PLEASE, PLEASE get this McDonald’s new management. 9 out of 10 visits through the dive through are wrong. Management not doing reviews or checks and balances is a sign of laziness.
Kids need better training.

This location is notorious for extremely long waits, they take your money then park you. Numerous times have had to go in and remind them about my order. The kicker is when the order is wrong

The service of this McDonald’s is still as bad as it was a year ago. It’s mainly a people problem. It’s like you’re dealing with kids.

Without fail, the children running this restaurant will screw up your order. Thanks McDonalds children.

Good service and good staff. The restaurant is kept real clean and they're very organized in the back in my experience! Sandwich was built well and iced coffee was free of grounds. Will come around when in the NW area.

This McDonald's has lost its good customer service. And food is never fresh and tastes old. Had to wait 20 mins for 4 drinks.

I keep giving them chances, but they keep screwing up. It is never busy when I go. They mess up chicken nugget meals every single time. If you ask for habanero, they give you sweet and sour. If you ask for 10, they give you 8 or 9. They don't know how to count and you end up going home being super upset because you did not get what you wanted. Check your nuggets before you drive off. Huge chance they messed it up.

Edit: I gave this location 3 more tries, and every single time, I got 9 nuggets instead of 10. Literally, no one at this location knows how to count. Ridiculous.

They forgot what the term “drive thru” means.consistently asked to wait for coffee or for food. Manger is arrogant and unwelcoming and the employees reflect that

Atmosphere was awesome because we ate in our car like trolls under a bridge. But I have to say it was hands down the best McDonald's we've had in years. Fresh. Hot. And the ladies were super friendly too.

Absolute trash service. The girl could not comprehend our order, got it wrong 6 times while inputting it to the system, removed condiments that we had asked EXTRAs for then they still gave us just regular burgers. And one of the double cheeseburgers was cold.

Daytime staff are beyond rude! Asked for fresh hash browns, told them wouldn't mind the wait. The hash browns I received were cold & soggy

Worst McDonald's in Edmonton! EVERYTIME I order from here, something is missing, wrong or they don't have it! If it wasn't for this being the closest McDonald's to my job, I'd never go back! I do not recommend this location!

How come they only serve burnt coffee. And when i ask for mac sauce on something they drench it in mayo not the mac sauce. Service is terrible and food is never made to standards.

Easy and fast place to grab a coffee, eggmcmuffin, hamburger, fries, ect. Any time, 24 h. Going to the drive through.

I come here everyday to eat breakfast but not anymore, the staff interrupt me while I'm enjoying my breakfast asking me to do a survey. This is very disrespectful.
Never coming here again and don't recommend it either unless you feel like being bothered by the staff who want you to do their survey.

Employees are not great. Lady taking our order was on her phone not paying attention and whoever was in the kitchen didn’t take kindergarten math class. We had 17 nuggets in our 20 piece nugget meal.

Had lunch there today and there was a miscommunication with my order, the gentleman who took our order his name was Ted was very friendly and corrected the order. Was very happy with the staff, service and food.

Terribly rude staff. I have been patient with this location, often their breakfast sandwiches are stale or burnt and inedible, and often the food isn't hot, which I can forgive. It's fast food. Low expectations. But when the staff start lecturing customers, especially customers that are polite and courteous, it's time to take your business elsewhere.

I suspect the're just salty that I was usually there between 7 - 7: 30, which meant they actually had to open on time.:)

They serve spoiled food, and change the best before dates. Go to a different location. They also have no soap in the bathroom, and two out of three of the hand sanitizers were also empty. Wonder if their staff wash their hands?

One of the better ones been to.was actually clean. Great speedy service was provided.which is rare today

Is McDonald's feels like the cleanest not that the others are dirty but like when you see how much they give attention to cleanliness and this restaurant you feel like others are not doing an equal good job everything that's really good we love the food and it was a good experience overall

Absolute and complete incompetence, ordered a simple McFlurry and got 1/4 of one, handed back to fill and got back 3/4 of a McFlurry. Wasn’t even worth fighting about. Couldn’t believe after handing it back I still didn’t get what I paid for. Guess there is a reason DQ is more expensive. At least you get something for your money

Best place to get terrible service! EVERY MEAL we ordered had something wrong with it. Its not like the manager on duty even cared. I dont remember things being this bad ever! Why hasn't management made some changes already. Looking at the other reviews.some one should be let go!

