Please keep your eyes on the receipts especially when they ask if you would like to buy a. 15¢ bag (now a “mandatory” charge unless you want to bring your own bag to the drive through)

Ordered our normal meal for 2 tonight. The drive through clerk asked if I would like to buy a bag. I said “yes, I guess, if that is the new rule”.

Saw 2 bags go on the screen and then the screen get cleared very quickly.

I asked to see my receipt at the window, and sure enough, there were 2 bags billed.

I asked why they would ask me to buy one bag and then bill me for 2. The manager offered me one bag refund.

Then they hand me 2 bags, very loosely packed. Our usual order, and it always fits in one bag, usually with an extra McNuggets on top for the kid.

Pretty shady McDonalds. Great way to maximize on the new government rule, and make it more profitable for you.

Please watch what they charge. Things are too expensive to be paying for unnecessary charges.

Whoever invented this new rule of no bags, napkins, forks or straws is ridiculous I come to the window and in a plastic container where every single other person who went through the drive-through sticks there hand in to grab there food were my fries spilt inside the container. Am I supposed to scoop them out with my hands and grab it they are spilt all over. Everyone’s fingers have just been in there, touching the container it’s not a new one or cleaned so I had to pay $. 15 for a tiny little brown bag Crazy

Place is getting bad. No ice in ice machine. The tables are all dirty. There is no ketchup holders. Floors are dirty. People have to clean their own tables. I am probably not coming back here anymore. I complained about the tables being dirty and the manager came out and cleaned on table, she didn’t even pick up the garbage in the floor next to the table.

Bad stuff especially the old lady she was very rude to me, she gave me a missing order and when I asked her to handle it she replied in a very rude way (no it’s like that) actually I didn’t like her way and the order wasn’t even nice to eat, so then I left it to her and I said I don’t like it you can take it. I spent money for nothing!
Try to be nice to people you’re not giving them food for free we give you money….

I've lived in the area for years, been to this McDonald's a number of times, and finally making a review. Every time I've been here, the wait time is terrible. Like nothing is ever prepared. This is 'fast food' is it not?
Better off going to the one in Shawnessy, or anywhere else period if you're in a hurry.

This isn't the first time nor will it be the last, I'm so sick of workers not doing the job they GET PAID to do. I've made multiple orders at 330am that have been delivered and now I keep having the problem where the McDonald's cancels my order as my skip driver is there trying to pick up the food.they've had plenty of time to accept and assure the order was being made but cancel it last second saying the menu is being switched to breakfast after the food was apparently already made.idk if this ploy to get free food but it's getting ridiculous, I work late nights and don't have access to a grocery store during the night, so this is basically my only option of food, making people wait 45 minutes each time just to cancel their order is ridiculous.will not order from here ever again, thanks.

Slowest service. Overnight will tell you half the options aren't available because some different excuse everytime. Food is normally cold or wrong. Sucks because not many late night places are open.

Terrible crew /manager.asking for a mayo and insisting I get it already and showing to the other people that I'm lying just for mayo?
Your manager need to have a training more on how to deal with customer.

Kudos to Ben! Exceptional customer service. I went through the drive through for my food and was given my food by a very personable person. When I drove off and tasted the fries, they were cold, so I turned around and went back to the inside to ask for new fries. As soon as I walked in, the same person acknowledged me and I asked if he remembered me to which he said yes to my surprise even though it was 2 minutes prior. I told him my issue and saw that fresh fries were going to be done in 1.5 minutes and asked if I could wait and I said yes. As soon as it was done, I was given the fresh fries, so thank you Ben for addressing this in a very fast manner.

I'll start with the good, The staff are really friendly. However everytime we go there, they make us pull over and wait. We could be the only people in drive thru, ordering a coffee, or a single burger, and still have to pull over. So the you'd expect fresh quality food, but half the time it tastes old.

As far as McDonalds goes this is the best one in the city, but the mcdoubles have gotten so small (this is a mcdonalds-wide issue) and you just don't get the bang for your buck that you used to, which is why I have removed one star.

This place is under staffed! Busy! Not enough hard working ppl here spinning around the clock! Give them some help owner! So I Don't have to wait here forever for my order.

Gone to this McDonald’s my whole life. I have been chronically disappointed over the last 6 months. I have been asked to pull off to the side every time I go through the drive thru, today for coffee!?
I place the same order at other McDonald’s and get exactly what I want but somehow it’s different recipe and cost every time at this location.
Shawnessy will be our go to for quick dinner for us.

