Nobody likes a dentist visit but I genuinely really like the people here. They were able to get a friend that was over from the uk in at the last minute and from there I signed up. Just been in for my first visit and what an easy and seamless process. Warm welcome from the front desk. Cat (Catherine) was super friendly, funny and puts you at ease (apart from the blood pressure). Then Dr Enns is also friendly and funny. The whole experience was one that you would not normally associate with going to the dentist. Highly recommend is your are looking for a dentist.

Honest, friendly, and knowledgeable with the latest in instruments and equipment. This is the place to go for all your dental needs.

I had some lingering pain when chewing with a deep filling, and they were able to fit me in next day. Dr. Patton quickly did a bite check and adjusted the filling so it would lessen the pressure. Was quick and painless, for no charge. Thank you!

I’m so happy with McKenzie Dental. I switched to this clinic recently to stay with my dentist, Dr. K. Enns, and so far all of my experiences there have been excellent. The front desk staff are consistently friendly and accommodating, and every dental assistant that I’ve had has been great. I have not worked with any hygienists there so far, but I have to take this opportunity to say that Dr Enns is the best dentist I’ve ever had. She genuinely cares about patient comfort, she truly listens to patient concerns and goals, and her practical skills as a dentist are exceptional. And those qualities seem to be a priority at this clinic. Very happy with my care here!

I go to this clinic for several years, it is very comfortable, clean, the staff is knowledgeable, polite, friendly and most importante appointments are always on time.
I have been going to Dr. Patton for many years, she is excellent, I only have positive comments about her.

The reception staff that take care of billing are wonderful. The hygienist was patient and fairly gentle and explained what needs to be paid more attention to for future. Dentist is also great. Dr Patton.

Dr. Patton is amazing! I have seen her as have my kids and she has been so accommodating and friendly. Dr. Patton is very conscious to only do what needs to be done and not do anything that isn’t required…which is great when you have 3 kids! My kids love her and I trust her implicitly, so happy! I highly recommend to anyone who needs a dentist for themselves or their family!

Our family has been fortunate to have Dr. Patton as our dentist for over 10 years now, and despite moving out of the community we still travel to her office because of our trust in her and her team. My young daughter is always made to feel comfortable here and we wouldn't go anywhere else.

Her team of dental hygienists make your visit comfortable, and take the time to get to know you as a person, not just a patient.

The staff at this clinic is top notch - Front reception, hygienists, dental assistants, and the dental care provided by the dentists is simply the best. I have dentists nearby, but choose to travel from the extreme NW to McKenzie Towne as they are the only people I trust with my dental needs. I highly recommend them. Great staff, great environment, great care and service. If you need a family dentist, I most definitely recommend this office!

Dr. Carol Patton is wonderful, she is thorough and gentle. She is very good at explaining things in a way that's easy to understand. I also like how knowledgeable she is about new and existing treatment options for certain conditions that I wasn't already aware of.
My dental hygienist Amanda is very kind and understanding, I'm an anxious patient and I felt she did her best to get my dental cleaning done quickly with no discomfort. I'm grateful she offered some pain management even though I didn't need it.

Not a good fit for me.first visit all x-rays were taken.second visit went back to get some fillings. Nobody giving me information about what to do next. When I went to front desk to pay I had to ask when I should book for a cleaning. Usually cleaning is the first step. People at front desk very nice but service level is not there for dentist

Very positive experience. Front end staff are always pleasant, efficient and easy to work with. Dr Gough and his assistant explained things well, listened to my concerns and worked quickly with a minimum amount of discomfort. I highly recommend this dental practice.

DR. STUART GOUGH is amazing! I'm one of those people who is scared of the dentist and he was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable, explained everything I need to know before my procedure, talked me through it while doing it, was super gentle, efficient and it was painless. He even through in some jokes to calm my nerves. The level of care was outstanding from him and his assistant. Thank you so much for everything!

Really understanding and accommodating! I need a lot of work done and they are working with my benefit plan instead of just booking the appointments. I also knew exactly what I needed because of the thorough X-rays and scans. I’m looking forward to the finished product ️

The best, hands down. I have always struggled with anxiety around dentists and have had bad experiences with work being done! When getting my cavity filled this last week I was so nervous but the staff were so friendly and accommodated my needs, and the filling went so fast and so easy! My 4 year old daughter received some compassionate service with her filling today. They were very understanding of her age and used fun words to help the process, for example putting on her elephant nose for that nitrous and adding a ballerina to put in the filling. Dr. Patton has been my dentist for a number of years now and I cannot say enough positive things about her and her team. I have a lot of stress when I'm getting dental work completed and Dr. Patton always goes the extra mile to make sure my stress is ok, ensuring I'm comfortable throughout the procedure. She always goes the extra mile I feel, and genuinely cares about her patients. I would recommend her to everyone if you need a dentist or are considering a change. I live in the NW so for me to travel 30 minutes to see her, must mean she is good!

I also would highly recommend Kim for hygienist work. She is always pleasant to deal with and has good hockey stories to tell you about when she is working away.
