your order wrong and they will argue with you when you take it back and ask for it to be made correctly (after trying to make you pay for it again) go to a different McDonald’s

Waited 25 minutes in the drivethru before I had to drive up to the window to actually order and then the order took another 15

Macdoalds is sane as Macdonald whichever you go, but in this one you will find most nice people and good service.

The people here work very hard, have lightning fast service and are always polite.

Today however, I was a little disappointed as I ordered 2 breakfast chicken sandwiches with extra mayo, a hashbrown, and a coffee. I received one sandwich with no mayo, one hashbrown, and a coffee.

I enjoy coming to this McDonalds as it has stood at this spot since before I was born, even had a birthday party here when I was 3 and I still remember it. Maybe step up your staff and your sandwich game on the weekends? I think the rush and lack of staff is why the accuracy of my order was not 100%.

This is not a good McDonald’s. Very bad service, I ordered 4 things and I waited 31 minutes. Not only that, they missed items on my order as well. I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this place

The absolute slowest in the city. Every single time.
I have ordered from home, drove over to pick up and still had to wait over ten minutes at the drive thru window as the ONLY ONE in the drive thru.
Definitely loses the whole concept of fast food

M8cjael's Park is the worst pla e for a professiinal driver to pit stop. I waited so long to get service inside. I pulled out my phone when I started to get upset, and timed them: it was 4: 33 before I was asked what I wanted. They are so focused on the drive thru now that going into the restaurant seems verboten. I would not reccommend this location.

Hands down the worst mc. D's in the city. Something wrong every time I go. It's to a point where we bet on what's going to be wrong when we order.

Ask for extra onion and there’s no onion, lady handling meat withere bare hands like take some pride in what you do I won’t be back to this location

I would give a zero-star rating if possible. More often than not I am told to pull into reserved parking to wait for my small meal for one. Add on top the rude employees and it's a terrible location. 0 stars.

Obviously ordered all of this food thru door dash for the monopoly pieces, called and they said "ohh uhhh we ran out, nothing we can do either" so avoid if you're looking for monopoly pieces. Probably laughing pulling the tabs off the large fries in the backroom.

This is a disgusting location, they serve old food and do not follow McDonald’s procedures I would not feed this to my dog. If anyone from McDonald’s corporate its time to clean house. This location needs to be inspected.

I bought poutine once and specifically told them not to put salt on it. Not that I had salted poutine, on the top fries were all soggy and stale seems like those were sitting like that for long. When I asked the lady if there is no salt on poutine, she lied for same. Moreover coffee tastes ridiculous. I always order the same and this one tastes totally off, I don't know what they served me, And this is not the first time it happened. Will never ever go to this location and will never suggest anyone to go.

I stop for coffee and ice cream for the dog frequently. I order (or try to order a latte with an extra espresso shot - black.) I NEVER get what I ask for, its usually lukewarm, but each time its wrong. Last week I paid for the latte plus, what I got was mostly hot milk! Each time its something, the machine is down, they dont have skim milk, the ice cream maker is broken, all they have is coffee and then I get sugar I didn't ask for in it. Some days I have time to go in and complain, after a long wait I get an apology and a replacement. Most often I'm several kms down the road before I get the first swallow and by then its to late. I wish someone in management would smarten up, what owner leaves staff without an ice cream machine in the heat or an espresso maker out of order or without more than one kind of milk. Who trains them to make lukewarm lattes? That is the most consistent annoyance. I keep hoping as this is the convenient drive thru and walk to that something will change!

Moldy doughnuts. Twice I've ordered doughnuts from this location and the first time they were all.smashed and melted and the second time they were moldy. God only knows what else your serving there that you shouldn't be. Never again.

This is probably the worst Mc Donald's in the city. They often get orders wrong and are always out of things (never have any milk or apple slices for kids meals)

You would think this location would be more properly staffed come Canada Day. We went through drive thru right after the fireworks. There was probably a 15 car line up and it took about 45 mins till we got to our first window. The whole first come first serve with two drive-thru lanes did not exist here. Menu boards were flickering on and off just like something out of a horror movie … Once at the window there was probably 10 - 20 staff inside. Newly landed immigrants? On Canadian soil? I don’t know but finally after a long exhausting hour I would say we finally got our food. Fries were like plastic, unchewable, burgers were like cardboard, I don’t know what kind of business McDonald’s is running at this locations or what’s going on in that kitchen but just a total disaster and what a nightmare …

The Fillet Burger was cold, the fries old and blah. The best part of the meal was the drink. Ever notice the burgers at McDonald's over the years have gotten smaller. The END.

Just ordered a couple burger's and meals and I asked them and made it very clear to not put lettuce or pickles or onions on the food my girlfriend is allergic to onions and so the all the wrappers and stuff had the food marked if what had what and what didn't but no they put extra onions on it and didn't get one order right we are.in the hospital thanks so much mc Donald's

They sent me two rock hard double cheeseburgers and a junior chicken with nothing on it. It's not the first time this place has gotten my order wrong. It happens all the time. Terrible location

I went yesterday night time but their service was horrible the night manager doesn’t know a bit how to manage a situation i been manager also for years but he don’t know a anything about customer service

Maybe I should read the reviews first before ordering at this location, waited a few minutes at the drive thru, paid and got my food and to found out its the wrong order.ordered a large coffee with 2c & sweetener I don't really know what I got, it says B on the cup its not even Black coffee its taste weird.and my egg n sausage mc muffin order turned out to have a Cold bacon cheese egg mc muffin, the cheese even taste old.well that kinda ruin your morning Breakfast.anyways pls improved your service! Orders consistently wrong. Old food. Moldy food. They do not pick up the phone at this location and they give attitude when they screw up. This location needs to be investigated by corporate, worst location in the city. Unfortunately, like a victim of abuse we keep going back every few months because it might be different this time, it never is.