I don’t know why they block the drive though for…. I won’t stop by at this location again in the very morning. Not just one day or two, they blocked the drive through every day during the very morning.

Make sure to check your order before you leave. Had the experience of staff hinting I hurry up, but I wanted to check first before I leave. Good thing I did because I was indeed missing an items.

This McDonald's location is nice and clean. There service is fast and they have friendly crews. There D/T is open for 24 hours.

Drove through, drive through, lineup was busy, told I had to wait for fresh fries. All good, more importantly finally actually got my full order all correct. First time outta last three visits. Food was hot, fresh and correct. It’s been awhile.

Took 20 minutes for 3 burgers, thought it was supposed to be fast food. Won't be back to this location again.

Took 15 minutes to get through the drive through! And then had to wait for food on the side of the road. I don't know If it was because of being understaffed or what but it was the longest wait I've ever had at a McDonald's drive through.

Best McDonald's around. Always extremely, fast, friendly, and food cooked perfectly. Every other McDonald's I visit is always a letdown compared to this one.

I bought my girlfriend a hot chocolate from this place and only to found out that it was Spoiled! And now she's having a stomach problem. Im not coming back to this place again!

Awful experience with this location via SkipTheDishes. EVERY SINGLE ITEM was COLD! Absolute waste of $32 for fries, burger and nuggets. Only the drink was at the proper temperature!

Really need to work on there accuracy and customer service at drive thrue, multiple miss ed items in last few months on orders.

Refused entry to order take out because I didn’t have my proof of vaccination on me at the time. Will never go to this location again.

I walked into mcdonald's and sitting in the corner was Jeff Bezos and he bought me a small fry. I am his biggest fan therefore this is now my favourite mcdonalds. Ten out of ten would meet jeff bezos here again.

Hands down the best Dons I have ever been to. The food is always top notch, great workers and endless memories here. Will always be my number 1 ever since the GameCube days (OGs will remember).

Discrimination towards skip the dishes drivers. One of the drivers today asked for a small donut instead of coffee because he doesn't drink coffee and the manager did not approve. Poor drivers. Greedy managers.

Best McDonald’s location in the SW, other than Walden. I’ll go out of my way to eat here rather than the one at Co-op.

They were very busy and it took a little longer than normal but hot coffee and friendly people.

The food was okay. The Maple Bacon quarter did not really taste much different than a quarter pounder says my friend. My big mac was lacking extra ketchup as requested but it was okay.

Ordered several times through door dash from this location and every single time they screw it up. Ordered 2 big macs and only got 1. Both recipes on bags said in largebletter 2 big macs. Lack of education or lack of basic language skills?

This McDonald’s and I have a rocky relationship sometimes it’s great and sometimes they put pickles on my burgers when I say not pickles or they give me coke instead of rootbeer but last night was definitely the best experience I’ve had yet especially after meeting jaz she’s definitely the star employee I’d have to say. She was so kind, genuine, and very funny she was joking around with my friends and I and usually their employees are very quiet and don’t talk at all it’s very awkward actually. This definitely made my experience 10 times better after having this interaction. My 5/5 star rating is for jaz and jaz only no other employees! Much appreciation for jaz!

Amazing customer service! This is easily one of my favorite McDonald's to go to, they are super fast and all the staff are extremely nice and helpful.

Ordered from there on Skip many times and I'm always given old, cold fries. It's like they think they're being sneaky and we won't notice. The last order I made had to be refunded because they took over an HOUR AND A HALF to make a large fry and a bacon and egg mcmuffin at 330am.unacceptable.

This use to be a good McDonald's. But lately there order accuracy is terrible. Unless your ordering a basic meal with no changes expected it to be wrong.

Hi this location is very good.there staff is very friendly and always fast service.clean inside.food always fresh and hot.when go drive thru there crew is very friendly and nice.

Only downside was that they were updating their system so I had to back out of the drive thru, park and go inside.as I waited to place my order 3 teens came in and refused to social distance and wear their masks. So ignorant!

During Day time is ok but not early in the morning, NOBODY is working u have to waited 30 mins to get ur order at 3 am

Ok I know it's McDonald's and I know a lot people don't like it but I do, first of all McDonalds has one of the best cleaning programs out there, the food is consistent and that is why you can order something here and it will be the exact same if you ordered it from any location around the world. This one in particular is great for the 24 hour thing, they always have what is on the menu whenever you go and for people who work the night shift (which can be brutal) they are always very friendly and efficient with your order, personally my own hours in life are screwed right up making this a great alternative for being able to get the food I want, whenever I want with great service, for as many people that don't like it I can guarantee that they all have eaten it at least twice. Their sales are in the billions and there are a lot of reasons for that.

