Drive thru took forever and they totally didn't understand my order of mcdouble meal with no ketchup and no onions but extra mustard. Got my meal and left the drive thru to find my burger had ketchup a bit of mustard, no onions or pickles?
Do not go to this location. The staff do not care at all about their customers feeling safe and comfortable. The men’s washroom had an individual shooting up so it was not able to be used. After informing the employees they said they would call the cops but never did, instead they looked at the guy in the washroom and did nothing. I was going to let this slide but then shortly after a different individual came over to our table and wanted to fight us outside because we allegedly called him a “skinner” which is completely not true, we had not said a word about this man and have no idea what a skinner is. Didn’t even know he was in the restaurant until he came over and aggressively slammed the side of our table. I felt incredibly scared and uncomfortable and the worst part is the staff just stood there and watched. I then picked up my order from the counter and further informed the staff that their paying customers are uncomfortable and scared, they said “yeah I know” quietly and didn’t acknowledge their mistakes at all. Was incredibly disappointed, I have never left a bad review before but this one was absolutely necessary to me to inform others of.
EDIT: I had originally left this review whilst being shaken by the incident that occurred at this location and I had not yet opened my bag of food to see what was inside. When I did I found my burgers were made entirely wrong. I am vegetarian and still enjoy hamburgers with no patty, I haven’t had many issues when ordering burgers with no patty but of course this location gave me all the burgers with patty’s on them, which was incredibly disappointing since I could no longer eat them. The large fries I ordered were also not even 3/4 full….
No one took my order in the drive through, then moved me to the parking lot to wait for my order. Not convinient. Please maintain the services and improve staffing numbers as needed. Staff was friendly and tried to help.
Ordered a snack wrap at night. Took two bites and realized it was sour spoiled chicken. Had to throw up up and pray I didn’t get food poisoning. Don’t go here it’s been downhill for years. Terrible food quality and spoiled meats.
Awful, just awful. Do not waste your time. They missed up my orders way too many times.and they scammed me once at the drive through by charging me $22 for two ice coffees… disgusting
15 minutes for take out is not fast food. Ordered to go, and put it on a tray, made me pay. 15 cents for a bag or wouldn't bag it. Should have told me at the till, what if I didn't have change? Then stuff it in a little bag that was ripping at the counter. I said so skip gets fancy bags with a handle, but I am paying for one that doesn't even fit? Then put it in a bigger bag, had to ask for a drink tray- shocked no charge for that. Patties 3/4 the size of the bun. $46 for a waste of time and money. Next time just go to Carl's Jr for real food. New low McD's. Just charge the 15 cents as a ser charge for all take out then, don't demand it later and then be assinin about it. What next, drive thru I don't have change, you throw it in my car? Family restaurant or a Cash grab?
Honestly, one of the worst MacDonalds locations in Edmonton. Consistently they will “forget” to put an item or two in the drive through bag but still charge for it. Do yourself a favour and sit in the drive though lane as long as it takes to make sure you get what you ordered.
Very friendly staff and better service than most anywhere, including non-franchise competitors. My second last visit was untimely, as I arrived just as they were closing the dining room, but the nice young gentleman allowed me to quickly order at the kiosk and take my food to go. Was a nice gesture, and he deserves a high five.
I should mention that their selection of hats is lacking, but nobody is perfect.
Definitely not a place for vegans or vegetarians. No selection unless you want fries Hard time even ordering a simple milkshake.repeat.repeat.then someone seems to get your order.

Ate their last evening, fries were raw, burger was wrong with barely any sauce (ordered new big Mac got a reg big Mac with very little sauce), the syrup in the pop was out (so a waste of a large pop) and I got no receipt.so disappointed in this mcdonalds as usually it is my go to restaurant in our area. I will think twice about coming back!
