McDonald's

Two separate times where this location has attempted to steal or actually stolen from me. Tonight I transmitted an online order 20 mins before closing and when I arrived 10 mins later with my order number to pick it up, was told me they couldn’t fulfill it because their POS system was resetting. 2-3 other cars were also sent away. No explanation why they would shut their POS system down before they close on a Friday night or why they thought it acceptable to try to send me away w/o food I’d already paid for or issue a refund. On another occasion I was double- charged for a meal, got home reviewed my receipt and called the store manager. Was told he'd mail a voucher or credit. Never arrived.

An employee named Loagen Macqueen is very racist towards the hispanic community.he treated me with a very rude and demeaning attitude unlike the white family in front of me.he also called me a racial slur when handing me my food and i would've reported this to his manager but i had to leave for i was running behind in my schedule.

Im sorry i just dont understand how many times i came to this place and got a double double coffee and there's not a single gram of sugar in it, like its not rocket science guys, like customer asks for a doible double how can you forget to put sugar in it like cmon. P. S coffee tasted like water

Not going to lie the service is way better here than in the one in fireside. Food comes quick and the staff are all very kind!

Heard an employee yelling about not being liked, while at work. And that they were done. I don't know it was an odd experience.

Staff cannot complete basic tasks. For example, running the cash register and following up with a hamburger.

Ordinarily I find this location reasonably efficient and the staff overall to be friendly. Tonight, not so much. I was the only car in the drive through when I pulled up. I placed my order, got to the window and asked why he told me they didn't make Egg McMuffin (I ordered a Spicy McChicken instead). He said the station was closed - which was not what he told me when I ordered. I got my order, when I opened my sandwich, not only was there no top bun, but it had been slapped together so carelessly that the lettuce and sauce was mostly outside the container. Disappointing.

I don't advise anyone to use the drive through service at night. There was 3 cars in front of me and it took about 20 minutes to get my food, which I had already ordered with the app. When I asked, they said they were severely understaffed. I asked how many were working and I was told 4 employees. I was expecting 1 or 2 employees but it doesn't make sense that 4 of them were struggling that bad. To top things off, I got home only to discover a cold apple pie that had already exceeded its freshness limits. Absolutely terrible experience.

The staff are friendly, I frequent this McDonalds, but my main complaint is that they're almost always out of regular Coke, which is often the main reason I go there.

It's a McDonald's. It's in the hood. Sometimes you get your stuff quick. Other days it takes forever. Inconsistent. I will say the overnight lady is really nice.

Food was fast and hot. We dined in and had it delivered to our table, which was cool. I usually love McDonalds coffee, but so.ething didnt tastes right with the coffee here, it was just kind of yucky. Bathrooms were clean. Self serve order thing was out of recipt paper.

Bathrooms stink! Hot coffee wasn't hot at all. Cookie was so hard it'd hurt your teeth. Poor/ignorant management and staff.

BUT really writing this review in regards to poor management. I purchased 2 happy meals. Thought I’d get them an ice cream after. On virtually every table in the restaurant they had vanilla ice cream cones advertised for 1$
I went up to purchase two. Sorry that sale ended today! Despite the advertisement they would not honour the 1$ price for cones. The manager went around and pulled off all the stickers on the tables while we sat there.
Price was 1.79 now. Of course I didn’t buy … not about the extra. 79 cents.
Such poor customer service not to honour the 1$ price advertised “everywhere” in your restaurant!
Not impressed w this visit … next time apologize for the false advertising and give the kids a free cone (likely costing you a dime each)

Always check your order when you receive the order. I have never been to a McDonald’s that fails to deliver the order as much as this location.

The drive through is terribly slow. 1pm on a Friday. Took 15 mins to get through the line with only 4 cars ahead of me.

It's McDonald's. Not super fast not slow, got the order right. Nothing stellar, nothing terrible. Just in the middle.

Alright for a fast-food joint. We usually grab breakfast between 5-7am on weekdays, and the crew are polite and quick until we order hotcakes.

Completely useless. I went through the drive through and they were getting pretty much everyone to pull forward and park. All i ordered was 2 happy meals and some nuggets and i had to wait over 10 mins. Everyone that came behind me left before i did. Then when they came to bring me the order i got the 2 happy meals but no nuggets.

This place was awful, my whole families meal was cold and the quarter pounder with no bun was a thin bun and two slices of cheese which was gross, don't go here

I ordered two apple fritter donuts, and they were so cold! Felt like they had been in the freezer and were defrosting. Very unpleasant surprise. It was drive thru, and by the time I realized this I was already on my way, or else I would have gone back. Worst donuts ever.

