Location was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were courteous and efficient. I appreciated the quick service, especially during peak hours. The food was hot and as expected from McDonald's standards

I went through the drive-through. I was met with friendly staff, prompt service, and good food.

My bf and I got food poisoning from this McDonald's. We both think it was the chicken when we went there at around 10pm or midnight

The fries were good so was the food and the drink was to.but they NEED to wear gloves and wash their hands.

Food was hot, drive thru and business entrance was affected by construction on 16th ave. Otherwise a decent location!

I was hungrier than usual and figured I’d go for a Big Mac with no lettuce instead of my usual McDouble. If that wasn’t bad enough of an idea, I even waited until I was all the way home to open up the bag to find this burger drowned in more lettuce than a salad. I don’t know who was having a bad day, but thanks for bringing me down with you.

I would give NEGATIVE star if i had an option in there. This mcdonalds is one of the worsts when it comes to delivery or food taste or quality of food. Being so hungry ordered via skip the dishes at 3 am in the morning. Order no. 88128,28th oct 2021. One of the worst experience eating. Fries are smelling bad and fouly. Ordered coke and we have extremely bad tasting drink with us. They are taking our hard earned money and letting us fall sick with poor quality of food. When i called restaurant, they offer some compensation in terms of getting some free order from restaurant by coming next day in the morningto the restaurant. This is not done.they just take people's health very casually. Extremely disappointed. Highness of carelessness.i know this review won't make much difference. But I hope this to be acknowledged and hoping for restaurant to look into serious issues like this. Best wishes for the restaurant by sandeep sharma. Please build up the quality of service to get some food reviews and good star rating.

It was McDonald's what else can be said, fries were fresh food was fast over all can't complain about this location

This location is conveniently located for us, so we order from here occasionally, however I would say they mess up our orders, either by ignoring our modifications or by forgetting items all together more often than they don’t. McDonald’s fries are my favorite treat, but it seems to come with a side of frustration 50% of the time.

Small location, no children's play area, but convenient access off 16th Ave, near hotels, McMahon Stadium, and new office tower at 16th and Crowchild.

We all tried the new space jam mcflurry and space jam happy meals as I loved that movie as a kid and had the best NBA player! Children and I are excited for the new space jam with LeBron James! McDONALDS YOU ROCK WITH YOUR BTS Meal (awesome chicken nuggies sauce) to the Space Jam Mcflurrys which are very delicious? Ordering was clearly a hard task for them that day.it goes better when you let the customer finish telling you the order.

WORST MCDONALDS! DO NOT GO HERE! They constantly mess up my order. The only reason I go there is because it’s convenient and close to home. But I won’t be going anymore. I don’t get how hard it is to fill a McFlurry!? !? ! Literally half full! I’ve complained before and have got new ones. BUT the manager was a d*ck head about it. I specifically ask them at the drive thru to make sure they are full and they can’t even do that!

As a professional driver I don’t always find the freshest food but this McDonald’s was perfect. Great value, clean washrooms and my quarter pounder WITH cheese was perfectly cooked. This McDonald’s has impressive roots. Built in motel village for the 1988 Olympic Winter Games. Keep shooting for gold motel village MCd’s!

Messed up my order 2nd time in a row. Busy place but it literally costs me money everytime since they're way of solving the problem is just freezing up and staring at me hoping I eat the loss, which I do since I have paces to be.give these guys more staff so they can get it together

Every time I either order SkiptheDishes from here, use the drive through, or go in, they get my order wrong. Not once have they ever gotten my order correct. It's not that hard. Someone's not doing something right.

We ordered two breakfast combos Coffee Ash Brown sausage egg McMuffin got French fries instead of hash browns that was okay the gave us ketchup with it yeah I thought that was pretty funny

Went here for date night on Valentine's day and they gave me two cheeseburgers instead of a double hamburger. Do I look like Randy bobandy?
I made my lady pay, so it wasn't all that bad.

