McDonald’s Gasoline Alley West

As usual. Worker hardly spoke english. 3 tries to get large coffee with 2 sugars. Always assume that I want creamer. Getting tired of this

Was there at 1130 at night asked for fries with no salt on them.had to wait for order in parking and when got them, they were cold, limp, and loaded with salt.

A good place when you are towards from Edmonton to Calgary, this place where you hangout for some time to get relax.

It's good especially for take outs! Close to gas stations and Costco! The staffs are nice and diligent, too!

Someone literally just came on the mic and said sorry we are resetting our system it will take 30 minutes. Okay. Thanks.

Literally no toilet paper and the bathroom is disgusting. We asked for some and they didn’t tend to it right away.

Both Men's and women's washrooms were disgustingly filthy. Some of the worst I've ever seen. Sinks, toilets, walls, floors soooo dirty. Needs a major clean!

Very poor customer service by manager. I asked for mayonnaise and she said they charge for it which is fine but don’t be rude

Rude and grumpy on intercom. When I ordered water didn’t get it and when I asked for it grumpy came to the window and was so grumpy.

They forget they have customers who are in the dinning room waiting, i waited 30 minutes for cold food

Where to begin. The place was overloaded with people and all the focus was on the drive thru so wait time for food was at least 30 minutes. Certainly not "fast food". They also overcharged me for items that were on sale by charging regular price. They were definitely understaffed and this was the second time this type of hassle happened to me at this location so I will not be back ever again. I only found out after 10 minutes that it would take at least 20 more so I asked for a refund and left without food. The kid at the only till open was drowning, certainly overwhelmed. I felt sorry for him.

No lattes, no table delivery. Great place to go while charging our Tesla across the street.

I was heading back to Airdrie from Edmonton and got hungry. I would have rather ate somewhere else, but McDonald's was easy to find and park at.

Horrible experience, staff was not friendly and they charged us for items we didn't get, and gave us another person's burger instead of the thing we ordered

Came here four days in a row because im staying at a nearby hotel for work, everyday is a different story for being able to pick up water. First day ask for 2Large water and no problem, next day i leave with 8 smalls because they won’t give large, next day two large again and today only three smalls? I don’t know if this location thinks it’s a joke to mess with WATER but find a policy and stick to it because if i could go anywhere else i would.

Way too small to serve that many people. One cash register for 4 self serve tills is crazy for people working there. Average wait is 15min when its slow. (People working there were great, but unfortunately they do not have the environment to succeed) business is way too small for that area

Gasoline alley is a wasteland of horrible choice that all close early, leaving you with rotten Ronnie's.

Food was very fresh when we came by. I never mind waiting a minute for fresh food as it is always worth it

I was in the men's bathroom and an employee from McDonald's walked out of the toilet stall checked his hair in the mirror and walked out the bathroom He did not wash his hands at all. Never eating here again.

Service was okay, outside of the main seating area it was dirty and talking to the staff about it you felt like you were being blown off

Quick service, but I ordered a Habanero McChicken and received a regular McChicken, also ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese and received no cheese. Not great with following simple orders.

Late night stop here at the drive thru, great effort from the two very overworked young ladies running the restaurant. Message to owners - only two staff? Not fair to them. 5 stars to the staff, 2 to the franchise owners.

A bit slow. For table service, even though my drink details were specified, I still had to go up to the fountain to get my pop.

Stop here everytime were going on a road trip. It's easy to get to as it's off the gasoline Alley exit off the QE2 going south towards Calgary. And it's got a gas station and clean washrooms. Can kill 3 birds with one stone on this one.

This time I ordered on the app (for the first time) and picked up in the specified parking spot. It took about 5 minutes for them to get my order out to me but I could see the drive-thru was busy.
I prefer to go to this one because the food is always hot and they remember straws and napkins.

Drive thru was busy, inside was busy. We were at the counter to order and after 6 minutes of waiting for an employee, my husband approached a girl who kept yelling 112.112.112.pretty annoying.she said a guy would be back to take our order. After another minute we left. Clearly they couldn't handle the rush!

Machine messed up on our order and instead of getting help for why, the lady only said it wasn't on the receipt and then left as I was trying to ask what to do myself then. No apology and no help whatsoever. Of course that was when people started really coming in so it's not worth reordering. Just wanted an apology really. I work in cs so I understand being stressed but that was whack.

Ordered my sons meal and they lost the meal. Not sure how. Had to wait a long time. Ordered it though the kiosk, hopefully it won't happen again.

They forgot three items on our order and they were not even busy at the time. Very nerve wrecking!

Literally the worst experience. I was there on Saturday March 26 at 10: 30 am. I ordered my food at 10: 40. I waited for half an hour (like others) and listened to her call all numbers but mine. I approached them 30 mins later and the lady said " I gave you this order" and I said " uh nope I've been waiting 35 mins and no one called my number" she thrn grabbed the ticket and said they had to make it again.

15 mins later my food came. The worst experience I've had here.

These guys love to close their drive thru at night for some reason, but on their app it will still show it is open. One or the other needs to be corrected.

Try to order it the counter because you want to pay cash and nobody ever comes. All they worry about is drive-thru and the stupid kiosk ordering. Don't go here I've tried twice in the last month.

These guys are terrible on customer service I ordered two coffee and after 15 mins guy told me that they don’t have creamers and I said go ahead without it and again waited for 15 mins and get the. Response back that they cancel my order and forgot to reimburse the money so it was middle of the night and 5 customers were waiting for their orders and I left this super place without saying anything to great people

Nice new McDonald’s just off Highway 2 southbound. Much better location, a lot easier to get to than the old one that was hidden inside the Shell gas station.
