I went to the office as a walk in patient. The receptionist took my information and asked me to come back at 130pm. I came back and she indicated that the dr was running late. I returned a hour later and waited to see the dr. Dr. Kashmala saw her own patients as well as the walk in patients. She was very thorough. Staff and dr went out of their way to thank me for being patience.

I visited the walk-in at 9 o'clock today, and the desk staff and nurses were really, really nice. It reassured me who couldn't speak English. When I visited again today, they listened to my request in a friendly and kind way. This is my first time in the walk-in, and thank you so much!

The staff at this walk in clinic are wonderful. Efficient, caring and compassionate. There was practically no wait time. I was immediately treated medically and with kindness and respect.

Dr. Riaz never gave my mom an extremely important referral for a mammogram. Not only is she impatient, but she doesn’t understand her patients. She doesn’t make the effort to analyse issues, just asks about current meds and mood, then the appointment finishes. Also doesn’t respect privacy. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone came back for malpractice.

UPDATE. This place is much better. Waiting room is nice, new chairs. Same lady at front however. Doctors nicer and attentive. I go there when I need medical attention and leave happy.

Full kudos to the receptionist, nurse, and doctor. They were each professional, even keeled, and kind. In hindsight I felt badly for wasting the nurses time with a rant about the other clinics I'd recently visited with no success.

The woman working the front desk was awesome and very helpful. I was looking at a 2 hour wait, but was able to go home and she called me when there were only 2 people left ahead of me. The Dr.was friendly, polite and efficient. As it was almost 9pm, having the onsite pharmacy was very convenient.

The receptionist team is amazing and kind every-time I come. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to meet with my family doctor this time after 3 hours of waiting I was finally seen by Dr. Petal worst experience of my life. I’ve never felt so disrespected by a healthcare professional in my life. He continued to dismiss me and my symptoms and constantly deemed it necessary to interrupt me and talk over me. He told me that it’s all in my head and that I should drink more water. Went back today to meet with my family Doctor walked out with the diagnosis I should have gotten yesterday. Was finally able to get on antibiotics so now I’ll be on the mend. People like Dr. Petel shouldn’t be in medicine and definitely shouldn’t be dealing with the general public. I would avoid dealing with him if possible, this left a very bitter taste in my mouth. Shame on you sir you are a disgrace in the healthcare field. You should seriously consider retirement.

Thank you for being open on Saturday! My experience with the doctor, reception, and pharmacist were all excellent. I have been here several times and seen three different doctors and all have been polite, efficient, and knowledgeable.

The front desk staff and doctors are awful. All incredibly rude, hostile, and overall garbage people. Do not go here no matter what. Wait times are often over 3 HOURS for walk-ins. The doctor barely examined anything, and gave about 3 minutes of his time.

The front desk staff was very kind. The walk in doctor Mikhail Shahat was absolutely horrible. He was rude, dismissive, and refused to do anything to help my pain. He completely dismissed my very real and painful physical symptoms. If you are a woman, literally go absolutely anywhere else, or prepare to be told it’s because you’re a young woman and “it’s all in your head”. If I could give less then one star I would. Worst experience I have ever had.

Good experience overall. The staff try their best to accommodate. Go early asap the walk in appts fill up quickly.

The website says it's open until 9: 00. The sign on the door says it's open until 9: 00. I arrived at 7: 20 and the clinic was closed. Doors locked, nobody is inside, so it's not a matter of having enough patients to see to finish the night. I saw a man with a baby try to get access as I walked up to the clinic, also with no success. And now have wasted the time driving in from Cochrane, and will have to try to get to another clinic before it closes. Assuming I can trust the hours THEY have posted. As I sit here typing this, other people are arriving and walking up to the locked doors of the clinic.
Closing a walk-in clinic before 7: 30 PM when all of it's advertising and notices say it's open until 9;00 is extremely callous and unprofessional conduct.

Efficiently handled their walk in clients, no general complaints about the way this place is run. Everyone is friendly and the pharmacy is convenient.

The nursing staff were phenomenal, but the doctor seemed rushed and ready to downplay me both times I came for a visit. Was unwilling to make a subscription as well as checking for further issues. One or the other.
Not sure if this is a medical conflict, but I was displeased having been dismissed and recommended over the counter medications.

Overall, I’ve had pleasant experiences. The staff are doing their best.

