MCS Net has been nothing short of an exceptional company to deal with. Right from the initial install to 5 years later, there is always a person to interact with when needed. Issues are addressed and handled. Upgrades and downgrades are painless and both are processed immediately when requested. When we need to call, someone always answers the calls and are ready to assist. The expertise and experience with MCS Net is great!

I myseld have been a client with MCSnet for many years. The quality high speed internet service that they provide for rural Albertans is amazing. Their friendly staff will help you with any of your issues, with staff that actually live in your area, its great to see a local company excel so well. My place of employment (a non profit organization) has been with MCSnet for almost 2 years. If we ever had any issues there it was solved very promptly and professionally. When their new GigAir was coming to our area, they came and switched our hardware and it has made a huge difference with the speed and quality within our facility.

Wasn't able to get reliable internet from other suppliers in our area. So tried MCSnet and have had great, reasonably priced services since getting their service, 6 or 7 yrs. Recommend them to our neighbors

Wish the packages were a bit cheaper. We have a home and lake lot through you and wish you could offer a discount. We have been looking into the starlink.the high speed I have heard such good news on and the prices are good too.

My family has tried different internet providers like Telus, Shaw, and Xplornet, until one day a friend introduced us to MCSnet and we have never had a reason to change internet providers again. So when I got my own house I knew I was taking MCSnet with me. Thank you.

Living on a farm in Lamont County comes with great rewards but challenges too. Cellular coverage can be spotty and fibre optic internet connections are…. Well just unrealistic. Enter MSCNet. We have been customers of MCS Net for many years. We have always had good connections with our internet and service has always been top notch. Help desk, when I have had to use it were great and very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been using MCSnet since July of 2022. I am in a difficult place to cover. Well since the day their tech left I have had flawless service from them regardless of the weather. I work remotely for an EDM company. I have consistently experienced flawless Team/Zoom call service. I could not be happier.

If you want to watch netflix not bad.gaming expect lag, service is unreliable sometimes get 50Mbps sometimes 5Mbps. When paying $150 dollars for internet, I was expecting at least a reliable signal that doesnt fluctuate so much. Upload speeds are decent though. Edit: since their upgrade it has been a lot better still getting some unstable upload capped at 100mbps when it was at 700, capping it is causing latency issues with upload.

After years of service, they stand behind what they sell. If there is a problem, they remedy it immediately. Thank you MSNnet for your awesome service!

I had a really great experience with having MCS Net installed at our home. The sales people were friendly and helpful. The installation was scheduled quickly and they accommodated my schedule and the Installer was on time, professional and friendly. Great customer service!

It was pretty straight forward process signing up with MCSnet.

MCSnet office staff arranged to have their technician come out on a specific day and time, and he was.on time, as scheduled. I didn't need to wait around the whole day. He was in and out in under an hour.

I use 3 laptops at home as well as my smartphone and He made sure I was able to access my MCSnet with all my electronic appliances.

The internet speeds I've got with MCSnet is noticeably quicker and my computers don't just sit there and spin or get hung up. My downloads and uploads of pages, data etc.is very fast.

MCSnet has a number of different internet packages available and I'm really pleased that they are providing me pretty much the same volume of data/GB per month for 42% less money than what my old IP provider was charging me.

I wouldn't hesitate recommending MCSnet to anyone looking for an new internet provider.

Been using them for over a year and I don't think I ever got over 10mbps with speedtest. I just setup with telus smarthub 50mb and am getting between 50-60 mbps with speedtest

I noticed the difference in download speed instantly compared to the Telus smart hub I had. Staff I dealt with so far are knowledgeable and have great customer service. I would highly recommend MCSnet. Thanks again for the great experience thus far.