This location of McDonald’s got our order greatly wrong. My fiancé ordered a 10 piece chicken McNugget meal, 2 chicken snack wraps and 2 chocolate shakes. We got the chicken McNugget meal, one chicken snack wrap and 2 chocolate shakes that were more like Vanilla shakes. No straws or napkins in the bag. They didn’t even give us a receipt so we could go back and get what we ordered. Definitely not going back here.

I have been going to this McDonald’s consistently for the last 2 months and I’m blown away by how amazing it is. I have never had a cold or bad order. They always have fresh fries, great service and my order has never been incorrect. I don’t understand how they are so efficient and accurate but I love it

Ordered 3 meals and only received 2 of them when I went through the drive thru at lunch today thanks mcdonalds guess I don't get lunch today

McDonald’s is a great place to stop if you are looking for something quick and easy! Personally a huge fan of the Jr Chicken and McDoubles! We find ourselves we’re often while helping friends move or heading to or from the mountains!

Very disappointed, both Bacon 'n Egg McMuffins burned and not edible. If I wasn't miles away, I would have returned them.

I feel this McDonald’s is usually fine, but it’s definitely slower moving than your typical location. The food is usually kept in ideal conditions so you aren’t walking away with soggy fries or anything of the sort, but I do get mistakes to my orders here and there (maybe 10% of the time).

Seriously McDonald’s this is your promo burger. Extremely disappointed. This is not the first time. I hope you read your reviews and realize more people have experienced this as well. Step up the plate and deliver a good meal for once.

Yo this one isn't horrible with getting Ur order wrong, you go to the one at castle downs or down the road at 127st and ur order is a shoe-in for a screwing up.my go to Mcd's

Always messes up my drink orders and sometimes will try to give me medium drinks when I’ve paid for large

The staff is always very polite. After placing a small order online, they called to let us know they were out of something instead of canceling the order, helped us choose something else, and upgraded our drinks.

Good place if you really want to get fast food but on the other hand always check your order before you leave that window they have a tendency of screwing up orders even if it's the most simplest order of let's say a cheeseburger fries and a small pop and somehow you always end up with a double Big Mac extra large fries a yogurt type stick a kid's toy pack and something else that you didn't even order which in my opinion they would be losing out on money and the other person would be dating the opportunity of a lifetime of having somebody else's meal

Every time I order from here the food is always not warm and something is always missing something or wrong with their fountain drinks. I always get a really bad headache after drinking fountain pop from this location. I stopped going to this location and go to the one inside the Walmart nearby, theirs' is so much better and fresh.

It's McDonald's. If they get my order right then they get five stars. Unlike some other locations, orders tend to be right all the time. The store is clean and the staff are good.

Like most McDonald's it gets busy, that said I've worked for its competitor Wendy's and I have to say McDonald's is atrocious for making orders wrong. They tried to give me regular chicken nuggets instead of spicy and didn't think I'd notice, they messed up the dipping sauce 4 times, and it looked abnormally chaotic compared to some other locations. I would day overall they did a fairly good job but need to ensure they keep focus on their task at hand "order by order" and work on order accuracy. It will save people time on both sides of the counter as well as wasted food/money on product not eaten.

The iced coffees are excellent and breakfast sandwiches are a little greasy put some could use some improvement other than that everything is great and you need to come up with a mushroom Burger

Can't make an ice coffee to save a life. 3 days in a row light sugar I guess means extra sugar.

Devon and Emmerson (managers) are more than helpful, kind and understanding. I would recommend this McDonald's over any other! Thank you for being helpful and rectifying a situation that was not even your store's fault.

Our kids unfortunately love Happy Meals so we are here weekly as the closest location. 80% of the time our order is wrong or incomplete. Common to get a toy when requesting a book or the wrong dipping sauce. Multiple times we have arrived home with no nuggets in the happy meal.

