Saad gave me the best vanilla milkshake I’ve ever had. Overflowing with flavours and goodness. It was very great astonishing and greatly amazing greatly greatly tasting. Perfect

I waited 5 minutes to place my order to dine-in, I ordered a mc double dressed like a mac with extra sauce as a meal with a large pop and an extra mc double. I asked the man who took my order if they had a band-aid because my son accidentally pinched his thumb in between the front door (door was closing and my son went to try and catch it before it closed and right before it closed; a inch away the door speeded up and closed fast causing the door to pinch my sons thumb. Thos doors are heavy) and it started bleeding. The man (jati) went to go look for a band-aid, came back and said they had nothing; I asked him to ask his manager because that was a health and safety concern for not only their customers but their staff also, that they have to have a first aid kit on site. The manager Virasat gave me one look and told me "we ran out of band-aids" I tried to explain what had happen but he raised his voice and told me they had no more band-aids. So I went to the bathroom (which was gross, toilet paper everywhere, smelt supper bad, water was all over the counter) to wash my sons thumb, tried to dry it but the dryer did not work and there was no toilet paper in both stalls; so I had to goto the pop station and get napkins to dry and wrapped my sons bleeding thumb up. They called my order number and I received 2 mc doubles and one large pop cup. I asked the man who took my order where my fries were and he told me you didn't ask for any, I then told him no I asked for it to be "as a meal with a large pop", that he owed me a medium fries because it was not my fault he did not hear me. He argued with me and told me (accusing me of lying) that I only ordered the two mc doubles with a large pop. I asked to talk to the manager and told him what was going on that it's not my fault he didn't get my order right, that they owed me a medium fries. The manager argued with me and forced me to pay, told me it was $3.07 the first time, layed out my change on the counter; then got mad and told me its $3.87, at thus point I was fustrated and said see this is why I asked for the meal because now I'm paying more, layed out my $3.90 just for him to only take the $3.00. I asked for my receipt because I was going to do both surveys, the manager then tells me very rudely I gave you the receipts and said yes please do fill out both surveys. I asked for his name he told me I cant give you that information and I told him yes you can that's why you all wear name tags, gave me both his name and the man who took my order. I then went to look for a spot to sit only to find all the tables dirty and the floor was sticky, I was able to find a decent table to eat at. While I was eating I couldn't help but notice both men were supper kind and helpful to the Caucasians but were rude to people of color, when both men of color too. Both me and my son felt uncomfortable so I went to ask for ketchup and the manager gave me ketchup and rolled his eyes at me. At this point I was over it and knew I was going to expose both of them on social media; because both me and my son did not deserve to be accused of lying, charged more for our 1 meal (then when I called them out on charging me more for my meal. The manager quickly gave me back 90 cents) left to bleed around in their dirty bathroom and dinning area. I feel like I was racially profiled as an indigenous women and because my son has long hair they probably thought he was a girl therefore, the quality of our customer service was down grated and how dare a indigenous women stand up for her rights. This is not the first time I was accused of lying to make it a meal instead was charged more for individual items. I've always had to pay more because the person from this establishment never hears me say "as a meal" like why would I lie about that just to pay for all my items individually.

We ordered newly hyped mcwraps. But it didn't tasted the way expected. I asked for lime sauce and cheese, and h oo was missing both things. All the stuffing was coming out of the wrap. I would have given negative rating if possible.

I 100% support immigrant workers,

But when they don't have a decent menu display with only select items flashing up and an extreme language barrier,

It makes it impossible to order even 2x small bacon cheese burgers as I couldn't even verify they weren't giving me full size ones.

Therefore I wasn't even able to order food in the drive thru for myself.

Went through drive through ordered 19 pack nuggets. Drive away.grab a nugget.omg.sawdust and cold. This time I'm mad I drive back go in. Tell them.they don't seem to be concerned. I told them this isn't the first time I got old cold nuggets. But this time I came back.
Just replaced then.handed me the bag and said ty.really ‍️

Ordered a mcchicken, it was grey and chewy so discusting I could not eat it.made me very ill was hollow inside patty.ew

This location is incapable of fulfilling an order accurately. Missing food. Extra food. Wrong orders. Missing drinks. The list goes on. Make sure you check what you get and expect to have to go in and have them correct it.

