Came by at 10: 53 am to order a chicken wrap to be told it’s not yet “lunch time” so I had to wait 7 minutes. With no option to put my order in and wait.

Some people want your regular food all day. At nearly 11 am, that’s really late to only be serving gross eggs.

Went to A&W instead because for some reason they can do both.

Asked for extra sauce on wrap, didn’t receive it. Asked for onions, didn’t receive it. Asked for a sprite, got a coke. What a joke

The quarter pounder with cheese were dry and burnt. I have picture to show. The lady who served was not paying attention and we kept on repeating our orders. Ended up lacking with condiments. Fries were not properly seasoned. The money we spent was wasted! Is it always like this when customers still have 30-45 minutes before closing?

Leaky cups, sour milk and staff coming up bugging customers to complete surveys during lunch hour. This and the usual messy take out burgers, mayo dripping everywhere.

Staff are generally friendly but, priorities could be better. On one occasion, I was interrupted 4-5 times by staff and management within about half an hour while I was trying to eat; they seemed to be under review at the time. I just want some peace when I'm on lunch.

To add, they rarely read the slips. Almost every time I order dine-in, they pack it to go and look at me weird (even rolling eyes) when I ask for a tray. I started ordering table service, thinking this would solve it. Today, they packed it up to go before bringing it to the table. I don't understand where this issue is coming from.

This business needs to understand that people don't want to be harassed when they're eating and, focus on quality checking their work.

If I can give this location 0 stars I would. There's just no care and no quality at all. Burgers are always made wrong. Order cheeseburger with no meat. The invoice says no meat and the label on the burger says no meat. I opened the package and see a bun with no cheese, no meat, just ketchup and 1 pickle. I don't know how many eyes it takes to actually get a simple order correct. Mcflurries are just thrown together now. Because they got ride of the mixing plastic spoon, the toppings are just thrown on top and you get a wooden spoon to mix it yourself. Quality is sidelined for efficiency at McDonald's.

It took us over a half hour to receive our food, not sure why. They removed my number to not appear over their time limit. Coffee tasted burnt and watery. Overall not a great ambassador for the franchise.

Service is not good. I went in early morning, the doors were closed to not let people enter. Then I called them, they didn’t picked up. I went to the drive thru, gave my order. Got the order late. They had technical issue too. They were taking only cash payment’s.
However it’s the Best pit stop in Canmore.
And nice views from the store.

On sat, October 7th through the drive thru, the first window charged me for what I ordered, 20 piece nuggets with a large coke. Second window when I drove up to receive my meal the staff informed me it didn’t go through and I need to pay again. I then told them it says it went through “transaction approved” as I paid with debit. I paid again. I check my bank and both payments did go through. Charged double for what I paid and the large coke tasted like water so that was wasted.

Typical fast food restaurant, Delivers whatever you can expect from a fast food restaurant.

It was busy when I was there. I waited for 5 minutes for someone to help in the "order here" counter, and no one came. So, I left. Not a happy customer. I am not supposed to give any rating at all, but I just want to let them know that someone has to check the counter, that's why it is labeled as such.

Food was ok. Ordered curbside delivery. Restaurant staff did not have mask on when delivering food (was under the chin)

My hamburger and fruit smoothie were good. Lots of parking. Easy getting in an out, even towing a trailer. Washrooms clean, modern. Gas station attached was useful to me. I do not like being asked for COVID Vaccination I. D.while my food is getting cold, at pickup window. I ordered at the touch screen kiosk, which I prefer.

Went through the drive thru.

The lady who took our order had a lovely voice, like a flight attendant on a plane. She was very patient as I struggled to decide.
We got the new chicken mcmuffin and really liked it. Also had a mcgriddle.

The location is really good and If you are driving from Calgary to banff, this is one place that you should stop. On my 3 day trip every day I had my coffee and breakfast from here. Good and fast service. Washroom is not that clean, but you can't complain because this is probably a place where everyone take a restroom break. Overall good experience.

They lost a customer with the guy managers terrible aditude and employee in training women. They wouldn’t take a coupon on the app when it said the Canmore location and argued the whole time this guy working dosnt Deserve to be a manager.they also lost a order I wouldn’t recommend this one also line ups take for ever here.

Shoutout to Charlene on the drive thru, she is always super friendly and happy regardless of how busy it can get. Top notch service

I didn't like the service time in this place.
It's clean.quality is also OK.
But the service time is very slow.

Tooth in the burger and it wasn't mine. Sick to my stomach. Nearly threw up in the vehicle. Never again.

We went thru the drive thru and the service left much to be desired. First our order was input incorrectly and needed to refine at the pay window. We had a coupon and were informed we had already used it. Quite impossible as they scan the coupon and keep it. (Actually we watched the employee scan it twice). I asked for a receipt and didn't get one. When I asked for ketchup and salt and pepper I only got the ketchup so I asked for the salt and pepper. The employee at the pickup window was annoyed and preceded to give my a handful (very wasteful). I said thank you and he was very condescending as he yelled "you welcome". Very unhappy experience.

