I only had a beverage. The cashier simply said, "Yeah. " When I walked up, no hello, what would you like, no thank you. She couldn't have cared less. She was looking at the guy fixed fixing a shelf. Had to tell her twice that the POS hadn't processed.
Worst McDonald’s ever! They would rather serve the skip drivers than customers waiting in line. Customer service is horrible! The female manager thats was on nov 3 at 130 pm is a joke and should be written up for the way she talks to her customers. Go to the another location. Don’t waste ur time here! If I could give negative stars I would.
Just went to the drive thru right now at 5: 45pm. Be careful with the crew inside the pickup window. He is accusing customers of lying that there was a toy inside the happy meal box, but there wasn't at all! Common i know it is just a small toy.it's so offending and uncourteous. Not definitely recommended for a drive thru after a long days work. Especially for my kid who wants the toy so bad everytime we go for a happy meal.
HORRIBLE SERVICE! Me and my family came to McDonald’s at about 10: 20. We made our order and we’re clearly the first in McDonald’s. Many people were walking in and getting their food right away while me and my family were standing there for 40 minutes! I’m sorry but i thought this was a “ fast food restaurant”? Finally at about 11: 00 we got our food and we didn’t even get a “sorry for your wait”. Would not recommend!
. Asked for the $2 strawberry milkshake. I was told there is none and was given a list of things that are $2.
I told the guy I had been getting $2 milkshakes for my daughter all week there and other locations. He checked with his manager then said there is no $2 milkshake.
I mentioned that I don't want anything because it is right their on the menu. I took a picture and showed him. He said it must be a mistake because there is no $2 milkshake so he can't give it to me. The manager comes and looks at the picture and says yes the slushie is $2 not the milkshake. I zoom in the picture and show her again that is clearly a milkshake and even says strawberry milk shake.
The manager than says "yes our Sundays and snack size milk shake are $2". So I ask "then what was the problem with me ordering a $2 milkshake you just said there was none and the other guy did as well". She says "oh it's just a small size snack size not a medium". I said "I never said anything about medium I wanted the $2 milkshake which I was denied".
She says ok do you want the milkshake so I said no. Because I was in line so long asking to order plus at the window. I'm sure the people behind me were getting annoyed. 10 minutes asking for a milkshake is a long time when you have a crying baby and an upset kid. I took my kids home to settle and used skip the dish to get Wendy's frostys.
Poor business, waste of time and terrible service. Which is what I usually get at this location. Love McDonald's treats but I'll drive to another location or skip from now on.
On Wednesday I ordered two burgers, two fries, and two large drinks. Zero straws in the bag. On Thursday I ordered again two burgers, two fries and two bottles of water because it was so hot outside. Three straws in the bag. There seems to be no in-between.
In my last 5 visits It’s been 3 times that I have been given wrong order or something is missing.
Is it so hard for your staff to understand and make the order? Although they are charging me the right amount. I can understand that sometimes it’s hard to listen at drive thru But seriously if the staff at the other end is informed not twice but three times about your order and they also confirm it, but still miraculously manage to mess it up.
NEVER HAS ICE CREAM! Every time I come here this happens (and it has been years). How do you not have ice cream when it's 23 degrees at 5pm? This location now takes the cake for worst in the city in my opinion.