The manager Alex was actually wonderful but one of the staffs working had a terrible attitude, she may have had a bad night so I don’t want to post her name but like had a nasty attitude on her face, giving us like rude responses and we were like medium maintenance but asking like not a ton of requests and how she handled them made us feel like a nuisance for asking

Over the last 4 visits they have nNOT got my order right or I was given the complete wrong order. Would highly recommend you do not go to this location

Plz stop stacking all 4 pickles on top of each other inside the burger. It happens every time I eat here lol

I don't know why it's rated 2.8 stars it's my favourite place I love biking here it's a 20 min bike from my house but sadly a lot of their promos aren't available in Canada really annoying

They forgot an entire burger. I ordered four sandwiches and they only gave me three. That being said 75% accuracy is becoming the norm for McDonalds.

Better than most other mcdonalds in town, though still severely lacking in customer service. Don't expect to be promptly served or acknowledged upon entering/walking up to counter.

Went though the drive through today. Asked for a fresh 1/4 pounder patty. It was Excellent! The people who were in the window and at the order board were great and friendly. Thanks you guys.

My sister got angrily kicked out of the play area because it’s “12 and under”. She’s 11.very ghetto and worst food and service ive witnessed.

Absolutely poor service. Did not even get close to what we ordered. Drive 15km back home just to find out that the whole order is a mess. My family is very unhappy. Nobody got what they ordered! I will never buy here again, and don't suggest that anybody, that wants service delivery, buy here. VERY POOR!

For a slow location in the middle of the night.should not have an excuse to delay my meal.also you should have a much happier drive through person.little miss braid does not like customer service

Went through the drive through tonight and the girl who took my order was COMPLETELY RUDE! Not sure why immature teens work in customer service when they have zero respect for anyone. Asked for a black ice coffee and reminded her no suger no cream (this mcdonalds has put suger in my ice coffee when ive said no suger) and she was completely rude about it and disrespectful. Get a new job that doesnt involve speaking with customers if you dont know how to. Child.

Would give 0 if I could. They gave cold coffee and missed an entire sandwich. When I called they said they'd give it to us next time we came in, as well as 2 pies. When we went back they gave us the coffee and didn't even give us the sandwich they missed and didn't give the pies. Awful service. I expect better.

Horrible costumer Service! Rudest people in the whole area with stupid spectacle manager having no sense on how to handle the situation on behalf of staff! Should go to the learning school before handling the store!

Placed a mobile order, arrived at the restaurant and they couldn't find the order, even though I had been charged, and had the receipt/order number. Fine, technology happens. They punch it in again, charge me AGAIN, and say my card won't be double charged, reassures me several times. Guess what, it was double charged. Beyond frustrated. Will not return.

Bad service. Rude manager. Really slow, inefficient, disorganized, the kitchen people doesn't have hairnets on, and just an overall bad branch of McDonalds

Ordered a mobile order showed up at the parking spot and put in my spot number. Watched about 4 cars get their food and leave. 3 more cars showed up watched them get their orders and drive away. I finally get my order after about 15 to 20 min of waiting.checked the order and it wasn't right. So had to drag my kids and the food into McDonald's. They were obviously in the midst of a lunch rush and so I planned on waiting patiently. Waited about 5 min when I noticed one staff member wandering around looking like a lost puppy not doing anything. She just was standing around avoiding eye contact with me. I eventually said excuse me as she got closer to the counter but was ignored. Figured maybe she didn't hear me and said excuse me 2 more times.she ignored me and avoided eye contact as she stood in front of the till. I walked over to her and told her my issue with my food and she proceeded to try and tell me to wait and interrupt me but I told her my issue she didn't say much and passed it onto someone else. I made sure to make note of her name tag which her name was Joy. Ignoring customers is rude especially when you are literally doing nothing. My advice is do not work in customer service if you do not desire to do your job properly and believe ignoring customers is appropriate or ok. Another person did help me and quickly got my order right while in the midst of seeming to do everything. He was wonderful and why I didn't give this review a one star. I wish I caught his name but I didn't. Thank you to whoever you were broken hand and all you helped me quickly and apologized for the mix up.

