McKnight Village Car Wash

Pos car wash… perhaps one of the worst in Calgary. Could barely get their card readers to scan one of my 5 cards and when my time finished I couldn’t repay since the machines wouldn’t work a second time. I needed to still rinse my car so I left with a soapy unwashed car. Go literally anywhere else.

They need to clean up often. Also no option to get the receipt. The instructions to get the receipts do not work. I tired many times on different accounts and credit cards

Never used credit card here today I go for car wash machine charge me 3.50$ and iam check my balance in card again charge 10$ why you charge me double who can refund my 10$ very bad car wash

Decent car was with lots of bays available. I went there a couple of times and I never had to wait in line.

I been coming here over 5 years now and alway wash my car with 2 dollar rinse 2 trisoap then use microfiber sponge because their brush is old and it Scratches the car and then 2 dollars for rinse at the end. But today was the middle of washing my car, and they asked me to leave because off I was using my sponge. They said I was taking too long. I waited 30min for 2 cars ahead of me and I take about 5 to 10 mins max to wash mine car.

I have been using this car wash for over 10 years and it's always been in good working order and clean. It's great that they have done updates and have tap to pay. Price is comparable to any other wash place.

Vacuums suck and costs a fortune to just wash our van and it's brand new lol best car was is the one in mcknight across from the superstore! Can wash van and wax by time done and vacuums work great!

Okay, the only thing about the place is that the car brushes are worn out and doesn't clean very well and will scratch your car.so just use a quick wash with pressure washer.

Clean and easy to use car wash. Staff on site of needed.
Only issue is time per dollar seems low compared to other places.

Not all the bays have credit card readers that work. Specifically, the first bay as you arrive at the car wash. Be warned that none of the buttons to open the bay doors inside are operable! So, if your the second car into the two car bay, you better hope that the person in front of you finishes first or your stuck waiting.just as I am doing while writing this review. Don’t bother calling the business to let you out as no one answers. I personally will not be returning.

REPORT THIS MERCHANT TO "THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU" AS I WILL BE DOING & DON'T GO HERE! I got charged $10 twice on my credit card for one car wash! I spent $5 & they charged me $20 total! Use coin instead! I've called numerous times & they don't ever answer their phones! I will not be returning! NOBODY spends $20 for a car wash give me break! Thief's! LEARN TO RUN A BUSINESS I WILL BE REPORTING YOU!

Just cloned my husband's credit card and charged us $10 for a car wash we didn't have. We were all the way in the south of Calgary at the time, too! DON'T USE YOUR CREDIT CARD HERE TO GET A CAR WASH! UNSAFE!

To the reply below, we weren't at your car wash at all. Someone from your business cloned his card, according to our bank. We had to literally destroy my husband's credit card because of this. You are no longer considered a safe business, especially considering my husband used tap on his card the last time he used your establishment, which was over 2 weeks ago. Please consider thinking about this from your customer's perspective and not your own pocket. We don't take issue to your business practice, but there is a huge problem if you're cloning people's cards.

Horrible car wash the machines eat your money and they do nothing correct the issue. No attendant working in the store when I went to advise. When he showed up I told him the issues I had he said nothing he could do about it. Won’t be going back to that car wash again!

Charged me 10 dollars on visa for 3 dollar car wash.
Talked to them said customer fault for not pushing stop button.

Unfortunately a bad experience using this car wash last sunday.owner does't wanna explain in english, the complex theory of their machines inside the bay, pretty faster in making bucks. I spent 5$ just for a 2 minutes vacuum.

Good car wash, the owners genuinely take care of their bays and repair what needs to be fixed. Needless to say, best time to go is early morning or late night and go enjoy cleaning your car in peace

Great staff. The owners take pride in their work and maintain the facility to a tee. The car wash business presents opportunities for inadequate service and constant idling, but the staff make it their prerogative to provide great service.

BEWARE: Do not use your credit card here. Machine showed I just used $2 for my wash to hose off my car. But 4 days later, I check my credit card statement and I have been charged $9.95, and the balance has not been credited! No one answers the phone when you call.

Yesterday I did my quick car wash to washout the salt from snow water splash, as I had no change and needed to wash and I stopped before it reach to 2 minutes. But today when I checked my card statement and it shows $9.50, and I tried to call on the given number, but no one is there to answer. I called more than 2 times. They are overcharging and not returning your money back too. And they don't accept debit card, it's only credit card. How come is there someone to answer?

As owner of A Laptop I recommend this conveniently located business, I wash my car weekly and find the facilities well maintained and clean.

Always busy. Affordable and useful at this location. Vacuum machines don't work so only half of the job can be done.

Ripoff.i used my credit card to pay and shows $5.95 charged on the screen, but when i checked my CC transaction showed $9.95 charged?
