McDonald's

Our experience was good. I like to use the McDonald’s app in store. I can do my order on the app and then have it delivered to my table. This is a very nice restaurant, it is clean and well lit. The washroom facilities are clean also. There is lots of parking available. The staff we dealt with was friendly and helpful.

If you like getting drunk with your brother and he drives you there when your intoxicated and he is the designated driver. This is the spot for you my drunken comrades!

I order double cheeseburgeur. I say i want EXTRAx3 pickles. I get 4 pickles. When i say EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA.i want extra. I’m sad. Are these pickles coming out of your pay check? If i could give 0 stars.i would.just awful.

Food was warm, but bun for My Mc.muffin was burnt. And hashbrown tasted odd, like the oil needed to be changed. Honestly if the food is warm and accurate I don't expect more than this from a place like this. Sad but true, but this is also why I usually don't eat there.

Staff was friendly and quick. Docked a star because the straws were missed for the drinks and the staff gave liquid honey instead of honey mustard for the nuggets.

I will never forgive you McDonalds.you have failed for the last time. I payed 40 cents for a large FRY and it is now lost in time between the cracks of my broken and your greedy empire. Wendy’s is a far more respectable establishment that is also aware of how size works. I will take my business elsewhere. Wendy’s preferably.even a man with a shopping cart with something called “maybe meat not sure” for the reasonable price of 5.99$. As long as he remembers sold me a LARGE “maybe meat”. Good day.or at least it was.until you forgot my large fry.that was an extra 40 cents.

Unbelievably slow. Always ask me to go park even when I just order a coffee, I then have to wait for at least half a dozen vehicles to pass and get their orders while mine takes near 10 minutes.for a simple DD or Latte. If they ask you to park and wait just say no.

I don't understand what is up with this location.
I've been having lunches at various McDonald's throughout edmonton and Central alberta on a weekly or even daily basis. My go to is a junior chicken meal with an extra junior chicken and a coke. (2 junior chickens, med fries and med coke).
I order it without issue at dozens of different locations and have never thought it was an issue until today.
Imagine my surprise when they refuse to place my order today. Apparently there is no such thing as a junior chicken meal.

I don't care if thats the case, im obviously ordering 2 junior chickens fries and a coke. This time they tell me they can offer me nuggets or a mcdouble, but refuse to give me a junior chicken. I was forced to head to the stony location and it is putting me behind on my day.

This location has never been my favorite but sometimes is the most convenient. I don't like being played a fool, and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Said senior tea twice still got charged full price. Asked for 1 bag on side as cl has two and got a cup of water with two bags

1. GAVE ME TWO MIDDLE BUNS ON BIGMAC
2. ORDERED JUNIOR CHICKEN FOR MY HUSBAND DIDNT GET IT IN THE BAG, POUTINE (NO FORK) 3 STRAWS ONLY 2 DRINKS.
3. HAIR ON MY HUSBAND JUNIOR CHICKEN.
4. COMPLAINED ABOUT #2 told us they can give us another Junior Chicken just call ahead of time, called multiple times and no one answers.

Not ordering at this location acain, hopefully the other locations do better on solving guest complains and food safety

I would give minus stars, or at the very least zero stars if I could. I was in today and got a sausage McMuffin meal with xl coffee, junior chicken, and large coffee. Both coffees were double double, but had zero sugar in each and we are at work and have no sugar here so had to drink it without. Gross when you are really used to double double! Also, they put dirty napkins in my bag! 8 napkins and one was grease stained but was the bottom most napkin at the bottom of the bag, so it was not grease from MY order. The top napkin has "dried ketchup" on it. (god, I hope that's ketchup), and nothing in my bag had ANY ketchup in it, so again, not from MY order!

Ordering on the app online, even while driving thru the parking lot, is super quick and easy. I even screwed up my online order and they corrected it, free of charge,

Horrible service every time I have visited here. Half the food is burnt or just a weak rendition, sometimes even cold, or they keep trying to give us the wrong food - and thats when I even get the food! Three times now I have ordered on mobile, and parked to pickup, the order gets processed, and then I waited over 15 minutes, so I had to call them to get them to make my order! Unbelievable, go to the one in Stony, they're 1000% better.

Coffee no sugar med do small do med 3 sugar none of our coffees had sugar we even stirred it to see

2 times in the last month, they ONLY 2 times we've ordered from the place the order has been missing items. This latest time no food what so ever came with the order just drinks.
Time for QA/QC to step it up. Or new management.