My family loves mcdonalds foods. Since we went close to the are we stop by to order food. This location was clean, the rest of our order has no problem at all.

Rude people here.really makes a big difference whether I return somewhere or not! Definitely will be avoiding this establishment

Honestly - this stores ability to mess up breakfast sandwiches every single time is unparalleled. Every single breakfast sandwich I’ve ever got from this terrible McDonald’s has been completely wrong. Figure it out, read the order properly. I pay for extra things I should get extra things.

I’m a SkipTheDishes courier I always went in to collect the order with no issues then today a employee said that I’m spreading COVID-19 and to exit the building immediately and was told that all couriers are expected to be waiting outside in the winter no matter what the weather is I know of a few couriers including me that don’t appreciate that guaranteed if I was related to a employee I wouldn’t be waiting outside

Muffin combo can't be beat anywhere. Quality and price are excellent plus a free newspaper. $2.61 cheapest around. Fits my budget. Please don't change! Makes my morning. Thanks

We ordered 2 kids meals. Got the same toys. Asked for one to be different.just from the look of the manager I understood I was being rude for costing 3 seconds of her time.

It's McDonald's. Food is good, but this location messes up our order 40% of the time. Check your bag before you leave.

Counter service was terrible young fellow stood with his back to the customers. My service was very slow and as I waited for my order he had the next customers backed up 3 deep.
Since Covid started everything cones to go but you order fries and they don't put ketchup or vinegar in the bag.

We go here regularly for the past 10 years and have few complaints. On a recent visit we ordered 3 sausage and eggs McMuffins and received 3 bacon and eggs McMuffins. Was a pain to have to drive back to the restaurant, but can't really complain about having gotten 3 free McMuffins, lol. Also on our most recent visit our large fry was half full.

App has returned to their usual TERRIBLE status. Fortunately WENDY'S next door has enough wi-fi to service McDonald's since McDonald's wi-fi is usually inadequate. Anyone else see the irony when I have to access Wendys wi-fi to get my food at McDonald's?

Went through the drive thru got a large coffee with my BLT meal! Unbeknownst to me the lid on the coffee wasn't put on properly, hence the whole cup of coffee spilled inside my car, all over the front seat my purse, which I ended up having to throw out because I couldn't get the smell of coffee out of it, yes it went inside my purse, also the cup holders! I was very upset as the girl that passed the coffee through the window didn't even say sorry or offer to help! Yes I went inside to get another coffee, making sure the lid was securely on the cup After I spent about 20 minutes trying to clean up the mess in my car! I now have to shampoo the inside of my car, specifically the front passenger seat and cup holders! PLEASE train your staff to make sure lids are properly secured on the drinks before giving them to the customers!

When a customer asks for a crispy chicken burger, it doesn't mean grilled, it means crispy! Can't you people take orders properly? Geez!

One of the greatest concerts were here like the beegees in 1979. There were over 70000 people there. There stage was a 70s style dance floor with alot of colors on it

Great location!:) I am a daily runner through here for my coffee otherwise for food after a long day and appreciate how fast the staff work. I’ve worked in a restaurant before and admire their workmanship, companionship and how they keep this location clean.

I always come here for an afternoon coffee, this location was amazing clean, they always have a person to do the cleaning especially at this unprecedented time. The management and crew were hands on. I love this location!

I visited this morning in Midnapore McDonalds, and the service staff and managers were very friendly. It was an awesome and impressive service. This is so far the best McDonalds in SE.

Tucked away to get to off the main road. Extremely busy. Waited 15 mins in drive through at 530 on a Thursday. Order was correct though.

Bought a mcflurry and a danish yesterday evening for a take out. I've been a fan of McD's muffin so i gave their Danish a try, I ordered the strawberry danish but the staff told me they ran out, so she gave me the last danish on display. I went home and had my first bite and I threw it in the garbage, it was hard and falling apart and the fillings were dry. It's like it has been on display for few days.

Friendly staff and usually pretty clean. Never had a problem here and they're quite fast. Good overall, no complaints from me.

This place is really bad at mixing iced coffee. Everytime I get an iced coffee with sugar, all of the sweetener is at the bottom of the cup. Pretty annoying

For a fast food chain I love their menu. Grandson looks forward to their kids meal. He enjoys their books which is included.