I hadn't been to this location in quite some time, as I don't go through Cochrane often. I was reminded this time of how the coffee tastes like its from a gas station carafe. I asked for another, and they poured from a fresh pot, but I was disappointed still. I mean, sure, coffee and a muffin, whatever, but I expect more from McCafe. I mean, I won't get a T. H.c. (timhrtons) or anything, but I feel like Cochrane McCafe could be better.

I ordered coffee, they have served cold water coffee. There is no coffee only liquid cream and water. When I called asked me to come back from the park.they want me to come back for water coffee again. What a service. I will suggest do not go this store

I was given meal that was $5.99 double cheeseburger which was semi warm, fries were warm and the cola was a root beer which was not what i ordered. Not impressed with the service. And I can't come back to switch as I am at work.

Horrible. Got there, only one car ahead of us. Ordered burger and fries. Told to pull forward while they make a new batch of fries. 12 people left that got there AFTER us. Finally a vehicle pulls up beside us with fries so we had enough nearing 20 minutes. I went inside and as I went inside I was instantly given our food. Very crammed parking lot and drive through as well. Wouldnt go again.

Seriously the worst store I've ever been to. Save your time because this is not a good experience. Every time I come here, regardless of what I order or when, I have to pull forward and wait and when I finally get my food it's either overcooked (burnt) or cold. Disgusting food. Don't waste your money.

Overall the staff here are attentive, polite and reflective of the service you might (should) get in a smaller community.

It makes a difference when people take a moment and actually speak TO you rather than just speak without paying attention. I get a little more personal vibe here than most other McDonald's.

Keep up the good work Cochrane Staff!

Ordered egg BLT bagel through drive thru, asked to double toasted the worker says "you know it's going to be burnt right? " Its non of your business that's how i like it, also told her to put mayo on it get it go to work open it up and the bagel is plain no lettuce no tomato no mayo just awful

Numerous times where order was incorrect, even one time they forgot the meat in my McBLT, when told about it, never contacted. I had to call head office and ask for a meal. That was ridiculous. Just go to the Fireside McDs. Much better.

Went through drive thru. I repeated my order at the speaker and then the guy at the first windows confirmed my order. Both hamburgers we not what we ordered and my wife's drink wasn't right. She ended up dumping it out. I don't know what it was but it wasn't diet coke.

I went thru the drive thru today and I ordered a coffee and fries and the guy at the window told me to drive up to the next window and I was waiting for 15 minutes a no one came. I saw a truck In back of me get his food and drive away. I thought how rude to make me wait for something so simple to make. I drove around again and asked the guy why I had to wait so long when the guy after ke already got his food? He said that the guy already had a order. He said that the food takes a while and I asked why would a coffee and fries take so long? I will NEVER go to that McDonald's again! Poor service and the the kids are so young they don't care about helping anyone.

HORRIBLE quality control at this location. Fries are often COLD and UNDERCOOKED. Burgers look like they're made by a two-year old. Your order will be wrong half the time. Items will be missing. It's obvious they don't care.

Used mobile ordering with curbside pickup. Order was quick and accurate. Marisol delivered it curbside and was extremely polite and happy. Definitely recommend this location.

Every time I get food from this McDonald's it's always good and I have a positive experience with the staff! The drive thru gets busy but they keep the line moving pretty fast! The staff who take the order and deliver it have all been really nice and friendly! It's one of my favourite locations because of the consistent staff and service!

Why should I be sent to park and wait because I ordered no onions on my burger?
In what universe does it take LONGER to put less items?
And then they send my order out without the drink.
I asked for the manager to deliver my drink so I could speak with them about why it took 10 min to get 3 mcdoubles and a large drink, but a child worker was sent out instead.
This place is a complete joke and whomever manages it needs to be removed immediately.

UPDATE: three months later and it has gotten worse.

Ordered curbside. Lost my order. This is not the first time this has happened. Last time it happened my order was on the counter. If curbside is closed mark it as such.

Very very rude manager. Didn't see her name but she was super rude giving me an attitude. Curly hair tall girl.

The last 3 time i have gone i have have been given the wrong order, water down coffee instead of a mocha. The staff there though are very friendly and helpful.

Don't know what happened to customer service. Had a girl named "Silver" help me. Very rude, I went to the counter to order and she seemed almost annoyed I didn't use the new computer things. She looked at me and said "Yes? " So I ordered what I wanted, then she said "Drink? ". Why can't you ask me in full sentences? Frustrating and in my opinion very unproffessional

This is by far the best McDonald's I've ever been to in my life. Service is amazing. Monica is so friendly and helpful. Absolutely genuine and such a sweetheart. I highly recommend this location.

Love this Mc donalds.the food is always fresh and the service is always great.definitely coming back to this one

Good coffee, few friendly staff. Just dont order anything chicken or it'll be a 10 minute wait in the parking lot 99% of the time. Longest wait to date, 30 minutes plus with to hungry kids in the truck. That was for a chicken salad!

