Again another McDonald location where the management and staffs rather block access to both Women and Men Toilets and urinal for customers use than cleaning and taking care of it. It’s -50 degrees outside: Some customers and especially homeless people walk miles to get here buy a food/coffee and of course use the bathroom. The lack of humanity is Insane.

Depends on the time of day u go, as sometimes its quite slow service. Lots of customers and not enough staff

Yesterday my husband and I ordered 1 plain pancake and my husband ordered pancake and bacon it's good we decided to dine in when we checked the bag it's only pancake and no it's disgusting the bacon is so tiny around1 inches long 3pcs.when we received it

You need to evaluate the performance of your lunch time manager. I see her every week struggling to expedite orders. There's 7 people waiting for their orders and it's 12: 20, nobody has interest in waiting restaurant times for their food, because it isn't restaurant quality.

We bought a large fries and what we got is just full of small pieces of fries like the ones leftover from an old batch. It was not even half full. The bun for the quarter pounder looked it was old also.

Meh, typically not too interested in reviewing these larger chains, they are mostly redundant, with the exception of the either awesome employee, or the disgruntled jerk. It was fine.

It wasn't busy at all. The pot holes in the driveway in are huge, so be careful. Drive to the lights and go in.
The ice cream machine broke just after we ordered ice cream

Very slow for curbside. Their drive thru also used to be a death trap for you vehicle with the massive hole. They fixed the hole at least.

If I could give this location a zero I would. I waited 17 minutes to get my food which is unheard of. And when I finally got my food is was cold as can be. Worst service ever

This place is awful and the staff are extremely rude, they refused to serve me even after I called In advance to ask for what I was coming in to order.
I've walked over 40 mins to get here, and I am not impressed at all.

Terrible accuracy! I went through the drive thru and I tried to order 5 meals and every single item was incorrect. From the two egg mc muffin meals with black coffee. We got sausage meals with coffee that had cream and sugar. Missing items. Went back into the store to order the missing food and correct the rest.

Low and behold it was also all wrong.not one single item was a we asked. I am not sure why it was all wrong. But either train staff better or make an effort to listen to what your customers want.

No care was taken here. Go in and check your order.

We also met with other customers in the store with the same complaints.

McDonald's coupons don't seen to exist anymore, their app deals suck, and whenever a good new idea like the grand big mac shows up they cancel it within a month. I get a way bigger and better meal at carls jr for the same price. McDonald's is just too expensive for what you get these days.

We like a lot hanging out. Last night we found this delicious place which friends told us about. We enjoyed a beautiful evening there with high-qulity cooking and an efficient crew and a great chef. We added this place in our phone list and we shall no doubt return very soon. Highly recommended.

I ordered Oreo mc flurry form here, there was only vanilla inside and Oreo on the top they didn’t mixed it properly and the vanilla was also melted. I

I was on my way to work and wanted to try the Spiciest Ghost Pepper McChicken Sandwich at McDonald's. This was the closest location and conveniently in the same side as my drive.

The inside of this McDonald's is quite clean and if has been here a while, updated to modern interior design.

I had ordered through my McDonald's app and when I arrived at the pick-up area, the staff member acknowledged me and confirmed that I was waiting for my Spiciest Ghost Pepper McChicken Sandwich. They are definitely on top of their customer service.

The Spiciest Ghost Pepper McChicken Sandwich was definitely hottest compared to the Spicy Habanero McChicken Sandwich and the Schezwan McChicken Sandwich. It offered some mild tingly sensations and was a welcomed flavor to the reliable McChicken. Between the three, I think I will choose the Spiciest Ghost Pepper McChicken Sandwich.

One of my preferred spots to eat.great location, always clean, and very good customer service. 5 stars!

McDonald's messed up my order and then charged me more at the window after I finish paying I received my food but my ice cream cone was missing and they made me pay for it again!

I would not recommend the McDonald's on 32nd Northeast poor service cheap with their food I had the breakfast burritos keep on filling them worst McDonald's have ever been in will not go back

Service not bad. But the drive thru is very narrow. If u have a big truck it's a tight corner to the service window

For a Micky D's, this one is consistent. Soda is mixed correctly, orders are hot and fresh.
Rarely have a had any issues with my order here.
Masks are required.

I was work in EMS, so my Ambulance won't fit in the drive through. Having a bad enough shift on NYE, them not serving me was the topper to the dumpster fire of a night.

Seems to be one of the better staffed fast food places in Calgary. These guys almost always get my order correct and I've eaten here more times than I'd like to admit to.

Awesome and yummy food, I like the character this place has, and the employees were welcoming. Will surely eat here again.

The spot is awesome and roomy, the food was enchanting and the rates were very affordable.fast, effective service and very affable waiters. I recommend this place.

Got the order completely wrong, shouldn't had to go inside to complain about order being wrong when it was such a simple order.

McDonald's coffee is the best though

Ever wonder why the drive thru is always empty at this location? I ordered 2 chicken snack wraps at dinner time and, sure enough, was told to drive into the reserved spot to wait. I saw the workers inside were just standing around playing with their phones. After nearly 20 minutes of waiting, still no one came out with my order so I ended up driving across the street to Wendy's where they had chicken wraps ready at the second window (less than 5 minute wait).

Food good. Staff nice but ladies bathroom not so good. Bugs on countertops by sinks and one sink water was brown in color. Not impressed on how bathroom looks.

Its always a hit or miss. But good customer service sometimes the drinks are hot like they should be other times they are cold that the cream and tea don't mix.
They definitely need consistency in their tea and coffee service

I used the app and ordered and did curb side pick up. Thinking it would be faster, ppfftttt 13 minutes of sitting there waiting for the food to come out! Then the quality was just as good as the fast service. Food was cold and looked like the person who put the burger together was did it with there eyes closed, burger half off the bun, with toppings smeared all-over!