Crazy busy but that's just the nature of this location so that's not really factored into my rating.

My order being completely wrong when received was the main issue.

It's a McDonald's. It's still 24x7 of you order using the app. Right now you have to knock on the back door to get your late night order, but they're visibly installing a window for late night.

This place was a zoo but I was actually very surprised at how fast I was able to get in and out of there the drive-thru is a little confusing but they have to make the parking lot that way because of the volume of cars going through I could barely find it so I just walked in and it seems so busy in there but they were just pushing out orders every 15-20 seconds it seem like I got my food within 10 minutes and I was on the road again.

Canmore McDonald's. It's a great place to refuel the body before heading into the mountains, west-bound, or onto the prairies, east-bound. Good food, but very busy. The victims of their own success. The staff is efficient and courteous. The restaurant is overdue for an expansion. I always look forward to my visit.

Is there no Manager or caring staff at this location? This is one of the worse washroom I have seen. The pictures tell all. You can see that it has not been attended to for some time. They were not short staffed and there is no reason for this.

I have been to this location quite frequently recently but that has stopped after my last two trips. The staff are always rude and could care less about getting your order right. The food was been cold, the wrong items and looks like it was slapped together by a 3 year old. With most businesses seeing a downturn in revenue from Covid19 you think they would appreciate still having paying customers, guess not.

Wow just drove 30 min to get there at 12: : 30 for a late night meal after packing up all evening. Online said 24 hr drive thru and dine in till 10 pm. I get to the store and they are closed I would appreciate it if you fixed your online hours to save me a hours worth of driving at midnight

Staff were good, and food was average for McDonald's. Didn't like that people sat in the adjacent booth, with current covid numbers.

The wait for service was insane we waited 35 minutes The recieved The saltest fries ive ever had, I will never go back

Sur les quatre McDonald's ou j'ai mangé, c'est le premier à avoir un service de qualité, le perssonelle est avenant et courtois.
Tous ce que j'ai commandé était bien emballé et les suppléments demandé était tous correct (les autres McDonald's ne me mettais pas de suppléments pour gagner en vitesse).

Les toilettes sont propres et nettoyer régulièrement. Les tables désinfecter toutes les 5 à 10 minutes.

Félicitations au manager et à toutes l'équipe.

Went through drive thru and in our order was a 10 piece chicken nuggets. Asked for extra sweet and sour sauce at window and was told that with a 10 piece nuggets we are allotted 2 sauces and anything extra was. 25 cents. Was a little bit annoyed at the fact that one of, if not the largest fast food chain had to charge that much. Said no way I’m paying that and got onto the highway to discover that I didn’t even get my allotted two: (and hubby’s chicken burger was wrong… also no ketchup! Maybe would have cost me more!

The food was same quality as always and pretty fast service but with all the tables open now they need to have someone out wiping them down properly. The cleanest table was sticky!

Clean McDonalds which can get relatively busy and somewhat chaotic during peak times on the weekend

Busiest MacDonald's in North America. To be fair, it was Monday August long weekend. Pretty sure I got covid when I was in there from all the cityots heading home. The kitchen was panicked, the manager was a little unprofessional, screaming at people.don't think she would be very fun to work for.

I like it because its better than last time. Last time we got treated bad but now its AWESOME its safe, and handicap friendly, food is Awesome of course. And make sure you WASH HANDS ALL DAY, EVERYDAY.

Just a drive through, using a discount coupon. Service was friendly, polite and courteous. At the window, the person was very nice as well, promptly efficient. It is what it says on the tin. Keep up the good work!

Few weeks ago I ordered a bacon and egg with no cheese and there was cheese on it, few days ago got the same. This time there was no cheese, but the bacon was burnt and miserable.
The hash browns were fresh and amazing though!
Might stop again next time I’m in Canmore, but you guys gotta do better!

Complete disorganized mess, doesn't meet the normal McDonald's standard for level of service.

Bought a mcchicken to go but when opened the box in my hotel room found only that cutlet (I actually made a bite before made the picture)

Long drive thru line of all time?

Seriously I am sitting in my car stuck in the drive thru like for what feels like a literal eternity. The mountains around us could have formed faster than this drive thru moves.

I could have raised a cow and harvest to make my own burger by the time I get through this line. And the line isn’t even long. It’s just moving slower than the glaciers.

Such aa bad experience i had at this place, order a coffee triple triple but it had no sugar in it, ordered a chicken sandwich but the pattie inside it was old and very dry. Coke has bitter taste.

Good for a quick bite, I couldn't go through drive-thru so went inside with only a little wait because it's limited inside only two people at a time for now.

Ordered, in store, two sandwiches, an order of fries and a drink to go. Got out to the car, one sandwich was missing and the other was not what I ordered. Kind of crazy when I waited 20 minutes to get it. Not busy inside but chaos comes to mind.