This McDonald's has a lot of traffic so food is usually fresh. It's situated in a busy area connecting to 16 avenue and near Sait. It also opens late which I went one time and found my food to be hot.

Overall, a consistent experience one would expect from McDonald's.

One if the worst McDonald's I've been to. Came up tp the first window and they had given away order so they had to remake it, then when I checkedy order they got it wrong which was a Big Mac no Lettuce, I got a Big Mac with nothing. When I requested the girl at the drive through to remake it she refused to several times. I told her I wanted to speak to the manager. The manager just rolled her eyes amd went "ugh" before telling me to pull up.

This is one of many wrong orders I have from this location and it was never busy each time.

Fast and reasonable fast food. One time out of my last 3 visits had a very rude cashier who insisted I hold and touch the pin pad clearly designed to be touchless. In a pandemic. And became verbally aggressive.

Not sure how I offended the cashier while paying through credit card?

Two drive thru experiences in a week and both visits had errors with my order.

First experience - no straw for iced coffee and put an egg in my sausage mcmuffin.

Today, my wife's hot chocolate was a large cup of steamed milk.
They also put back bacon on my wife's egg mcmuffin.

I went to the their drive thru to order for my lunch, there was a 3 cars line up before me. The service was quick, I didnot wait for a long time before I place my order. The employee who handed out my order at the window was friendly and polite. Nice quick fast food restaurant.

I’m a fan of McDonald’s but every second time I’ve been here, the fries were garbage! Like wet cardboard. One of the worse locations in the city!

Slow drive thru. Service was just okay. Had to pull ahead for them to get my order ready. The girl that brought out our food was polite.

Very rude manager name Munish. He make cutomer order wait for 15 minutes and have no understanding with a bad attitude. Not sure who hired him?

Best food option to clog those arteries and add inches to ones waist. After all one can't resist all that goodness, life is short so enjoy it. Also a great option for supporting your hips. ;)

Hard to get into with the new road work happening out front but had a big order and this place is one of the few that actually got everything right without me having to go back in and get missing or wrong items. Very pleasantly surprised.

A small place with limited parking and seating. Seem like very long wait times for food inside as they focus on Autos first in Drive-thur It gets alot of pan handlers types. Not bad early morning or in an off peak time but you can get a bad bunch hanging out often there. Not a family resturant. Go to Denny's, Phils at hotel village by there or up to COP location McDonald's.

I guess I shouldn't expect much from a McDonald's, but is it so hard to wipe down your tables, sweep the floor and empty the trash when it starts to overfill? Even after the busy hours the place is still a complete mess, like no one even bothers to clean it.

One of the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been to. Not much inside sitting but lots outside compared to most. Manager wasn't hiding in the back and didn't appear to have to hand hold any of his employees, so he was out in the lobby looking very clean and sharp, greeting customers. Great visit.

Every time i go, order gets pushed back because of mobile phone orders! But if i try to order on phone? STILL takes forever! So confused, why is this? So slow! And BAD coffee always.

There's issues at this location for sure. It's not uncommon to get a messed up order here. Also the washrooms tend to be a nightmare at times. But there's been some good times here as well. Overall inconsistent performance. Not the best MickyD but there's worse locations.

Came here for morning breakfast! Used the app before I got here. Entered my table number, and food was delivered to me! I'm super happy with the calm morning staff. The guest experience leader was awesome. People around me generally were happy! Would recommend this location if you're in the mood for breakfast during the morning.

Sick and tired and totally done with the inconsistent coffee. How hard is it to make a tripple tripple XL? It's either not stirred or has no sugar. Every time I go to McDs for coffee it's usually half watered down or something like this.

Nice clean, even comfortable for a fast food place. I like how lounging it is, i mean the tables and chairs got a different feel to them. The chairs are not bolted down so you can move around more comfortably. Plus there's always an extra Calgary Sun news paper & the service is very polite and well spoken.

Drive thru is waste of time. Unbelievable wait time to place order and to receive order

Service was good, burgers and fries good, however my water/ice tea could have used some actual ice tea in it. Fountain drinks very watered down.
