TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, Went through drive thru they were very rude, got my order wrong and refused to apply my discount. THEY CHARGED FOR A PAPER BAG IN THE DRIVE THRU HOW ELSE AM I SUPPOSED TO GET MY FOOD HOME

Always busy. The staff are admirable. Because I'd want to piss myself with the people that they have to deal with on a daily basis

We had a drive thru and they told me to wait in the parking. It took us 10 minutes waiting but still the order was not given to us. So I went inside and asked for my order, so the order was just right there and nobody bothered to give us outside. This branch is really inconvenient and needs to train its manpower!

There is nothing "fast food" about this McDonald's. I am constantly having to wait to receive my food. Even after waiting 10+ minutes just to pay. The service is brutal and needs to be addressed. My order is consistently incorrect.

Went here at 1: 25am hungry and tired. Was greeted with a chipper crew who gave me fresh fries and a well made burger. Thanks to the night team of July 22,2023. Made my night.

Easily the worst Mcdonalds in the city. No matter when you go, how busy they are, or what you order, they will always tell you to park and wait, and you end up having to wait 15 minutes for even the smallest things like a single mcdouble. Absolutely the worst.

I've actually seen people smoking crack in a corner of this restaurant, believe it or not. But you know what? I don't blame the restaurant for that kind of behavior. It's more about the messed-up things happening in downtown as a whole. When it comes to speed, this McDonald's is pretty efficient, but cleanliness is definitely not their strong suit overall. One thing they should really consider is having a separate counter just for delivery orders. Those delivery folks always end up crowding the pickup area, which makes it a real challenge for us inside the restaurant to hear when our number is called. Whenever I've grabbed a bite to eat here, the food has been okay, no major complaints there. Just a little heads up, though: keep an eye out on your surroundings because some of the customers can be a bit unstable, if you know what I mean.

Today (june6 around 315pm) I witnessed some of the worst customer service/general human behaviour I have ever seen. I was sitting in a booth along the window eating with my bf when I saw a man struggling to use his gift card on the mobile order kiosk. I watched him try to figure it out, then attempt to find/wave staff over to no avail, and then a male employee in an orange high vis vest passed by him and he stopped him to ask for help. The worker literally just stood there and stared at the guy like he was stupid for at least 30 seconds, occasionally looking between him and the kiosk, not saying a word. The customer tried to explain again and the employee gave him a dirty look, shrugged and said "I don't know" and walked off. The interaction was so angering to watch. Customer service aside, you have to be a straight up awful human being to treat someone like that. I ended up getting up from my table and walking over to help the customer at the kiosk.
I also watched the rude employee give attitude to other staff as well when asked to do something. Bad day or not, that kind of treatment is unacceptable.

Parking lot is poorly laid out and creates contestion
Employees are rude and slow
The microphone and order boards are messed up and broken, making it hard to hear or understand what's being said

Well went through the drive thru it was okay but the time was a bit long but food over all good Fry's where as good as should be lol

Abby need go back to the filipins and learn manners, most filipinos in canada do any thing to become supervisor /manager and once they are, they like to shake there little tails when they see white people only, and macdonald need to fix pople like abby to be nice to all customers not only one race hello,:)

Don’t bother going to this McDonald’s they’ll messed up your order and won’t give you your receipt back. I’d give this place a 0 star if I could.

Where's the vegan options? Cmon mickey Dee's! You're letting a&w take an entire market of vegans that like fast food. You have so much money. Spend it ya dinguses. There's a whole bunch of Indians that would gobble vegan options up.

I came in at around 10: 20pm on sep 21/21- I ordered a McChicken meal with a Diet Coke and at the window a guy handed me my drink and the girl beside him said “that’s not Diet Coke” and he handed it to me anyways and insisted it was Diet Coke and when I got home it wasn’t I just want the girl at the window to know she was right LOL

The service is poor. Several times in my order, the main course was missing. The staff do not do their job properly. Even, reported, I have the impression that the management doesn't care about the customers' remarks. Too bad for the image of a great brand.

Terrible service every time I've been there. Employees all have poor attitudes and can't seem to take an order with accuracy. Management probably doesn't care as it has been this way for a while. Avoid if at all possible. If you work there, do better. And lose the attitude kid, you're not worth 15 bucks an hour.

I have ordered here before on the mobile app. It does not tell you that only the drive thru is available for pick up when you order, only when you click that you are actually at the restaurant. When I got there they took so long to get me up to the speaker just to say my order number which I was unable to check in online even though I had already payed (I actually don't know if I had already payed but regardless I was in line and had checked off with my credit card on the app when I ordered agreeing to pay). The drive thru was so slow, I was there for about half an hour waiting to get up to the window to pick up my MOBILE ORDER and when I got to the window the worker began making my mcflurry and when he went to mix it he realized there was a mcflurry already poored but not mixed and proceeded to mix and hand me the probably half hour or more old ice cream. I got cold food as well, after waiting for half an hour and my burger only had half of a cheese square on it. How is that even possible? Gross. Not to mention how pricey things are getting at mcdonalds, even though they still make reasonable things if you know what to get, it definitely isn't worth the price if the food is cold. I love mcdonalds and their food when it is done well but unfortunately this location is not it.

Staff in drive thru completely screwed up our order.paid fkr what we thought we were getting.went to pick up window n they were missing multiple things in our bags that was clearly on the reciept.yet charged me again for missing items.not impressed

Not really impressed with the way the treat the customer, very rude and no respect towards the customer. I'm not recommending to anybody.stay away folks

Food was hot and fresh, I really enjoyed the table service and didn't have to wait long for my order on a busy Saturday morning.