Heard all good things about MCS From Neighbors on Either side of our place said Great service and internet works awesome. Well guess Im the One who cant get service. Installer came on a Rainy and windyest day he could have come asked him if he want to reschedule so he could do his job on a better day said no and went up on the roof and tried from the base of there competitors which is 8 feet above him and held the compents in his hands while holding his phone and tried to get a signal while fighting with elements said I woudnt be happy and left and said i wouldnt be charged. Sent an email to mcs and to make sure I wouldnt be charged and start there monthly billing and explain what happend and got a Rude reply back which i replied back and said not trying to get the installer in trouble just want to see if they would try on a better day. Havent heard back from them really glad I didnt cancel my interent with there competitor if this is the way they treat you before you even become a custmoer to bad all we wanted to do was start using netflex and heard they were good on our road for doin so with no issues. Just for the record it was good service until install day.

We are out in Smoky Lake area. We have tried two other providers that did not work for us. Forever having to reboot and wait for hours on hold.
We switched to MCS net approx July 2021.
We are very pleased to NOT have everything buffer steady. I have only had to call once as my credit card was expiring. I waited approximately 20 seconds to speak with a human.

I was away from alberta for a week in vancouver to see my family and come back home and they had taken the satalight with not telling me at all, and i had no internet to tell my family that i got home safely and they were mad becouse they did that becouse i was late 2day payment and they did not inform me that of what happen and mcsnet did not get me any info why they did not phone me and taking me to bank to say they want money

Wondering why their network has been down for hours with no notification or update. A simple email would be nice. The outage map is very vague and doesn't give you accurate information or much information at all.

I am very grateful for the quick service, given these trying Covid times. What a relief it is to be able to work from the Lake stress free. Very glad I am not tied to poor cellular service. Installation was easy and the Installer was very helpful, did a much better job than I did with the cell booster. Bye bye booster

Very poor customer service. Not willing to help out customers in the least, would rather trick you into upgrading your account and are not willing to drop it back to the normal account setting unless you call on the specific date to have it dropped. Technical service was helpful when you call, but if you are looking for good customer service look elsewhere!

Never had any major problems with their service, always had top speeds. If something needed upgrades they automatically came out and did them. Always solved problems and came out to do service calls as soon as they could. Although I only needed one service call. Great ISP!

I have been receiving service from MCSnet since about 2008. During that time their product has continued to improve both in reliability and speed.

There are still occasional service issues that usually appear related to weather events, but these are quickly resolved after a call to the 24 hour service department.

Very good company been with them 2 years only had one problem they fixed it over the phone in about a minute and were very nice and easy to talk to speeds are awesome and I'm happy

We had a really difficult time getting ours installed, but since then I've been thrilled with the speeds and prices. In two years our internet has been down once, and it was due to extreme weather. Doubling the cap was an unexpected bonus. I highly recommend MCS to all our friends and neighbours. Excellent company to deal with.

LOVE this business! Been with them for many years in rural Strathcona and other neighbors internet providers go down or they have issues but never ever have I had a problem with MCSNET. They are the best and I strongly recommend you use this company!

More expensive option for internet in the sherwood Park area. Works fine when it works. Otherwise look forward to a high bill, intermittent service, and hearing the words "it's a tower down again, we don't know when it'll be fixed" enjoy paying the same price you pay for cable and internet 3 streets over where shaw and telus cover.

We’ve been using their services for almost 3 years now I believe, and we’ve been very happy with everything! When we had it set up, the tech was super nice and very knowledgeable! We were told that there was a chance the exact location of our place might prevent us from being able to receive the preferred signal/service but he was able to get us a strong enough signal and we’ve only ever had to call for maintenance/realignment once the whole to me we’ve been with these guys. That’s pretty darn good I’d say. When we did call, the next day before noon our issue was fixed. Very happy with these guys, and would recommend to anyone. Also, very affordable, and after we’d been with them for a year I think it was.they upgraded us with an extra 100GB for free

Been with them for 7 years and every year their improving their service. When first started it couldn't even run netflix but with the install of new towers around the cold lake area I can now run Netfix no problems with all 4 kids on their devices. Plus they keep adding more GB to my plan. Great compay.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced! On hold for 1/2 an hour, no message just music. The internet service they provide is pathetic! On & off like a light switch! Would be nice if a person could get someone on the phone to report poor service!

Pleased with MCSnet's service. Been a customer for 8 years now, as a high bandwidth user. Service is always friendly and professional. Connectivity is very good most of the time.
