McDonald's

Can't seem to get the orders right. Not sure what the issues are but need to improve this quickly.

Mediocre, food quality was poor. French fries were under cooked and soggy. Bacon on the burger was under cooked.

Stopped to get a full van of kids food. Gave us wrong food, place was dirty. Very disorganized. My family member said sha noticed other customers complaining too!

The late night window is terrible I have been through here on four different occasions and everytime you sit at the order box for a min of 5 minutes with only a "hold on for a sec". Last time it was raining and you have to have your window open to hear for them it took 8 minutes for them to even say anything.little ridiculous and old fries to top it off. Does not mean I will not stop again lol I mean it's still mcdonalds but I mean come on.

So I went down at about 1-2ish went inside and went to the counter waited about 5 minutes for an employee to come and take our order but no one came so we went to one of the kiosk things and ordered. We didn’t get a receipt and that alone made everything in the restaurant x10 harder. We have been waiting for 8 minutes now and it gets really busy and I look over and see the manager eating a meal. And it was absolutely packed in the restraunt. 0 leadership roles in the kitchen was an absolute disaster. Just eat anywhere else

I mean, it's McDonald's, so you don't. Really expect any quality, However, this was by far the worst. First off they completely messed up my order. Then when I went and brought it back and showed them, they couldn't correct it without getting the manager involved, and the manager had the Audacity to ask me if I wanted my order corrected. So instead of fixing the entire order which was completely messed up. The only thing I was given was the double big Mac that I ordered. Except this thing was so overcooked. It might as well have been cardboard on a bun. If I could rate this in the negatives I would rate it negative four, get your s*** together.

Clean dining area. Seem to be following the restrictions. Bathrooms were clean. Food was hot and fresh were fresh. Easy access and even space for RV traveller's to park along the road and walk in for service.

First time in my life that a McDonald didn't get my order right. Had to go back twice to get it. The staff at the drive through's second window didn't speak a single word in our three encounters. She clearly didn't want to be there.

Highly disappointing.ordered nuggets and received dried up pieces of cardboard that were not even fit for consumption. I paid money for something that I could not even eat.worst part is the manager was standing right there allowing food like this to go out.

Didn't get my order right. Waited over 10 mins for a person to come to the till when their kiosk wouldn't take any debit or visa cards

Very slow service. The staff seemed overwhelmed and orders were given out incorrectly. Will not revisit or recommend.

It says that it closes at 11: 00 pm but when we went there at 10: 00 they said they are closed, even the drive through. It was such a disappointment. They should correct it and say that they close at 10pm.unnecessarily drove so far. Unprofessional

Great service and awesome food. Super place for breakfast, lunch or supper. Coffee is always fresh and hot, tasty burgers.

This could be Canada's worst McDonald's. The food is generally cold. The service is generally bad. The interior is filthy. The parking lot is poorly laid out and unkempt.

Most rudest staff ever seen! Worst customer service. There was a shift manager named Katie, she was so rude and not at all treating us as customers.

Foods okay sometimes. It depends on who's making it. Sometimes it's rushed and disgustingly inedible, other times it's fresh and juicy.
You guys should consider putting your restaurant up for delivery services using Feastify! Would be nice to order McDonalds to my house.

A regular stop we have been making every time we drive to PG, BC. For the last 20 years. When the kids were young they loved to play in the play place. Now we coast through the drive thru and never had any problems with order accuracy

This is by far the dirtiest McDonald's we have ever been to! Ladies sanitary trash overflowing, no toilet paper on the rolls, no hand towels or hand dryers. Covid is not gone people! This please is in serious need of a manager ASAP! Men's restroom had pee over the entire floor. Food was poorly presented as well.

The main reason we stopped at this McDonald's was to give our 9-year-old an outlet in the Play Place. Unfortunately, the Play Place was closed. The food and service was decent.

Worst McDonald experience I've ever had. I went for ice cream and cappucino and they did not have either available. And the staff laughed at me when they realized all that I wanted was out. Also, 2 out of 4 touch screens were out of order. It was like entering a disaster zone.

I only gave a 1 star simply because there is no zero stars choice. After spending 20 minutes in brutal heat and traffic, then finally finding the place I'm told go to other end of town because their computers were rebooting?