Waited for about 2 hours when there was only 4 patients inside the entire clinic. The worst clinic. Not recommended at all

Friendly and efficient staff. They were able to fit me in on short notice with minimal wait followed by quality assessment. The integrated pharmacy prepped my prescription quick and walked me through the instructions with care. Highly recommended!

I love this location for the wide availability with the hours and days they are open as well, I love Dr. Riaz. Sometimes the front desk staff is not the best but I’m very unimpressed with the pharmacy. They wanted to change my prescription amount because the number of pills I needed didn’t fit the number given in the box. I had filled this prescription last time I was there and they didn’t give me the whole thing because they didn’t have it all available which I understand since it is a widely used drug, however they wanted to give me 18 more pills than my prescription called for because it was more convenient for them to give me the whole box which is a waste of pills because I don’t need them all. They question why I was prescribed 42 pills when the boxes had 30 so wanted to change it to 60 which is wrong to do. As well, she blurted out what my prescription was for such as “it’s for acne right? ”, why not use the prescription’s name? I heard others prescriptions being discussed loudly, which I know it’s a small clinic but that’s not very confidential.
As well, a person walked in and had previously filled their prescription with the pharmacy at an earlier date or time and they didn’t have it ready at all. They had to wait while they filled it which isn’t what’s supposed to happen when you call ahead for pick up. I only went to this pharmacy because it was convenient since I was already there and it’s a great idea to have one in office, but what I’ve seen and experience is just unprofessional and I don’t think I will be filling my prescriptions here in the future.

Today my husband and I were assaulted by “doctor” Mikhail Shahat during our walk-in appointment. This “doctor” was behaving aggressively, he yelled at us for no reason, used very disrespectful words and treated us inhumanly. He also learned that we were Ukrainians and started throwing at us russian words and said that he loves russia on purpose, knowing that russia is doing genocide in Ukraine right now. I will file a complaint against him 100%. Moreover, when we were leaving, another patient mentioned to the staff that the same “doctor” treated her son poorly. This person should not carry a doctor’s license in any case.

Today I went to the clinic to pick up my prescription. I phoned before I came
and said: will be there in 10 min. When I came to the door, waving at two people seating behind the desk, but they totally ignore me. I even start knocking on the door to get somebody's else attention.
At some point dr Giles (not sure of spelling) come out to talk to me.
I did everything I was told to do: call before you coming.so, why I was not given my prescription, Why I had to go through all aggravation for something that should be so easy.

What a moron…complete waste of time and RECOMMEND NEVER SEE “dr” MIKHAIL SHAHAT. Extremely demeaning and told me my pelvic pain was from my upcoming period…. Idiot. Did not provide any follow up to see what it could be. He also left the room without saying anything and went straight to the next patient. Unprofessional and very rude. I can see why he was available on short notice as a walk in doctor…can’t keep a patient list. I have second hand embarrassment for you in how you treat patients, your incompetence as a doctor, and how you carry yourself as a human being.and MCI, don’t bother responding to this review with one of your classic replies where you are apologetic and “strive to improve patient care. ” If you really want to change things, fire the doctor and listen to the patients.

1 star review after 1 star review Dr. Bhanaya continues to practice at this clinic with seemingly no repercussions to her actions. Never in my life have I felt so dismissed and disrespected by a “healthcare provider. ” I’ve been chronically sick for over a year now, in and out of the hospital, handfuls of antibiotics, and came to the clinic seeking a referral to a specialist that could help me. She immediately dismissed this and my concerns of possibly having endometriosis. She scoffed at this. She began to shame me for being unable to find a family doctor and repeatedly told me of her plans to retire, I will admit I became visibly upset both from her not taking my chronic illness seriously and the disrespectful/dismissive way she was treating me. Without asking me and with no previous history of mental illness/treatments in my file Dr. Bhanaya completely rejected the thought of me having any chronic illness and suggested I try antidepressants and see a therapist. I explained I have and have never had a history of anxiety or depression and she cut me off and continued to suggest therapists in my area. This deeply upset me. You cannot just throw prescription medications of that nature, or any for that matter, at young people. It is dangerous and irresponsible. Since walking out mid appointment at this clinic, I have been diagnosed with endometriosis by a competent doctor that took my concerns seriously. Had I listened to Dr. Bhanaya‘s “professional opinion” I would still be living in constant pain and taking prescription medications that do more harm than good. I hope Dr. Bhanaya reads this herself and changes how she practices medicine, or at the very least does everyone a favour and retires<3

Spent $120 to see the doctor for exactly 3 minutes during which she made assumptions about my condition WITHOUT examining me.