One extra star for being fast and polite and the 20% of the time things go well.

Stop making trucks wait at the last window. Your drive through design is stupid and the turn is too sharp.

I seem to always have problems with this McDonald’s. When I get home to open the bag, there is always an item or two missing, whether it be hash browns or nuggets. There have been multiple time that I have ordered 6 nuggets (it says 6 on the box) and when I open it, there are only 4. It’s frustrating because I have two children who share a meal and it’s normally the perfect amount.

Really happy to found this location that is actually still serving food for most of the night! Especially because it was 3am and most other food places are closed long before that time of night now: (The food was made fresh for us so was good&hot, and got to us pretty quickly. Was just a bit disappointed not being able to get ice-cream because the machine was off already, but at least we got food!

I’ve been getting the wrong size of fries, I order a large one and they gave me a medium. Also, I pick iced tea as my drink and I got a coke.

Rude staff feel descriminated and racialized every time I go through the drive thru and they always forget something a African American with a red shirt it always so rude and when he swore at me and my son no customer should be sworn at.he seems he takes moral out of the employees he was rude to me and my son on dec. 23/2020 at around 730 pm he needs to be fired he seems like the kinda person that shouldn't be in the position he's in I don't think anyone should deal with that the worst employee is a reflection of a business so I think the owner needs to be aware

You've got to be kidding me to send me this survey to start off with all I wanted was one quarter pounder with cheese no pickles extra onions how difficult could that be so I got a quarter pounder with no pickles and no onions then they refused to take it back then they gave me another one but this time there was onions on it but just the regular amount and I love onions I like to have extra onions when I order and did I get that no so I can't even rate this restaurant how difficult could that be well not much to say about that one

I would give zero stars if I could, This very loud white curly haired manager was yelling to the staff and you I could hear her from the lobby. I waited 15 minutes to get my food and they didn’t even get my order correct it was missing multiple items and when I asked the loud white curly haired lady she just turned around and started yelling at the staff and I waited another 10 minutes for my food. I will not be returning to this McDonald’s ever.

Very busy drive thru. Made us wait on the side, then got the order wrong. Instead of a breakfast sandwich and a double cheeseburger, we got two cheeseburgers. Food was quite disgusting and felt like rocks in my stomach. I'm done with McDonald's, I'd rather starve.

Good overall. Clean dining room. Quick service. Washrooms have always been clean when I have visited.

Always end up with the wrong order, coffee is usually cold, always ask for ketchup but I never get it.

They couldn't accommodate replacing an egg mcmuffin protein with the new chicken option and they shorted us one sandwich.

Stopped here to have a late snack. About the only place open in the area. Service was friendly and quick. Food was fresh. The little donuts are very good at the end of the meal. Coffee was hot and made the way we asked. I was going to give them a 4 star but after thinking about it I bumped it to 5. Very clean also as they cleaned tables as soon as customers left.

Middle eastern staff that’s working drive thru window around 730pm was rude! Doesn’t say Hi or thank you! She also has very long pink nails and they’re polished. Is that part of the hygiene standards?

This is the worst McDonald's in Edmonton. The dining area is always filthy. The drive through isn't actually 24 hours. They give out coupons that they don't honour.

Worst restaurant in the world dont have a clue to what your order is coffee 2 sugar how hard is that they put cream in it where does it say cream when all I ordered was medium coffee 2 sugar?

For the most part, I never have anything wrong with my order. Would give it 5 stars if they ever get their baking sorted out. Many times I've gotten a muffin from this location and in be doughy in the middle

We were in the drive thru line for 20 minutes and were shorted food once I received my now cold bag of food. Since the first window no longer provides receipts once you pay I had no paper record of my order when I explained I was short food. The young lady at the pickup window was not forthcoming with any sort of customer service response, basically told me I was incorrect, and then closed the window. Consistently slow service at this fast food drive thru when we patronize this business, added to today's complete lack of care or attention, means we will not be visiting this establishment again.

Had to wait 15min which is fine but cold fries? I cannot remember the last time I got hot fries when ordering through the drive through.