Just to ad yesterday's fun. Coffee lid not secured. Ended up all over my lap. Cheers guys. Will dropper to 2 stars now.

Generally a good location, but check your bag before leaving if you’re in the drive thru. There have been multiple things missing or mixed up, usually smaller items (ie: sauce packets they make you pay for, wrong salad dressing, etc.). Half the time it will be good, hot food but the other half it will be cold or poorly made.

I experienced friendly staff, good hot food, clean tables. Maybe it depends on what time you go, I was there in the morning and was very impressed.

Considering we went their for fast quick food cause we were short on time, was not fast. Took 15minutes for me to get my big mac. For quickness would not reccomend this location

Its McDonald's. You dont come here for a gourmet meal. You eat while the kids play on the games and you can relax.

My experience at this McDonald's was not satisfactory. First the wait for our meal was ridiculous, then when we finally got our meal I quickly realized that my chicken nuggets were missing so we got back in line and waited for the missing chicken nuggets. Also we ordered a vanilla iced coffee and received a regular iced coffee. The fries were not good, they were soggy and somewhat cold. The only reason I am giving this location a 2 is because of the cashier, she was very kind to us after everything about our meal. I will not be returning to this location ever again.

Not what it used to be. The EVM Sausage McWrap has shrunk. The cost cutting is obvious. Please bring back the full sized menu. Increase the price if needed.

Missing the middle bun on all 3 of our big mac's. We waited 15 mins for our food and we had to ask for our drink cups. Honestly it's worth going to calgary to get your McDonald's atleast they put a middle bun on my big mac. Fries are also always bad, soggy and not fresh.

Hot and fresh is not the motto at this McDonalds. They'll get you through the drive thru as fast as they can, but the food is like it's been there before you placed the order. Staff is friendly at least. Always ask for everything fresh.

Very slow service, and had to ask for my drink cups. All three of my big macs were missing the middle buns and fries were soggy and gross. You're better off just going to the city:/

Every time I come to this McDonalds nothing is ever ready and I have to sit in the reserved parking for 15min waiting for my food. This is supposed to be fast food. Don’t waste your time coming here

Food is what you'd expect.service is literally always terrible and slow no matter if you go in or go through the drive through! No one wears hair nets here either

I used to go here for a quick bite to eat on my lunch break. When I go through the drive thru more often than not they mess up my order in one way or another. So I have stopped going here for the most part because I'm tired of ordering chicken nuggets and getting the dipping sauce but no actual chicken nuggets. And the customer service isn't great either.

Disgusting, absolutely revolting inside, everywhere, I can't imagine how clean the food prep area is.
A male manager I routinely see (if I absolutely must go there for my coffee), can't think to process an order, ever.
One poor kid was trying to clean and tell his boss things that this manager can't comprehend or is so simple he doesn't understand, the kid is obviously not respected nor I suspect appreciated.

Great service with very friendly staff. However, one cheeseburger had no cheese and one cheeseburger came as a hamburger

Now I don't normally write negative reviews or reviews at all really but I can't let this slide. Almost every time I have gone inside I see staff preparing the food but none of them wear gloves and not all of them use the tongs to pick up food. There has been more than one occasion where I have seen staff handling food directly with their hands. I understand being busy but that's no excuse. Also this place does not now how to make iced coffee the last few time I ordered it was warm coffee with a few Ice cubes thrown in for good measure.

Gave me 3 ketchup packets I don't need, but wanted to charge $0.20 for a single mayo. Seriously? Last time I am going there.

Idk this is like the slowest mcdonalds i have ever been to.the staff are very nice but it seems a bit dis-organzed? No idea why there is always a long wait on food.lol

I hate writing bad reviews, but in this case it's warranted. The last two times I've gone through the drivethru, I've had to park and wait over 25 minutes for them to bring me my order! Clearly they aren't equipped to handle their demand.

Actual rating is 0 stars. Worst drive through service ever. Ordered than asked to park, and had to wait 10 minutes before they brought me my food and even than it was cold. It I had to wait why couldn't it be fresh. This has happened 3 times now. Will never forget there again

Terrible service, orders are always wrong. Ordered bunless burgers and they are always thrown into a box with the cheese stuck to the bottom. Usually takes over 20 min for drive through service. The. Worst. McDonalds. In. Canada.

I like McDonalds coffee, and the Thai Chicken wrap. But for the love of Ronald, why is all of the sauce on the wrap at the bottom in one artery clogging clump? Also "wrap" implies maybe at least one wrap of the shell. It seems like most of the time the wrap should be called a sad fold. Service was fine.