What exactly was the rush? I’m here for medical assistance and if you’re unable to help give me another professional who is able to.

I feel bad giving this a 1 star because the front desk staff were actually quite helpful, but the doctor's negligence left a real poor taste.

If you get Dr Bhayana, you are going to have a horrible time. Check her reviews on webmds.com if you need confirmation. She yells over you and refuses to examine you with the excuse “there is a full wait room so I cannot examine you”. So what are those people even waiting for? Absolutely horrible experience. The front desk and nursing staff were very helpful and caring, but I have never been so insulted, humiliated and offended in my life as I was after speaking with the "doctor". I went in to get some bloodwork done (as per my family doctors request, she is currently on Maternity leave), and I explained to the nurse what my symptoms were and what my doctor would like checked. Then the doctor came into the room, did not introduce himself or say hello, just read the nurses notes and said "I'm going to go read your file". He came back about 5 minutes later and started talking down to me about needing tests at all. Saying that I probably just had anxiety or "something wrong in my head" and that he didn't understand what I wanted. I told him I just needed bloodwork done based on my doctors request, and he told me to prove that she had said that, which I am not sure how I am supposed to prove that? He then berated me for a few more minutes about wanting to get bloodwork done, before finally printing off the bloodwork request and saying "maybe this will make you happy". I am disgusted by the complete lack of bedside manner, professionalism, or any signs of empathy or compassion at all. This man should not be allowed to speak to patients at all, I was in tears in the parking lot and I am still in shock at how rude he was for no reason. How can someone work in Patient Care if they obviously don't care about their patients at all?

I have been frequenting this walk in clinic for about a year and a half since my own Doctor closed her practice due to Gov’t interference. Left without a Dr.during the pandemic I would come to this clinic to get my prescription refilled by Dr. Bhayana. Today, due to the provincial mask mandates still in place at gov’t facilities I was refused care for not following the clinics guidelines to put on a mask. I was taken to a back room and told that although they could not force me to wear a mask I had to stay in the room alone until it was my turn to be seen by a Dr. I agreed and proceeded to wait. 35 minutes later a staff member burst into the room and sternly told me I could not be seen if I wasn’t going to wear a mask and to leave the clinic immediately. So basically she kicked me out of the clinic in a very abrupt hostile manner. I never once caused a scene, raised my voice or showed any disrespect to any staff. I was given the option to receive a phone call from the Dr.and when she called she amusingly referred to me as the covid lady and told me that by choosing not to wear a mask at this clinic I had to accept the consequences of doing so. So no mask no medical care. It appeared to me that I was ostracized, judged and punished for not complying to the clinics gov’t recommended mask policy. I have legitimate medical reasons for not wearing a mask and all of this was done without any knowledge or consideration of my medical background. The lack of compassion, understanding and willingness to accommodate my personal request was undeniable. It was a very awkward, uncomfortable and humiliating. A true example of a health care system on the verge of collapse.

In competence runs rampant through administration staff. Complete inability to admit wrong, accept feedback, or even listen to patients.

I have been to a different location for this clinic and always had great experiences but this location was terrible. I called in regards to a doctors note I needed and had a tele appointment. 2 days later when I’m well enough to get the note I go in and they have misplaced it. I wait 2 hours to see the doctor just to get another note from a different doctor. When I expressed my frustrations I was told “this is the reality of walk in”. Please do not waste your time here.

Wonderful office staff, however the walk in Dr.needs a lesson in bedside manner. The first time I saw this Dr.she ridiculed me for not having a Family Dr.even after I explained to her that my Dr.had retired in July. We have been looking for a new Dr, but there are very few in YYC taking new patients. Today it seemed all she wanted was to give me a prescription and wasn’t concerned about why I was there. She told me I have to see my family doctor. This Dr.made it clear that she didn’t care about what was going on with me. I have been to this office several times over the past few years and have never been treated like this. It seems when you don’t have a Family Doctor you’re no longer worthy of care.

Will not be going here again. I have been here a handful of times. The front desk staff are not informative, clinic makes you wait 20+ minutes every single visit even if you have a BOOKED appointment. They were more thorough about covid questions than my actual doctor appointment!

The doctor was willing to see my daughter who has just traveled back from the states and provided good examination. The waiting time was a bit longer than expected.

