Waited more than 15 mins to get a oder from drive through! When I asked about that employee name Lena was so rude to me! Learn to talk first! LEARN ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is not fine dining restaurant to wait 15 mins for Oder

Good McDonalds over all. They screw up my order on occasion, but at least it's not in an inedible way. The staff are fast and friendly.

I frequent the drive thru regularly, however I did fine in the other day with the kiddos and grandma.
It was very clean, very quick and staff were very kind. Definitely heading there again for an in store experience

I was hoping to find a nice dry dog food. The lady was nice. Loved her dog. The customers that came is seemed like regulars and happy. That being said I was pressured into switching to a RAW diet for my dogs and I did not appreciate that. If ahe had some certificate or diploma in dog nutrition Iight have considered. I just didn't like the pressure or being told that a dry diet was unhealthy for my dogs. Still greta product. I will be visiting a different bome and biscuit where I can feel less pressure to change my dogs diet.

Can never go wrong with McDonald's. I don't care what anyone says, when you need a quick lunch the food is fast and tastes pretty good.

This location always seems to get something wrong, and in many of my visits, something is missing. This particular instance no ketchup or sweet and sour sauce was included in my order even though I asked for these items and those items are listed on my receipt. In past visits I've had more significant items missing and have had to go back and line up at the drive-thru. This happens way too often at this location and I've had enough. From now on, I'm going to be "that guy" that holds up the line and goes through the contents of the bags and makes sure everything that I ordered is actually in the bags before driving away from the window.

Fast service and the new crispy chicken wrap is Wonderful. Great flavor (which can be difficult with chicken) and Very crispy chicken.

Was over charged for 2 items I questioned them and they told me that was the price. I however later checked and also went to a different location to find out I was right. Double check what they charge you here

Ordered 2 double hamburger with extra pickles and payed extra, and yet the standard 2 pickles on them. SMH stop hiring people that cannot read

Hands down, this is the worst McDonalds in Alberta. 9/10 times they forget something in your bag when going through drive through. When dining in is open the counter is extremely slow.

Had to go back in Half the food wasn't in the bag, I like my coffee with 9 sugars and 3 cream and they can never count to 9.

Every time I go to this one I get short changed on something and always fries (which are my favourite part). This isn’t okay. I’m done going there.

The burger wasnt hot and juicey like they let on to be and the fries were just barely warm. Sorry to say not happy with there food.

Extremely busy today at this location. I was curbside and one other vehicle was curbside the rest were drive thru. When my order arrived I was a little surprised because the people beside us in curbside were there before us. When we opened our bag of food we noticed immediately we were shorted 1 fry order so went inside to request the fries. They gave me the fries but when I went back to the car we realized the burgers were wrong. The lady from the car beside us went in as well. We talked. I had received half my order and half her order. The supervisor made good on the order for both of us with no hassle. We appreciated that they made good on our order without any hassles. It was so busy cars were causing street issues from lining up at the drive thru so we understood errors could happen. Good job making things right McDonalds!

Hash browns were as perfect as always but my coffee was lukewarm which is not the best way to start the day

Wooooow! Why this location! Yet again you guys screw up on my burger.how hard is it really to make a PLAIN burger. I'm asking it too made that way for a reason. Way to ruin my dinner. Yet again.

For a long time now they are selling HAPPY MEAL without happy meal box without happy meal toy or without happy meal book. And still charge same preis.so i think they should rename on CRYING MEAL because that it is when you bring that to your kid. I mean.realy.and that is for a ling time now and thay just know how to say sorry.never again anything here.

There was barely any Mayo, and this was a special order burger with Mayo added. Burger and Poutine were both barely warm, and I ate them within five minutes. Also have been there in the morning to grab a quick breakfast or just a coffee, and the morning service is really slow!

Ordered strawberry pies and instead of telling me they don't have enough, gives me apples pie to fill the order. I don't like apple pie, and I can't return them since they didn't give me my receipt

Very nice service, very friendly, the service was fast and I got nice hot fast-food. I go very often.

I asked for the big mac to be made fresh and it took along time and then when the burger was ready the cook didnt tell the front girl. So my burger was cold anyway.

GARBAGE GARBAGE GARBAGE.absolutely by far the worst McDonalds i have ever been to in my life! Everytime i go here, they mess up my order in one way or another!
Just ordered a mc chicken wrap, meal, got cold fries, crispy chicken when i asked for grilled, lettuce, when no lettuce was apart of my order! The reciet had all the proper info just thr meal made wrong! Manger needs to keep a eye on the kitchen staff!

This McDonald’s is one of the worst in city of Edmonton. On average they mess up 1/3 of my orders. It’s one of those places that will piss you off with the wrong drive through order and you will realize that after you drive away and it’s gonna be too late to turn back. Don’t spend your money there unless you want to drink hot chocolate after you order WHITE hot chocolate, eat regular poutine after you order poutine with bacon (if they remember to put a fork in your bag).

I went to this McDonald early Sunday morning and it was pretty empty. Went through the drive through. Despite being the only custom there they burnt the bagel I ordered into a smouldering husk. I have no idea what they were thinking giving this inedible hockey puck to a paying customer.

They can not get a single order right. Rude people. Terrible service. The place is always dirty. It is the apitamy of incompetent service.

Typical McDs. There is nothing good, nothing bad. Same thing on their menu hasn't changed, sure new stuff comes in. Still Fast Food, burgers, etc. Just be nice to go to different ones and get the same quality.

Very busy location! Took over 6 min waiting for my coffee inside. It's clean and the staff are friendly.

For a good quick bite to fill up a hungry stomach, i prefer this store. Fast and easy transaction at the drive thru.

When I ordered the hot chocolate it tasted like warm milk. You couldn’t even taste the chocolate because it was all on the bottom of the cup. Personally I don’t like the hot chocolate here. I think that Second Cup and Tim Horton’s have better hot chocolate’s in my opinion.

Ordered mc chicken meal with no lettuce. Got home and just had a bun full of lettuce no chicken patty

You should never expect much from a fast food restaurant.but they should actually train their staff.

I usually use the drive threw, and each time I go through it is fairly quick and painless. Keep up the good work.

Standard mcdonalds food, you cant order at the till at this location ehich is insanely frustrating because their order screens always have issues

Every time I come here, they forget something, add things to the meals that we specifically said not to include because of allergens or dietary restrictions - every. Single. Time. I've had to make a scene to the manager or supervisor twice in order to clarify the staff's complete lack of competence.
Then I tried to call today when I went through the drive thru and had just an empty fry container thrown into my bag, which was supposed to have fries.the call wasn't picked up and the end of the ring had such a high pitched squeal it hurt to have my phone to my ear.
I'm coming back to complain in person - this is absolutely ridiculous.