Ok so this place was amazing like I'm not kidding when I say they got my order even though they were hella busy like my respect for all the employees was just but in all they had great service and all
This location tries it’s best to screw up every meal you order. Fruit smoothie machine is broken every time we go, the food is horrible, almost like it’s been sitting in the heating cabinet all day. Will try my best and avoid this location
I went to this McDonald's on March 18th, 2021 around 5 p.m. To 6 p.m. My friend ordered us coffee and we had a visit. McDonald's gives a free refill on their coffee. However, this restaurant does not want to honour this. They give free refills for their pop. I have frequent did this McDonald's several times and they cheap out on other things as well. When I finally got my two refills for my friend and I had asked me what took so long. All I said was the manager was giving me a hard time. The manager was at the end of his shift and was standing by the self-serve order kiosk and overheard me. He then rudely said to me you got your coffee so what's the problem. I was not dissing the manager and all I was doing was explaining to my friend what happened. Since when does a manager over here a customer's conversation and then intervenes in their conversation. I said nothing nice about the manager and just told my friend the truth. I get this all the time because I have a disability. Many businesses mistreat me and it is disgusting. I asked the manager if he's to talk police. I am not disabled person who backs down. I treat people fairly and expected to be treated fairly as well. What the manager forgot was that this disabled person as well educated and that he will stand two things that are not appropriate. I have a degree in Business Administration and as a manager I would never interact with customers like that. But, like I said I get treated like this by all businesses. It's time it stopped! The manager butted into a personal conversation. All over a stupid coffee. I'd like to tell the manager I have better things to do to squabble over a stupid coffee. If McDonald's is worried about their profit margin sliding down the tubes because of a coffee refill, they got bigger problems then they thought they had. I am not wasting my time over stupid little issues. I'd like to tell this manager that my younger brother served our country teaching our fighter pilots and he is now a quadriplegic. There are many disabled people out there who cannot speak up for themselves and his manager uses his ability to talk nonsense. What a waste!
Shame on McDonald's. When my brother was in hospital for over a year I frequently visited him and walk by the Stollery children's hospital where I saw many sick kids. I decided to volunteer at Ronald McDonald House to give back to the kids. Ronald McDonald refused me as a volunteer just because I have a disability. Just like everybody else they see the disability and not the abilities. I was more than capable of doing the volunteer position and was looking forward to helping out Ronald McDonald House and the kids. I would see these kids at the Stollery every time I went to see my brother and this is what made me go to Ronald McDonald House volunteer. But, note Ronald McDonald House does not take disabled volunteers.
I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. That manager that was on shift at the time needs a talking-to. If I was the owner oh, I would sure be concerned about this kind of customer service.
I have moved on like I has always have and it is Ronald McDonald's houses missed opportunity for having a great volunteer.

PS. The disabled buttons that are used open the doors do not work. Please fix them. No ill-will towards McDonald's and Ronald McDonald's house. I just move on to bigger and better things.
Very slow in making orders.all the time they have new employees and without training they take and serve orders.you have to wait for at-least 20 minutes outside in drive thru for 20 minutes.
They got my daughters tea wrong, and when I went in I had to say hello a few times to get her tea corrected and felt like I was a bother to them. When I went to pay for it she was like oh this is the angry one because I had to repeat myself q few time over the intercom so I raised my voice, that 3 cars in the other lane went thru bfr she got back to my order I'm not coming back I don't feel welcomed her at all, started my day happy ended the visit with tears in my car to start my Friday. I do not recommend coming to this McDonald's at all
Good Place and good food, But You have the worst Employee I've ever seen. (Maureen) at the drivethru She is always miss my orders, very rude dealing with people, most of the time she is on her phone while taking orders, That is shame to have an employee with these behaviors
Really good service at this McDonald's anytime of the day. Sitting areas are divided in 3 different portions for every type of moment. One of the very few McDonald's I like sitting in for a moment.
This McDonald’s charged you higher prices than other locations and they say it is because their system is down. It has been 3 weeks now that they are doing this. They say they are doing you a favour by comping the drink but the total amount is still more than the usual combo price. When asking the lady why, she was very rude and said that they are charging correct.
Great food, great taste. I live the meals. Don't buy kids menu, I prefer you buying the meals without the toys, it's cheaper. You only use the kids menu when your lovely kids want the toys.
At the drive thru, I ordered the food at 6: 03pm didn't get the food until 6: 14pm. The lady who works at the till window didn't tell me which window to wait. I waited at the first window close to 7 mins nobody showed up. Meantime the second window there was a vehicle waited there for a long time. When the vehicle drove off so I moved to the second pick up window. I waited another 4 mins nobody showed up.
In the meantime, someone at the pick up window 1 behind me was being serviced.