I only rate this a one as there are no negatives, The Dr who saw my wife was rude, abrasive and little to no help. I would sooner see my vet before I stepped for in this clinic ever again! Dr Bhayana has clearly lost her passion for her job and would be better suited doing anything! But seeing patients. The pharmacist my wife saw after was of far greater help then the Dr. Please heed my advise, go anywhere before you go here. I have had far better interactions with Doctors in third word countries I have worked in.

Would recommend to anyone needing a walk in. I unfortunately slammed my finger in a door and was in severe pain due to my stupidity, however when I came here I had nothing but great service. I have severe anxiety, especially when visiting the doctors. The two front desk ladies were so kind and understanding to me. They make conversation and make you feel at ease. The doctors I had seen were also so understanding and made me feel comfortable. Keep up the great work, ladies! I will absolutely be returning.

I have a great doctor here She is the best doctor I have ever had. The staff is also very Great, they are following all the COVID-19 rules. I have been going here for over 24 year's. I have always been treated with the greatest respect. They also have wonderful walk-in doctor's. There is a pharmacy in here as well. I highly recommend them to everyone that is looking for doctor's that really care about you and your health. For they really listen to what you have to say, for only you know your body better then anyone. So if you are looking for doctor's that really care this is the place to go.

The front desk staff was friendly and inviting and the clinic itself had very little wait time which is great! I wish I could say more positive things about the Dr. I had recently seen. Dr. Bhayana for an issue I had not yet experienced to which I was quite concerned and anxious about. She saw me for less than 5 minutes barely touched me and said I was fine, and told me to take some Gastrolyte for symptoms I hadn't even told her I had, without any bloodwork or further testing. I could have had a serious infection and she chose to brush me off. Very unsettling. I ended up going to another walk-in clinic to see another doctor whom provided me with much better care in the same day. I recommend the clinic as a whole, but not this specific doctor.

I walked in and they saw me very quickly. The doctor and the nurses and staff were great! I expected it would be a long wait because of the pandemic but I was pleasantly surprised.

I was a bit hesitant to visit this office when I needed care this past Sunday from a cat bite. However, the reviews given this far do not reflect the care I was given here. Fast and efficient, I found the experience positive and received prompt attention. Everyone polite and compassionate. I would not hesitate to visit this doctors office again.

I took my 87 year old mother to see the Dr yesterday. We had such a great experience. Dr Eleanor is amazing - so thorough and caring. And the other staff were friendly and helpful as well. Thanks so much!

So today I called the office regarding my health concern and was told the doctor would call me back which is totally fine and the front desk staff seemed perfectly fine to me but it’s when dr Bhayana answered the phone when everything went from alright to very bad in a matter of seconds I describe to her what my issue is and just the tone she was giving me and the very rude attitude she presented towards me was very offsetting and very unprofessional for a dr. I read the reviews immediately after I got off the phone with her and it seems to me she’s been a problem for years but yet the office replies to these reviews as if it’s just a generic response. Until you get her out of there your business review will be forever poor I will not be returning to this office based on the unprofessionalism that bhayana was presenting to me. Very irritating when you’re dealing with health issues and you have to put up with a careless dr that seems to just wanna hang up the phone and rush the call. Zero stars if I could

I have a great doctor here She is the best doctor I have ever had. The staff is also very Great, they are following all the COVID-19 rules. I have been going here for over 20 year's. Visit was in the evening October 19,2020 around 7: 30 pm. Reception was top notch, accommodating, accurate, and polite. Dr. De Jong was timely and effective. I am a walk in patient with no family doctor as I recently moved and I required immediate attention, so their great service was appreciated.

Was not a good experience, not willing to provide prescriptions for the pain. Just take Tylenol or Advil.that is what I have been doing already.

Five stars for all of the staff and some of the doctors. Some of the doctors seem to be confused. I was told I'm not your doctor, so what do you want me to do. Well advice would be nice, I guess it's only a torn tendon in my shoulder right. That's not painful at all? So I got the results and that was it. I am left on my own to deal with it!

This place was good when Dr Corely was here but the doctors now seem very uneducated and like they truly don't care.

I feel so lucky to have found a perfect doctor (Dr. Riaz) she is very attentive and friendly. I have never felt rushed like so many other doctors do! Rest of the staff is amazing as well.

Wait time is too long, even though they were not many patients in the waiting area. They should tell you that its going to be a 2 hour wait

You should really disclose that you are only open on Sundays for appointments. That would be extremely helpful.