They were closed after we mobile ordered our new burgers and milkshakes and we're all excited to eat em

Driving throughout from the coast and stopped in with my family. We were served by a young man named Justin. He provided fast friendly service during a busy store time.

It's a McDonald's, you know, it's hard to vary from one to the other, though the kids really love the play center. It's a nice big one.

Would give zero stars if I could. Casher didn't know how to ring in orders correct for the dollar drinks and over charged me. Then didn't give change. Then manager doesn't know what is included even if its advertised on their boards which is horrible in itself. Also iced coffee doesn't include ice at this location. It was a coke and vanilla iced coffee and some how the they messed it up while I was only one in dinning room and drive thru had one car as well so being busy wasn't the problem. Clearly retraining is required at this store. They used a good location and I am sad they were aloud to get this bad.

Very slow service in drive through.and I orderd manytime happy meals for my kids but no toys and box

I felt really really bad for the staff here. There was three people left to fend for themselves to close at 11pm even though the drive thru says open 24 hours. I pulled up and waited 7 minutes with five cars in line not moving whatsoever. Eventually a girl came out and put down some milk crates seeming to indicate they were closing early. Two cars left the line, one of them an RCMP truck. Then we all moved up and sat, I asked out the window at the girl, "hey are you open? " And she said yes just hold on. Then some headset talk happened she came back and removed the milk crates as one lane was blocked anyways. By this time it had been ten minutes. We were told to wait. I didn't get my order in for 12 minutes. Then it took 22 minutes for what was maple bacon quarter pounder meal fries and coke with lite ice, a kids meal with 4 nuggets yoghurt and orange juice. Dude said there is no toy sorry. It took a few attempts to get my simple promotion meal order in. So then I pulled up to wait car number 3, sat there for 22 minutes like I said. Just chillin. The first car Took about 15 minutes. I asked piece by piece when I finally got to the window to confirm my order before pulling off as they would close by the time I went through the drive through now there was 8 cars behind me and in the drive thru. I asked the poor girl how many people were working she said 3. I felt so bad. I drove off happily with the happy meal since the wee lad was telling McDonald's for about 25 minutes of the latter part of our drive thru experience. While sitting there I read the reviews and wish I had have gone in the morning. The management desperately needs to hire more staff or pay them more because it's a destination for many some from as fast as jasper to give the kids and family some favorites. I finally got home and opened my Burger. I had been double quarter pounded. Smothered in too much sauce and hard to eat with no sandwich balance whatsoever. I wish and pray that some miracle occurs and staff arrive so they can have a shot at keeping this franchise open for the people traveling east and west and the locals.

Very disappointed. Poor service, long waits.took forever to get thru the drive thru. Most likely will not return.

Sorry but today was a bad day for this McDonald’s. It’s not the staffs problem there is no management and the owners need to read these reviews and get involved with their business. We have stopped here on numerous occasions because it’s easier to park with a fifth wheel. Never had great service here but it’s handy and who doesn’t like McDonalds.
Had to leave after a hour with no food but did get a refund. Lots of people walked out today with no food and no refunds.
I felt very bad for the staff and management. The owners need to be involved and turn this McDonald’s around. Have to cater some of the other small businesses in Hinton from now on. They need the business as well.

I'm giving this 5 stars as they had milkshake! After 7 years of BS of lazy workers who can't be asked cleaning it, they do! Nice one team!

A Stop in Hinton on the way home for Iced Coffee, wound up with warm watery coffee in an iced coffee cup. Was a nice touch on the fries being dumped into the bag like they do at 5 guys. Tis a shame I ate through the fries only to find at the bottom some complementary ketchup packets. Its McDonald's and its Hinton, I would like to echo Jeff Yee's review. Clearly they need some real management and quality control on deck if they want to get turned around to a functional grease pit we all love and our bodies hate!

It has very nice and organized bathrooms and the play place is very big and very helpful when you are on the road for a while and your kids need to stretch and get their energy out

Severly understaffed and unorganized. They try, god love'em for that.

