Foods pretty good, nothing glorious. Could be better, could be worse. Store sells smokes and Monsters / Redbulls / Rockstars

It's an ok camp. Wings north of the kitchen have cable and wifi. Wings to the south just have wifi. Decently clean. Bagged lunch selection falls a bit short.

They barely clean the rooms, wash your own sheets, lunches are terrible, salt overload if you can even find anything you like, dinners are ok, 50 guys on each floor sharing a bathroom that rarely gets cleaned.

Worst camp I've ever stayed at.
They claim to clean your room once a week.
I've been here 9 nights now. And I'm in a management room.

Rooms are dirty, housekeeping can never be found.male cleaner in the locked women's dorm, where there are gang showers. So if a woman comes out of the shower he might just be standing there!
Lunches suck. Goat cheese on sandwiches, honey mustard on others, horseradish on the roast beef sandwiches. Onions in everything else.
Dinner isn't horrible. But some nights I tell ya, the best thing to eat is a homemade banana split. Ice cream machine is good!

Horrible beds, no housekeeping to be seen. Lunch selections are not very good. Some evenings meals are alright. Shared bathrooms are hideous.

Dirty camp, group showers lunches are sub par at best dinner isn’t to bad. Parking is dumb always looking for a reason to tow you. Would rather go bankrupt then go back to this camp.

The lodge is old but very clean and the staff helpful as they're friendly. Down side gang washrooms, and very small rooms.

So dirty, the food is terrible! Community showers and the laundry rooms are gross. Worst place to stay in Fort Mac for camps

Personal want to thank Renae Rose for going out of her way and getting my medication for me. She was super helpful and kind not like the staff at Chelsea where I got nothing but attitude, lies and the run around. Thank you for your great service @ Mckay.

Terrible camp, each wing houses 48 workers with only 8 toilets, 8 showers and 8 sinks for workers to share. I tested negative when I arrived and after 10 days I tested positive with the UK variant. Infected workers are self isolating in their rooms but still sharing the bathrooms with all the other workers. Seems like we are all expendable to these big oil companies that have no desire to stop the spread of COVID-19.

Each 50 person sharing 8 showers and washrooms, couldn't be better for Coveid spread,
There is no way to get any food after restaurant closing time, should be always an open place with some fruit, sandwiches, snacks etc.

Beds are comfortable and the food is great the worst part about being in a fort McMurray camp is the covid restrictions

Not clean, not safe they do not follow or enforce public guidelines for covid 19, they're are new cases almost everyday, and you walk in and you can see why covid 19 is going so rampant their

They keep saying this place has changed, but sadly it hasn't the food leaves much to be desired the rooms feel like jail cells cold in every hallway.not the wings though. Why can't all the camps be like Richardson.always have to have tiered accommodations like some people are worth less than others.sad

U have to bring a towel, very small room's and shared washrooms and showers for the whole floor

Worst camp.in Fort McKay.food is by far the worst. Community bathrooms. Stay somewhere else or starve

Have to share showers with other in camp not good with a serious virus out there. The food was not the greatest. The camp needs to be remodeled to more modern 2020.

Tiny rooms shared dirty bathrooms. Hit or miss on the food. More miss then hit. U hear everything the people in the rooms beside you do.

Excellent food, friendly staff, but the bathrooms are disgusting. If they would invest some time and money into mold remediation, drains in the bathroom floors, and cleaned the bathrooms at an acceptable interval this place would be much more liveable.

No complaints. Great fitness facility, above average food, decent sized rooms. I'd stay here again.

Best camp for contractors at CNRLHorizon. It is at walkable distance from west security gate, and has an Tim Hortons as well.

General rooms are disgusting. Washrooms are full of mold, everyone on shift gets sick. Lunches are terrible as well. One of the worst camps in this region

It is definately not one of the better places to stay. No Jack and Jill, not up to Alberta standards.

Even for a work camp this place is pretty poor. Company would prefer to keep paying the fine for substandard living conditions than to upgrade it. Rooms aren't always cleaned when you get in, and cleaners aren't given vacuums so there is always a nice layer of pubes when you step into the showers. Lunches are an affront to the animals that gave their lives for them.

Food is barely even edible. Accommodations are worse then a third world prison. This place should have been condemned long ago. Not very sanitary to be sharing 6 bathroom stalls between 50 workers. This place is the absolute worst camp ever!

Shared washrooms, rooms often not clean at arrival, if you forget to checkout (even though the room is still rented by someone else 24/7) you will be charged over $200.

For what it is, it is ok. It would be great if they could dim the lights in the hallway at night for the long walk to pee.

The camp itself is nice my only 2 complaints are they have public bathrooms and showers and the showers are very small and the parking lot is a 7 to 10 min walk from the dining room. They also do not supply towels or laundry soap. There is Tim Hortons, games room and store in camp. The Internet is the best I had in camps or hotels so far so I can't complain.

Um.terrible. The food is terrible, the rooms are terrible. Ever had the flu and the closest toilet is 46 rooms down the hall.

Probley the worst of the camps I've stayed in up here. You dont get a bathroom or even a jack and jill, you have to stroll down the hall to the stall shower combo where the floor is somehow all wet.

Now the rooms are your basic setup at most camps just very old. Chipped paint, random gunk in the creases, it's just not very pleasant at all.

Now the good parts and the reason they got 3 stars is the food is great, probley the best camp food I've had from such a large camp, and the gym is also very new so that's a plus.

So if you dont mind the rooms and bathrooms this camp may be for you.