Its the only Macdonalds which is located around and close to downtown core with thru which can get real busy, manager Shawn is dedicated to provide a great service, quality of the food and cleaniness of the resturant.

July 29,2021;15: 20. I was getting a refill from the Refills all of soudain, Rainbow came from nowhere and telling me “You can not get refill because of Covid. Not allowing me to get a refill then replied to her “I bought it from here then said to her this time I am getting it next time “NO” then after chilling a bit inside I witnessed that she does not care to tell other customers not to get refill that is unfair. First rule all customers should be same to you, it is not good to pretend that you are blind and letting some get refills and targeting black people by denying them to get refills. Injustice, unfair really need to work on your customer service. Hope to see a better judgement next time. Hope the best, Thanks

Usually my favorite mcdonalds but fries have been pre old last 2 times we ordered and another time they missed giving us chicken nugget sauce.

Skip and Uber drivers take all the reserved parking stalls. The drive through always makes you go to the reserved parking, and it's always taken by them. The curbside pickup is practically useless as you can never get one of the three stalls.

No idea when this place closes anymore. They let you place mobile orders but then don't allow you to pick them up. Avoid this location.

Update: it's been a month and they are still trash. Place the mobile order and arrived at 8: 00 p.m. To have the store close on me as I walk up. The customer service here is just awful.

For a fast food place the drive thru is the longest wait is the longest wait ever especially if you especially if you want A frappe.

Worst McDonald I've ever been to. Stuffs are rude and tring to made you obeying their wired rules. Stay away from this restaurant! Though I know this is the only McDonald nearby.

Definitely a bit of a mixed bag with this location; quality has been good for the most part, but if you need to customize your order in any way, this definitely isn't the place to go. Expect multiple corrections.

I wish this place would offer curbside pickup before 7am. I go for a morning walk, and the only place that is open at 5am is Tim Hortons

Was waiting for my order that placed on their App then being told they only take drive thru order and my order was canceled without being informed. Not a friendly place for those who don’t own a vehicle.

We ordered online and they didn't allow pickup if you're by foot instead of fixing the issue the manager changed our order to a ketchup packet so he didn't have to deal with it. They didn't even bother explaining the issue they just pretended like the order didn't exist after giving our name and order number.

Not bad service, didn't mix the coffees, and I got hair in my burger. Only 2 but they were long hairs and I didn't notice until I pulled it from my teeth. Obviously their standards/policy enforcements are slacking. Will not be going heck to this one

It's okay I guess.not that enthusiastic about this location since almost every time I go there I'm getting my sandwich remade because they can't seem to not put pickles on my big Mac and I can even taste it if they accidently put them on and take them off.its effing gross or they don't put enough lettuce on the big Mac or the McChickens.
Or the fries are over salted and cold, almost every time

Very friendly staff and management, Food was very hot. And fresh, loved my experience. Great Customer service! We will be back!

I love how everything I come here I order extra pickles on my cheeseburger with a side of pickles and I always get my burger with two pickles.no side of pickles.sick

The drive thru sucks! There has never been one occasion where we haven't had to park and wait for our food. What's the point in having a drive thru if everyone has to park and wait!

I'm sick and tired of the double quarter pounder not being what it is supposed to be. I order a BLT double quarter pounder, it shows up as a regular quarter pounder. Vise versa. Or one less patty. Honestly give a second thought on ordering here. Its repetitive nearly everytime I order one from this location it happens.

The manger that works here Lane is rude. I’ve never had a good experience with them when I come in here. On Wednesday what happened was very unprofessional. The girl working on dent counter was doing a lot of stuff by herself and then I heard that manger yelling at her. That’s unprofessional and something needs to be done about this manger. They are rude to customers and from what I saw that motioning obviously rude to the other people working with them.

I was a few cents short and the lady just let me through this place is amazing I’ve had nothing but good at this location

Would really like to give this place a 0. Drive thru is horribly thought out as it stops traffic needing to get to the bank or backs up on the road for the parking lot for other businesses. The drive thru people are rude obnoxious argumentative as when i explained that i gave the attendant correct change with my bills she said "no i never" and argued for a bit then was going to call the manager to get rid of me. Will NEVER go back to this location

Normally I go in and it’s always amazing and fresh But this time I ordered the bacon chicken wrap and it was so dry I couldn’t eat it. Customer service was amazing as always

I acquired a cheese burger for the agreed upon price. Not sure why you are looking at the reviews for a McDonald's

Watch your bike there and don't bother to tell the staff if stolen or especially ask if they might check their cameras

I didn't know Edmonton had 2 zoos until I visited this location. I highly recommend this location if you enjoy unsalted fries and dirty bathrooms/customers. Secondly, this is an Edmonton location, why do all the workers be speaking Tagalog?

The hours are incorrect, this place was closed most of the year, only open until 8pm. Terrible mcdonald's.

It is always busy for most of the day but I've never had an order take frustratingly long. The staff do a pretty good job.

Garbage for skip the dishes. Always mess up my order. Tonight ordered a combo and some pies and only the pies arrived. Try calling? Good luck. Line stayed busy the whole night.

One of the kiosk they have was broken, the day my friends and I visited. It was a little small space, but a lot of people in it. Time limit was 30Min for/to consume food.

Only McDonald’s in the city I’ve encountered that charges customers extra when asking for extra McChicken sauce and dips for your nuggets.

There's no point reviewing McDonald's food because it's the same everywhere. This location in particular is a little drab and kind of dirty inside. The drive through is quick and the staff are pleasant.