I don't live to far from this location so it makes it easy for me to go get a meal since it's fast food and not overly expensive when your overly hungry and dont feel like cooking at home.downfall to this location is a bad rate of drive through time and if you are getting at a late hr do expect your fries to be cold and a burger/chicken burger or what ever your getting to be, not so warm. Staff is good for the most part, nothing against any of staff for negativity. If there was a change in order for additional condiments on or off your sandwiches, ALWAYS double check your bag to see if it's right because things like that isnt really paid attention to as I've had to drive back numerous times because the order that I have requested is NOT ALWAYS correct. Js to the sandwiches station or whatever it's called: ALWAYS READ THE ORDER FULLY.

MY RESULT FOR 2 STAR

This is the second time my gf and I experienced getting moldy food from this McDonald's. We thought they would have gotten better and used our complaint last time to handle food better. This is absolutely disgusting.

Order full meals and this is what all meals came with for a side.
Good thing they left enough room to actually make it what you order.

The staff is fantastic. Everyone is very polite and always smiling! But I always seem to get stale and dry food here. If I don’t get old food then I get the wrong food. Legitimately more then half the time the drive through will get the order wrong. I mean it’s not like when I order double cheese burgers I get fillet o fish, usually I end up getting charged for double cheese burgers and only getting a single. So kinda annoying there. But the staff does need to throw out food that’s going dry or stale. That’s a real problem

Generally I find the front store staff super friendly and the drive thru staff do a good job. However, tonight I am quite disappointed in this Mcdonalds. We yes seem lazy as we can’t leave the house but wanted something comforting so ordered Mcdonalds from skip. 2 junior chicken meals and 1 McDouble meal. We received 3 McDouble meals. Two of the drinks were correct the third should have been rootbeer and we received ice tea. I can appreciate a busy environment and trying to get everyone out in a fast and friendly fashion but that is just sloppy! The ketchup was all over the inside of the burger packaging and the patties were dry like they had been sitting.

Got a big mac with just 1 burger patty and my drink was not the one I ordered. Whenever I order chicken nuggets here I always have to make sure the dipping sauce is in the bag as it is usually missing.

Ok, normally I wouldn't review a fast food chain because they are all the same so let's be real but - I went there because the sign said they had shamrock shakes and my kids were really good that day. I thought I would treat them to a rare treat. After going through the giant drive thru lineup we were told the machine was being cleaned and there would be no shakes today. Of course my kids were disappointed but I also was craving a shamrock shake. On top of that I thought smiles were free. We didn't get any smiles that day either.

Ordered a simple order.

Small coke. Plain mcdouble. Amd a Jr chicken add bacon.

No straw.no bacon.and no cheese on the mcdouble.

There are no fries available for sale, so there are a long line of vehicles waiting for their order. Ridiculous being a fast food chain with a long line waiting.

Extremely disorganized, with staff screaming each other. Stood in line for six minutes with three other people and nobody came to take our order. So much shouting!

Mediocre even for McDonald's standards. Oh well. Cold soggy fries. No salt or pepper at dispense station. Just kinda meh.

Ordered a snack wrap & it had MOLD on it. Employees at mcdonalds on 66th please do ur job and make sure there isn't mold on any of the food.thanks.
(The manager was nice enough to offer a bigger wrap, I didnt take it so she offered a $10 gift card)

Food was ok, but order was messed up twice (wrong burgers received) luckily we were eating in the dining room.

This place is absolutely DISGUSTING 1. The bathroom stalls DO NOT LOCK 2. The floor by the drink dispenser is COVERED IN KETCHUP AND NAPKINS 3. There are atleast 30 flies flying around the kitchen and eating area 4. The workers DO NOT WEAR GLOVES WHEN HANDLING FOOD and i have yet to see any of them wash their hands. 5. THEY DONT WEAR HATS OR HAIR NETS. 6. The tables are STICKY 7. They burn the beef patties and can never get my order right.

Arrived 10 min before menu from dinner to breakfast was changed. They told me they had already threw out everything. Ordered skip the dishes and they delivered but wouldn’t actually accept my order in person? Feeling like they just picked something out of the trash to complete the order.

Absolutely a gong show. Waited 10 min for one hashbrown ordered condiments didn't get any had to go into the store another 10 mins all over waiting on one hashbrown. Seriously go back to condiments always unless requested for none. Start training staff napkins are essential when eating.

Super friendly lady who took our drive thru order (basically coffees and hash browns.) and money! Extremely pleasant, seemed happy to be at her job, and we left commenting how much we loved her! (Just wish we caught her name to give her the kudos she deserves!)

Is it possible to give a -5 rating? I would have given -10. The worst fish and chips I have tasted, and I have tasted many. My order was #205 today. The fries was COLD and bitter because of the rancid oil used to cook it. Left to me, this location should be shut down. What they are serving is not fit for human consumption. Horrible food! The all male staff looked nonchalant too. Never again, do yourself a favor, go to IKEA for your fish and chips. Also, by the way, try another McDonald's for other menu items, NOT this location.

Your typical McDonalds as far as food goes but this one is clean.
Saw a guy cleaning and he was actually cleaning. Not just wiping tables with the same bacteria filled rag.

Charged me for my order individually where the lady taking orders on drive through could have made meals and added additional but rather she made it mess and charged all items on individually.

Funny how they tell you to pull around the corner when no one else is around so there timer doenst run up. And then you dont get a reciept to complain. Its pretty convenient.

The $3.50 quarter pounders were gross. They promotion is meant to advertise their burger and have people try it so they want to buy it later. Kinda defeated their own purpose

This was a pretty good McDonald's and my friend and I took a short break there. Just stopped for a light snack and drink. The muffins were good.