It's your typical McDonalds.food is always heatlamp warm, prices to high for what you get, too much sauce on the burger or not enough.you know just a typical McDonalds nothing fancy

I swear the egg mcmuffins are getting smaller. The parking lot needs attention.garbages overflowing

We often drive from Edmonton to Jasper and pickup McDonalds on the way there or back. Every couple of years we give the Hinton McD’s another try, but each time we are reminded why we buy from the Edson restaurant instead. The Hinton McD’s is the dirtiest and slowest McDonald’s. The food is never done well (this time our fries were undercooked, a McChicken had about 1/4 of the normal amount of Mayo, and green lettuce on other burger was limp and gross). The drive-thru attendant also tried charging us for our mobile order that was already paid for in app and was confused as to how to proceed, removing any efficiency of mobile ordering.

Maybe we will try again in a couple of years.

Usually good. The quality, freshness and accuracy of your meal is usually good. Just wish they were constantly open 24/7

I used to work at a McDonald's and I can say this location is very understaffed. They had what seemed 3 people working up front with 2 in the kitchen at 6pm. They had a full drive through screen and the only reason the window screen wasn't full was because they had 7 people in line. Please staff more people, it is better for everyone.

A decent McDonald's that does their coffee well. A star taken off because their latte machine was broken - our medium latte got replaced with a large coffee ¯_ (ツ) _/¯

Superb service. The attendant was very pleasant and offered to brew a new pot of decaff coffee herself without my asking her. Thank you

Very bad experience. Ordered on the kiosk, order was served by an old grumpy lady, no eye contact, does not smile, does not repond when you say THANK YOU. The worst part, my order was messed up, she handed me an order from the DriveThru, ask for a replacent and guess what? , she screwed it again the second time. I said to myself, i surrender and just leave it as is.

This was McD's in Hinton. My fries were left over from the lunch rush. The bun was chewy around the edges. And service kinda slow. It was approx nine when I stopped there.

Staff was great food was cold, tossed my fries after first bite.seems to be the usual everytime ive eaten here.only a coffee spot for me now

This McDonalds is good and the service is exceptional! However the only problem is their start times in the morning stagger daily. One morning they are open, the next they are closed. I am in earlier around 0530hrs, if they are open I grab some grub. It would be nice if they could establish a daily routine of opening at the same time everyday even though it says on the sign Drive Thru open 24hrs.its not.

If McDonald's can update their hours on this website it would be great so I don't have to drive to McDonald's at 10: 30 pm having the intention its open till 11: 00pm just to be told it is closed at 10: 00pm? And if they can use fresh ingredients instead of brown lettuce and cold patties that would be great, second time its happened.

On the way home from Jasper needed a coffee for the drive, not only was the coffee cold but also old, the garbage can got 2 coffees, I got none. Do better Hinton Mcdonalds

Frys were barely even warm. Although it was fast service quality just wasn't there. Sept 17th 2020 thumbs down at mcdicks.

Soft drinks were super watered down, didnt give any sauce for McNuggets, forgot straws. Everyone has there bad days though!

Terrible experience. A few of the employees in the back handling food had their masks around their chins and we're actively toching their faces while prepping orders with no gloves or hand santization. When I mentioned it to the cashier he just shrugged, the second person a mentioned it to did ask them to fix it but really. There was no distancing inside enforced for the line up.

Also they managed to burn a sausage McMuffin that took 20 min to get out, only take cash inside right now and also managed to make a McMuffin meal with fries instead of a hash brown.

Dollar iced coffees and pops! McDonald's, still the cheapest and easiest way to get diabetes. If you're brave and adventurous you can even try their "food" for a cheap form of embalming.

Just stopped here passing through on our way home. Absolutely AWFUL service. 10 people running around behind the counter with no clue what's going on. No ice in the fountain pop machine, asked me what kind of sauce for the two orders of chicken nuggets but didn't bother putting it in the bag. We went through our food order and they forgot our son's sandwich.two trips back in to get it straightened out.just an awful experience. There is no management happening here.

Drive-thru took about 20 minutes too long, they missed some food, so I went inside to grab the missed meal and had the most complacent cashier slowly mope across the room to grab my breakfast. It was slow, unorganized, dirty, rude employees, and the food was made terribly.

Super slow, skipped us in the drive threw, and I had to yell at the speaker to get service, no apology, got attitude instead, don't waist your time, lots of other fast food places in town.