Pathetic! Was not impressed when they told me they don't have a certain bagel and ice cream is out! Service is not there! Long wait times! Inside is dirty! This is the very last time I will visit at this location.
This place is a horrible place of business. They have a survey you can do on the back of the receipt however it’s pointless. They don’t care about customer service. The employees who work there don’t wear name tags, wear their own clothes to work, don’t wear hair nets, don’t wear gloves when they cook your food, refuse to give their name if any issue arises, and they give you cold food that has absolutely zero care put in it. We always get bad service here, there was a hair in my boyfriend burger and they informed us they just wish they could wear hair nets. This location is NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS the manager just DOES NOT CARE about customer service, giving out the correct order, or giving out hot food. I’ve said it before but this is the LAST time I will ever step foot in this location ever again. Actually McDonald’s in general There is Wendy’s who makes your food accurate each time, and they treat you with respect. Other places to try; fat burger, burgers priest, five guys, every single place WILL treat you like they would want you as a returning customer.
My burger was made wrong and I returned it I was screamed at because my second one wasn’t even cooked the lady who refused to give me her name is a African american woman (who told me to go eat at home) I couldn’t believe my ears after hearing some conversation her name could be KUDI Unsure all I know is I was there on April 20th at 2 pm, and this lady needs to be seen by a physiatrist immediately.

I always have great luck at this location, day or night. Sometimes the service is slow but they seem to be pretty short staffed at times. But no matter what they are always friendly. This is my favorite location on the south side!
Horrible service. Had to wait over 10 minutes in the drive thru lane for them never to take my order so driving up and had them not know how to place my order and tell me I could not sure my code because she disnt know how to enter it. Then proceeded to tell me God bless and how the lord loves me for donating $1! I did not ask for or want any religious talk while ordering food, how unprofessional can u actually get! This location has by far the worst trained staff in the city!
Usually McDonalds is a place I would give a 2 star review too. Usually cold fries and no care for the customer. This McDonalds is not like the others though. Always "fresh" and friendly
I understand that it is not required for the assembly line staff to wear gloves but you would think that it would be required for the staff to wash their hands everytime they returned to the kitchen from being in the restaurant especially if they had put something in the garage or just finished wiping tables or mopping the floor I'm absolutely disgusted with seeing how little the staff washes their hands at this McDonald's
McDonald's is a $104 billion company that was built on cheeseburgers with two pickles. Can you please tell me why I'm still getting cheeseburgers with only ONE pickle on it? It's 2019! Ray Kroc would be furious!
I don't know how this place even functions. Atleast 10 minutes to wait everytime I come here. They should just remove mcflurries from their menu because they never have ice cream
Always check your food for drive thru. Too many times they have forgotten something because they are in a rush for no reason. It was dead. Staff is always goofing off and not focusing on customers. We have been given bad attitude as well because we ask if all items were there. We get home and it's not in the bag. Wouldnt recommend coming here. Wish there was a 0 star option.
Had a mobile order, went to pick it up via drive thru. The woman on the speaker said advance to first window. Guy at first window was extremely rude (acted as if I was a bother). Apparently I was supposed to be told to go right to the last window.
I went in with my family and ordered a variety of meals / combos, including a pancake breakfast with sausage. Everything else came on time except for the sausage since a new batch hasn't been prepared. That's fine, someone forgot to put new sausages in the fryer but at least I'll have a hot sausage. I hand them my pancake platter and think nothing of it. I periodically check but they keep saying its still being cooked. At this point, 20 minutes later, my family has finished all their meals and we're just waiting on this sausage. I finally get the platter back but now the pancakes are cold. Couldn't my pancakes be reheated at least?
One of the worst mcds i have ever been to. Drive through staff are rude and do not listen. Girl at the window didnt appear for 4 mins while i could see my order sitting there. Opened the window and basically threw my stuff at me.
Drive through sucks, usually wait around 20 minutes which is ridiculous.and then the people have the audacity to give attitude when you've already been waiting.