Bring your own disinfectant wipes to this store. There are ZERO cleaning protocols. I even asked for cleaning supplies to clean our table, she told me someone would clean it, brushing me off I felt. Just about every table was dirty.

I love McDonald’s and all the bad reviews, I can understand a few, again, it’s McDonald’s. McDonald’s is FAST FOOD.love this place:)

Always busy and there app is not very good for ordering for take out and when you do order online and pick it up its cold food. But if you order delivery its warmer? Kinda like they rather you order for delivery as its more money than just ordering online to pick up or pick up in drive thru.

They refuse to make the food how its ordered.
Extra bacon is a waste of money as they NEVER actually put it on. I've literally had enough of this restuarant.

The lady "manager" even tried arguing with me about how much bacon is on a bacon breakfast sandwich add bacon. Recieving less than five strips EVERY TIME.
This morning its three half slices. Where is the one full slice it's supposed to come with.

And you wonder why so many people oppose minimum wage hikes. This awful service IS NOT WORTH A DIME.

I've been very disappointed with this location I work nights and I usually come two - three times a week for the crew at work. From asking for ketchup and not getting to no straws for drinks. At least a dozen times this past year I've received pop that had no taste other than carbonation. Late night there's not alot of choice maybe we'll start going to A&W across the street?

Mornings are fast! Lunch time thier always slow, and will likely half to bring the oder to you after you park

Got a hot chocolate this morning taste only like hot milk/cream. This has happened twice now, and I even stirred it and I'm pretty sure there was no chocolate in the cup.

We got 1 chicken nuggets and 4 burgers and they gave us little to no sauce on burgers and for the chicken and only got 2 napkins.

Going through the drive-thru I was told to pull ahead and wait.no problem but then I looked directly at the employee and ask her politely if I could please get four McChicken sauce a.k. A. Mayo style sauce before I drove ahead to wait and she repeated it back to me. "yes I will put four mayo style sauce in the bag when I bring it out to you"
I got my $20 order then looked in my bag and there was four ketchup.not McChicken sauce! I tried getting the person who brought me my food's attention but they quickly walked away not acknowledging me at all whatsoever.
Like come on McDonald's I'm sure the job's not that hard. Can't your employees just do a job once and do it right? Getting paid $15 an hour to screw up constantly. Extremely frustrating.

Ordered just before 4pm.
LG coffee dbl dbl, 2 double cheese and a junior chicken. Anyone who ever worked at a McDonald's knows very easy and quick order. I pull up I pay I get the second window and asked to move ahead and wait for my order. I even inquired are you sure. The women said yes and she would bring it right out over 15 minutes goes by and ppl around me are getting orders (the wrong orders) vehicle coming after me are getting orders.so I inquire to the gentleman running food out. Who informs me its due to a crew change. (its McDonald's your not doing 12 on 12off why would everyone be shifting at the same time) none the less the poor fellow runs in makes my order because he has no idea why I was even asked to wait or where my order is. Makes it brings it out.and sadly and not at fault to him. Its all cold. Burgers stale and cold. The chicken had no heat in it.may as well of shut the warmers off.

Not impressed McDonald's not impressed.
But good job to the young fellow that tried to right the wrong.

They ALWAYS seem to get my order wrong. But I'll try again next time anyways.just in case.hahaha

These guys always find a way to mess up our order. Food is cold half the time and the staff needs some retraining. We drive out of our way to avoid this location now.:)

Did not fulfill my order correctly. Always missing something or order was incorrect with customizing burgers.

Has any adult or perhaps the store manager been in the Playplace? It is beyond discustingly filthy. No one cleans it. Your children are climbing around in there and then eat food with their hands. It needs to be shut down. Someone call the health inspector.

Have been going weekly for a few years. Great coffee, pleasant staff, hit or miss on getting egg shells in Mcmuffins or getting napkins or condiments in drive-thru. Check order before leaving. I don't eat meat but do eat fish, so was happy to see fish and chips. It was disappointing. Fish good but only 2 small pieces and lots of fries. Too expensive for what you get.

Biggest Mc. Ds with a Play Place and a lot of room. Well staffed and well experienced. Have been going here for so long and had little to no problems.

Too long in the drive through, 15 minutes and no receipt, so if I want a reciept I will have to spend another 15 minutes for that too.

Went to this location on a Friday night around 9 pm. The young guy taking the order was extremely polite and good at his job. It was busier than normal and he apologized for the delay and had great customer service manners!

Food was cold, fries were old and cold, buns for quarter pounder were half stale and dried edges.
No diet options for drinks making it cost more for diabetic.
Hot chocolate was only good thing.
