When we bought our Mazda 6 this summer, Phil was our guy! He was enthusiastic, personable, super positive, listened well to what we wanted, and made sure if he couldn't answer our questions right away he would find the answer. There was no pressure sales pitch at all. We were very happy with our experience and would recommend Phil at Westwind for anyone looking.we already have!

We bought our car in January of 2022 from Sandra McMurry. We had the best experience and would go back in a Heart beat! I bought 2 vehicles at McFadden Honda, in the last 4 years and got them serviced there too. My experience with sales department and service department was awesome, as far as being knowledgeable about their vehicle, friendly to deal with and caring about my satisfaction. They took time to answer my questions. I only have have good words for McFadden’s team. I recommend them highly as they prioritize customer’s satisfaction.

I recently purchased a used truck through Jordan at McFadden. I've had the truck for a couple of months now and I love it. It's in excellent shape and runs like a top; I'm super happy with it. I did all my research before I went to check the truck out, but there was no pressure on the sales side at all. We test drove the vehicle, I knew it was right for me. McFadden set me up with financing I could live with and Jordan delivered the vehicle right to my worksite over 200 kms away. I couldn't be happier.

Once again McFadden Honda Parts and service individuals provided last minute TOP Service when I came in to pick up a part for my Honda Ridgeline and I asked if they had time to replace the part for me instead of me attempting to replace the part out in the Cold weather.
The Service rep was able to slip my request in and completed the task before the time.

Fantastic dealership to deal with! Our sales rep from the used department, Jordan Smits, was great. He was very honest, and friendly. We were able to negotiate a price we were happy with. All conditions of sale were met and Jorden even went the extra mile to get us a missing floor mat and looked into getting the remote start up and running. We are very happy with our purchase. Once again, Bob - Service Manager, Tracy - Service Advisor, and even the Shuttle Driver came through in a big way for us. I am in a wheelchair so it is not just as simple as me dropping off my vehicle to get serviced and having the Shuttle Driver take me somewhere that I need to go. The logistics can be challenging and McFadden handled everything as if they do this every day.
Then they turn around and put their heart and soul into the workmanship of the vehicle so that when it was time to pick up the vehicle, I was left speechless. I feel sorry for the folks that feel McFadden staff do not care, from my experience - nothing could be further from the truth. Well done McFadden, definitely an A+ from me!

I am buying my 6th Honda (Loyal since 2006) and could not be happier with both the product and the service i have received through the years from McFadden Honda. I dealt with a new salesperson, who was both efficient and courteous. Chris Laidlaw answered all of my questions and made the entire process painless. The service team is the best I have worked with and I intend to send referrals whenever I can. I am also pleased with the trade-in process and the financing department.

I would not hesitate to recommend friends and family to this dealership as they provide a fair and respectful experience when buying and maintaining a vehicle.

I do not make this review lightly, as I have, as a woman endured several negative experiences in this industry.

Great experience. Friendly staff. Shuttle service is speedy and on the ball. I trust my Ridgeline to only Honda for repairs and servicing. Only drawback is I bought my truck in BC and the records are not available when running the VIN so I had printouts of the BC work sent to me from Glacier Honda.
Wonderful job folks keep up the great work. McFadden makes the customer feel appreciated.

This was my first time buying a car from a big brand dealer. Steve, Stretch & Jason were awesome. I got a fair deal on my trade-in AND the team went to great lengths to get accommodate all my requests within a tight time-frame. I'm actually looking forwards to Steve Domolewski looking after us again when we decide to replace my wife's CR-V.

Got me in quickly and efficiently - repairs made and I was on my way in a timely manner. Felt shop fees a little steep ($75+ for. 5 hour labour) but understand those rates established by Honda Canada and are non-negotiable

I went into Mcfadden Honda as an easy sale, I knew what I wanted and had good credit and the money to buy. I made the mistake of saying yes to the warranty, and that's when the bad experience started. I called in after a week and asked if I could cancel the warranty. I was told it was too late, which after some research, was a lie. So I called in, now 2 weeks after purchase and talked to someone else. The warranty was then cancelled. It took 4 months, and me calling the warranty place, and talking to 4 different people at Mcfadden for me to receive the funds back which i was paying interest on during this time. Then to top it off, it starts getting warm and I go to use my ac and it doesn't work. Well when I bought it DEC 31, I didn't think to check the ac, plus when they guarantee the inspection, apparently that doesn't cover the ac. So I bought a 2017 with the ac not working, and they told me its 1000$ to fix it, and since I'm now past the 30 days, cant do anything for me. Needless to say I will never go there again, or recommend anyone either.

McFadden Honda was very organized and professional, I just went there for an oil change on an older pilot we purchased recently but they to the time to go over it carefully and let me know what maintenance procedures were coming up as well as the cost for them.they also looked after a couple of recalls that the pervious owner had not done.

We recently purchased a 2021 Honda HRV from Chris and he was very knowledgeable in the vehicle and answered all of our questions! Jason from finance was very helpful as well. We drove away in our new vehicle about 4 hours after purchasing it. I would highly recommend seeing Chis if youre looking for a Honda! Thanks again for everything guys!