Rude staff. THE GUY TAKING MY ORDER, he must have caught his gf cheating on him that day. He was a know. I'm sure he also was a manager.
My order was wrong. Ordered no onions.
No sugar, needed artificially sweeteners in my coffee. (diabetic)
Coffee was not correct. Onions were all over my burger. Cost me.

Ordered original Quater pounder with cheese and got the new disgusting bacon maple one. Pretty hard to screw up 1 meal order yet here we are.

Terrible service and food was stale and cold fries! Waited over 20 mins for my food, kept messing up my order, missing fries from the meal then give me stale cold uncooked fries. Very disappointing! Waste of money and time! This wasn’t the first time… always so disappointing.

Customer service was great but they were super slow.we were in the drive through for 20 minutes just waiting

Fast food is par but they really need to hire staff that can count. Ex. Order was 5.25. I gave 20.25 to help make change easier. Staff was perplexed and started giving me coins. I had to help her by saying its 15 dollars change. Kids today rely on calculators for even small amounts. Sad.

Tried using a coupon that I just got today and the manager said it was already used and accused me of lying. Definitely go somewhere else, they don’t deserve business

If you’re driving a full size truck (as a large amount of people in this area do), make sure you have plans to manoeuvre carefully! Parking spots are small and getting through the drive through is “challenging” if you’re not paying attention. Just forget the left lane!

Food wise - it’s McDs. Doesn’t matter where you go, it’s pretty much always the same. Isn’t that we go there? No surprises!

Visited Fairway Plaza, south location McDonald @ 7: 03 Monday August 2nd 2021. I have a grandson visiting and it was his choice. The ordering window and cashier was very pleasant and helpful. But to my surprise the pick up window the girl could not have been more rude I asked her the question how do I tell the difference in coke or coke zero the answer was check the lids slam goes the window, I did have one more question could we please have some salt and pepper and ketchup and napkins? She pretended she couldn't see us or just ignored us and hoped we would go away, when we didn't she threw open the window I asked the questions she grabbed a handful of condiments almost threw them at me and said next time ask when you order and slammed the window again Nice Customer Service I am glad she is not my employee is all I have to say

This McDonald's is Not worth your money coz they will just steel it from you like they did me took 20 minutes to make my meal then when I wanted my money back I was told but the Swing Manager NO and closed the door and told me if I dont leave he will call the cops.so I left with no food and no money so I called my lawyer. This place is covid avoid at all costs.

Almost every time I go to the fairway location, food is missing, drinks are wrong, order is wrong and I always get parked even for just 2 meals. Today I went for breakfast in the drive thru.coffee was terrible, I then parked to wait for my food which was wrong and missing items. This location is a disaster and a waste of time. I would recommend any other McDonald's around town.

I had a very bad experience with an employee her name is Manvi. I ordered two burgers with hashbrowns. And she was racist with me. She’s very rude with me. This type of behaviour is completely not acceptable. I haven’t said something to her i could have said something which may harass her. Employees should be taught how to talk to their customers.

Never the fastest service, but staff is always couteous and smiling. Great place to get soft ice-cream for a fair price.

McD's is always ok, clean friendly and they let you use the bathroom unlike a and w and Hortons so it's a good place to go to spend a few bucks.

They didn't have what we wanted. The fries were rock hard. They forgot the very first thing that we ordered and when we went back to get what they forgot, they charged us again for it. Not impressed

Worst experience. Laziest McDonald's night staff in Lethbridge. If there is any chance to give stars for night staff then I will give -5 stars. Yesterday I had to wait for 50 minutes and today for 40 minutes and after 40 minutes they were saying 20 minutes more. LOL.then had to cancel the order.

