Got stuck with an installation of a new Lennox ML296U furnace for over $8K and now have to put up with up to 80db noise in the living room. The furnace blower sounds like a distance drying machine. Ductwork around the furnace is noisy with vibration after installation. I'm just not sure if that's worthwhile for whatever savings on utility bills. Salesperson did not offer any other model choices nor explain details on warranty or aftersales service, other than the unit being energy efficient. Sure felt like being taken advantage of.

Had my furnace quit on a cold night. Put in a call first thing in the morning. Josh was here within 2 hours and had the problem figured out and resolved without needing parts. Great guy, knows his stuff!

Mckinley sent out Alex to repair our garage heater. Alex arrived right on time. He was thorough and spent the time to really figure out what was going on with the heater. McKinley Heating was fabulous to deal with! We had an after-hours furnace issue last week, and they were able to send someone right away. The technician (Tanner) that came was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He had our furnace running in no time. The service vehicles also carried the replacement parts, so we didn't have to wait for anything. I couldn't recommend McKinley Heating more. They will be our go to for any heating/HVAC needs in the future. Thank you!

We started to have problems with our furnace and Evan was the furnace doctor who did everything he could to give us heat during the cold snap but eventually we had to get it replaced. Aaron was there every step of the way with helping us choose the right furance and answer all of our questions. On January 11th Stephen and Jorden came to install the furnace. These two gentleman was very professional, well mannered and clean. Making the new install very easy and painless, even tho it was -33 outside. I would recommend this company to anyone who will listen. I give this team an A+.

Excellent service. Launi called in the morning and gave us a eta for our service call plus an update shortly before she arrived. Furnace service was done promptly and efficiently. Very happy, signed up for a yearly service and inspection!

Furnace was not heating house properly, Ryan arrived promptly same day and checked furnace out. After he left furnace was still not heating properly. Phoned back a Travis was sent the next day, he was very thorough and was successful in restoring furnace to 100% functionality. Travis performed his work under warranty, from the first call. Called McKinley as well as Reliance, Weiss Johnson. I choose McKinley and I am glad I did. McKinley not only was more economical but there techs were experienced. I had my Lennox iComport replaced with an S40 Thermoset.