I highly recommend Honda Mcfadden! The employees there were so friendly and accomodating from the reception to sales, and finance. Sales Manager was really nice and knows how to make kids happy with his favourite gummy bears (which my daughter loved it!) and kuddos to Chris he was very nice and he was able to help us with what we need, he made sure that we are always up to date and provided us the best options that we can get, over all He provided a great service! We love our New Honda Pilot Touring!

I’m not sure where to start with this review. If 0 stars was an option that is what we would give. Things started out well because the salesman knew we wanted to buy a vehicle. Things quickly went downhill from there. They were not upfront and transparent about issues with the vehicle that we ended up buying. The issues started the day that we drove the vehicle off the lot. It was an all-wheel drive malfunction. Initially, we just thought it was because it had snowed that night, but the issue still popped up on dry roads. We took it in and explained the issue and the response we received was “we don’t know that was an issue before you bought the vehicle”. We did however, because it is not just a coincidence that it happened as soon as we drove it off the lot. There was also an excess of rust on the vehicle (it was a 2015 and had way more rust than my 2008 car that I was upgrading from) that we didn’t see until after we bought and washed the vehicle. Our salesman gave us $20 and told us to go to Nissan and buy a paint pen to “fix” the issue. A few days later we decided to take advantage of the exchange policy within 14 days. Customer service went downhill. We spent 6 ½ hours at Honda just to exchange a vehicle. Most of this time was us sitting in the salesman’s office waiting on Honda. My husband and I both had to take the full day off work just to waste our entire day at Honda. 6 ½ hours is a ridiculous amount of time waiting just to exchange a vehicle. They looked at the vehicle that we were exchanging and said “we have to make sure you didn’t take it off-roading” and they asked the salesman if the rock chips in the windshield were from us (they found out that none of this was from us). Nobody was concerned about our happiness or our time. When we went in on the first day, we were able to negotiate for a decent price. When we exchanged the vehicle (as they don’t do refunds), they were not willing to negotiate price. We kept asking how long the exchange process would take and the answer kept being “not much longer”. My husband ended up going out to pick up food and we sat at the salesman’s desk and ate our lunch as “not much longer” ended up being 6 ½ hours. We found another vehicle that we took for a test drive and then for a pre-purchase inspection. The shop where we took it found issues with the vehicle which Honda agreed to fix at their expense. Honda called me to let me know parts are in and to schedule an appointment. Once I picked up the vehicle from the appointment and took it home, we noticed that they only fixed one of two issues. After multiple calls and follow ups on our end, they finally told us that the other part was backordered. At no point did anybody tell us that up front. From a dealership, we expected transparency and excellent customer service, none of which we felt like we received. When we bought the first vehicle, we received no follow up from the GM. After we bought the second vehicle, we received a follow up email from the GM. I figured this would be a good time to discuss the countless issues that we had with Honda, but his response was less than caring. I will never, ever recommend anybody to go to McFadden Honda.

The service thru this dealership is over the top and I highly recommend them in all categories. Whether purchasing a new Honda, having warranty done or just having a vehicle serviced they go out of their way to make your experience a memorable one.

I took my 2010 civic in for a Type B service. I was contacted by the service advisor regarding what other services were required. Everything was explained to me as to what and why. We just bought a lightly used odyssey from Mcphaden honda. We are very impressed with the level of service provided to us. We had cris as our sales man helping us all the way. Nothing was hidden from us and there where no surprises when we were all done. James the finance manager was also amazing to work with. I would highly recommend Mcphaden Honda to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

They do their best to ensure the customer always walks away happy, and while they’ve had to be the bearer of bad news more than a time or two for me, they always do what they can to soften the blow. I've dealt with McFadden service since 2016 and I could not more highly recommend someone. All of the staff are genuinely caring, they know me by name when I call, and they are extremely knowledgeable. There are so patient with my million questions and me trying to explain miniscule little sounds. These guys are so thorough they found a miniscule rock somewhere in my suspension that was making a tiny sound when I went over a specific kind of crooked bump, if that's not thorough I don't know what is! Thanks guys for putting up with us! You are all very appreciated!

My experience at McFadden Honda Lethbridge was the best of Customer Service I have ever had.

The awesome service span began with the respectful Bob the service manager all through with Ryan, and the shuttle operators -Bill and Hawii.

The customer service style resonate with what I had done (and will always do) working at Pfizer and DTZ Customer Services division that made indelible marks in these companies.

I am very proud of McFadden Honda customer service and I am poised to join hand in maintaining and raising higher and higher McFadden Honda customers service per excellence.

There are some innovative strategies to keep McFadden Honda champion position and I am ready to share this with management.

Long live McFadden Honda, forward ever and the sky will not be your limit but your stepping stone.

5 stars and definitely recommends Mcfadden! Check out their excellent service department as well - this will get you a good feel of how well they take care of their customers. Their service department was one of the key reasons we bought a honda!