I found something solid, maybe lettice or something, in my coffee here. Won't order here again.

The drive through is both slow and inaccurate. In the last 3 times I have been through, they incorrectly filled my order after a long wait and getting parked. Not my favorite golden arches by any means

They are not cleaning the way they should i watched a worker clean every surface with same cloth and no cleaners sanitizers

The amount the drive thru person stated and the amount at the window where different. Then had to wait close to 10 mins for my order.

The slowest McDonald's in Canada. Horribly unpleasant staff. Often have to wait 10 to 15 minutes to clear the drive thru in the morning for just a coffee. Just go to Tim's across the street if you value your sanity.

Update Dec 6 / 2020: Still the worst McDonald's in Canada. Ordered a latte. Didn't accept my filled out McCafe rewards card. Latte was nothing more than warm milk. Staff is beyond incompetent here. Frustrated that I have to give them 1 star to leave a review. Just don't go here guys.

I felt safe despite all this corona going around. I felt heard despite the fact they were busy, I felt understood, even though I accidently ordered a whopper. Thank you for your service. Thank you for your hard work. Thank you for everything you do.

Went there and stood there for about 10 minutes before someone served us and waited about another 20 minutes till I got my food and the manager and supervisor didn't have hats or hair nets on and working in the kitchen like Gross I don't want someone to hair in my food I feel that the health inspector should go there

Ordered a McChicken with extra lettuce.barely had any lettuce at all.

Drive thru was crazy busy and took ages to get through.

Very good by sad lethbridge standards.l! Food comes in reasonable time. Meh by most other city standards. Staff are underpaid but you probably already knew that.

Needed a nice quiet place to sit down and collect my thoughts. Now, I know, McDonald's isn't usually your first choice for a nice contemplative place, but I had a coupon and wasn't going to go anywhere else.
I sat in the back near the playplace (beside a window) and it was quiet! No music playing, minimal noise from the front. I was able to enjoy my cheeseburger in peace.

In most public places, I have a tolerance of about 30 minutes before noise starts to get to me, but at this McDonald's, I liked the atmosphere so much that I ordered a sundae and stayed a little longer.

Staff were great, food was great, and I have made a mental note that this is the McDonald's to go to in Lethbridge if I want good food, good service, and a quiet place to eat.

I ordered from the drive thru and a staff named Raman was so rude and disrespectful. I asked for a an ice-cream cone and her response was "our ice-cream machine isn't working right now" so I said okay give me a minute I'd like to get something else. She responded rudely after 10 seconds saying "so do you want anything or not"? Still very calmly, I asked her for large fries and drove straight to the window. There she shoved my order in my hand when I went to go grab it and slammed the window when I tried to inform her of her rude behaviour.

Bad manager that belittles customers, a few good staff, with a broken head up top. Good coffee, which earns it a shiny 2 star.

Came here for food bro ordered 2 double hamburgers with mayo only went thru, gave him pickles, onion, mustard, ketchup. So we went back thru and then they gave us a chicken burger. And then finally gave us the correct burgers.

McDonalds is McDonalds, but the fairway location really offers a warm welcome with it's very friendly staff. I often get coffee there and it's a good time.

Gets worse all time. McDonald's was the original but they don't qualify as fast food anymore. When you need 5 parking spots for people to wait for food you might need to adjust your system. Best fast coffee though.

Very slow service. Teller was very friendly and helpful, but it took more than ten minutes to get 3 muffins. Apparently there were two busses that came in. Understandable. But, end consumer's point of view, it was slow.

This place is disgusting. Flies everywhere. Staff don't seem to have any idea what their roles are. Food was wrong had to send back. By the time things were straightened out I had lost my appetite.

McDonalds is the best! Great service and amazing food! The atmosphere was really good, everyone seemed happy. I would recommend this to anyone who likes great service and great food. FIVE STARS FOR SURE!