I wouldn’t eat here. This place is disgusting they let people come to work sick and some lady who works here is literally sick every time I’d stop to get coffee decided Tim Hortons was worth it. Glad I switched to healthier alternatives
This is the McDonald's near my work. So I eat here or get takeout atleast once a month. They are pretty good and clean inside. Most of the time pretty organized but they have made mistakes on orders. Simple things like missing a hash brown, no straws, or a burger made wrong. They are complicated orders that are usually for multiple people at the office. But they are mcdonalds app orders so they clearly see what we want. But overall a good place amd one of the better mcdonalds.
Once again. Wait 30 minutes and wrong drink, no napkins and no straw. Of course I didn't ask for catchup so didn't get it. Why? I have been to this place twice and each time terrible. Tim's is across the street. Go there.
I’ve been to this location multiple times and they always say that their ice cream machine is under repair. And when they have it, their ice cream tastes really bad. Please don’t go to this location for ice cream!
I was little scared to use kiosk to order my drinks, many cases mac Donald's machine are broken, but here I got all I wanted. Kiosk was too slow to response. No big line, quick served!

Got my order correct but gave me the wrong order, they noticed before I drove away but said nothing. The cola I ordered was not right, it was mostly water, not enough flavoring so the machine needs to be serviced.
This location in particular is not that great! They seemed really confused. We ordered a happy meal on drive thru and i feel like we had to have a conversation on exactly what we meant.you know what I mean? "Happy meal nuggets with sweet n sour sauce with apple slices and miilk and they asked every question. What kind of sauce? Which side? And what drink. I went on another time. Idk why I came back ️And the fries was bitter.is that normal? Old oil maybe? And I clear as day said peppermint tea. Little girl in the front gave me earl grey I wasn't even mad. Just in awe.
This is my usual place to stop for a coffee on my way out of town, but I will admit that they could definitely do and be better. I've had a range of service from them. Occasionally it's been good, but usually it's bad. The person who takes the orders is usually friendly and polite, but wow could the people giving you your order be better. Numerous times I've sat there for over 5 minutes waiting for something as simple as a couple of coffees and a muffin. When they finally open the window to give me my order, I will often not even be spoken to. They just mutely hand me my order and then close the window again. No "hello, " no "sorry for the wait, " no "have a good day. " Just an arm holding out my food. I get that it's McDonald's and it's not the epitome of fine dining and service, but it doesn't mean ALL forms of customer service and people skills need to be lacking. I feel like COVID has caused many places and their workers to retract even the barest minimum of effort they used to provide. Now workers will often just hide behind their masks and use it as an excuse to not even be human. Step it up guys.
Management and staff did amazing work.cleaning disinfecting and safety procedures like no other establishment I sat there for 3hrs had a business meeting and I was impressed.no viruses will ever make it out of that location Happy Halloween
Stopped in to get 20 dollars worth of burgers then due to good laughs and amazing attitude the guy working the window ended up talking us into 40 hahaha amazing will stop here more often for my late night runs
The food was overcooked The fries were cold I had to settle for something less than what i wanted to keep from arguing with clerk who seemed to have the iq of a pencil I settled for an egg b l t and the bagel was old and over cooked This meal would have been tastier. If it was made by purina dog chow
I often hear of the "bad service" or "missing item's" from ordering food here; however my 4 year old son and I have never had a single issue! We love McDonald's! Listen, if you're someone who has experienced problems in the past, do yourself a favor and ask how you could've made the situation better. When you walk into a McDonald's, you need to already know what you're looking to order. McDonald's isn't the place where you go over every item on the menu, contemplating whether or not a combo is right for you or what deal works best. This is especially important for the Drive thru. I have witnessed people struggling because they wait until they see the menu board before making a decision. I'm sorry to be on the side of McDonald's on this one, but they've kind of been around since the dawn of time. Plan ahead and you'll have a great experience!
The teller told me I can get a $5 dollars coupon if I deposit $25 on my gift card. That is very nice. The place always clean, service is fast and friendly.