Ordered a double quarter pounder and even made sure they heard the item number, repeated it back at the end, PAID for a double quarter pounder and still only got a single small patty burger looked like a happy meal burger.

Picked 2 up in drive-thru for my kids today as a treat and half of the toppings ended up in my new truck when I took them out of the cup holders.

Brutal, thanks again for reminding me not to eat this garbage.

They parked me for more than 10 minutes for 3 sandwiches. I watched over 10 cars leave and I’m still waiting

Pancakes were over done and hash browns cooked in old oil. Quite disappointed by what I bought for the family. Friendly staff though at the window but of course food was tasted later

Had to turn around and come back as I asked for no onions. They bring a "new" burger out and it still a big finger hole in the top of the bun. The guy apologized and when back and got me a new one. I was afraid to eat it and just asked for my $ back they wouldn't so I payed for a burger I was afraid to eat.

If I can 0 star, I will do.

I went there when it’s not busy at all.

Firstly, they placed the wrong order for me.

Secondly, after I told them that’s wrong order, still some different staff keep bring me the wrong order to me.

Took me over 20 mins to get a burger in a time when it’s not busy at all!

0% of efficient communication for the team work.

If you have choice, stay away.

Speaking as a restaurant manager in Saskatoon.

My first point is: Avoid franchise stores at all costs. Quality and overall management is significantly weaker than corporate locations.

Secondly: COVID restrictions are ridiculous. Guests should be limited to amount of red circles inside the restaurant. They only allowed 2 in at a time but had space for 5-6+. All other guests were forced to wait outside in the cold. Bad for business.

Third: McDouble patties were old and dry. Cheese was in the wrong place. Waited for too long for a simple order.

Fourth: Manager walked by the 6 of us waiting outside 3 times and didn't acknowledge us. Against Mcprotocol.

OVERALL: Exactly what to expect from a franchise location. Nothing special, on the lower end of the satisfaction scale.

Just thought I’d shoot my shot with the guy taking orders yesterday around 2pm. Immaculate service and impeccable vibes. PLEASE hit me up my single friend is looking for love

Usually do drive-thru as it is most expedient for me. Have only had a couple of mix-ups with orders and had to go back to walk-in but it was quickly rectified.

It's my 'must' to stop by and purchase coffee here before driving back to Calgary. Don't know why but it tastes better than any other McDonald's in Calgary.

Terrible customer service. The girls were great. The clown named Dave that calls himself the manager.needs a reality check

Had to wait outside for 15 minutes, possibly the only good thing about this place is that they have excellent ways to prevent covid 19. Asked for fries without salt, and mayo in the bag at the cash. Once I got my order 7 minutes after ordering I asked if the mayo was in the bag. The worker told me that if I wanted mayo I needed to go back to the cash and pay for it as I was not charged in the begining. The fries had lots of salt on them and the wrap had more toppings between the wrap and paper then in the actual wrap. They were extremely busy but that doesn't explain the poor customer service i received.

Super convenient McDonald's with awesome staff and really fast service. Stopped by here on my way to the mountains and got coffee and ice cream. The place was completely packed. Nevertheless, I got my order within minutes, much faster than I expected. The food had even better quality than the McDonald's in Calgary and Edmonton. The staff was extremely friendly as well. I would not hesitate to come back here again in the future.

Well.what can I say other than the manager just wants to keep your money when they don't have an item. So I made an order, with poutine. I was then informed, would you like large fries instead, as they did not have gravy. I said okay, then thought a second, and asked for a refund for the poutine. Manager asked why there was no gravy.no answer from staff. They go to refund me, but instead of refunding the poutine, they gave the the difference of the lg fries. I said I didn't want lg fry, I want poutine, and YOUR STAFF offered lg fries (no mention of cost). Manager argued with me about it. I said, I was offered lg fries instead, but they made me PAY for them. I would not budge about the proper refund as it was not what I wanted or asked for. He tried to tell me, that's what I wanted. I stood firm.and low and behold, he said make the gravy for the poutine. Ummm, well look at that! They would have been able to make the poutine in less time it took for me to get my money back. Staff need to be a little more courteous and not eye roll when asked for a refund, as I was not getting what I wanted, and the manager trying to rip me off, yet he was telling me HE was going to be short (of $). So I guess, the customer is not right here and they won't make it right without a fight. Note that I was calm, cool and collected in this exchange. I just smiled and kept repeating.no poutine, money for the up charge back please. No I did not want lg fries with that!

The service was slow due to large crowds on a Sunny Sunday night, when people are returning home from their mountain journeys.

Got a say this was the worst McDonalds experience we've ever had. Food was awful. Burgers were thrown together and the fish and chips was just so bad. Ordered a smoothie that was not mixed properly.

I've been to a many McDonalds' this one is nothing special, but it is up to the standard. Fast and courteous service, was a pleasure to grab a meal from them.

The place is always a bit crowded but my family and I always come here when we are headed towards Banff. They did mess up our order just a little but it's understandable.
