Meadowbrook Animal Clinic

This is a great lil vet clinic. I have taken my bulldog there a few times and it's always been a great experience. When Griffy was a puppy Dr. Artur did the neuter and everything went well. Everyone is at the clinic is always friendly and I would recommend taking your pet to them.

Would do ZERO STARS if possible, came in for "care" in preparation for an upcoming surgery. My 13 year old son was told that he is being "too aggressive" and "inuring the dog doing the training techniques taught to him", under the training regiment that we chose for our family members. When I informed the "manager" was told "what do you want me to say? ". Absolutely disgusted with the entire situation. Penny is the manager in question, not the first time have a disgraceful experience with this person.would give negative stars given the situation.again.take your loved one somewhere else.not worth the condescending attitude and belittlement. UPDATE, given the most recent review after this one, it is clear that not only are they profiling customers due to there personal choices, but also coaching others to post in there favor. Also despicable.

Meadowbrook has been my veterinarian clinic since 2013. I have a medically complicated dog to treat and they have always shown compassion, professional excellence and kindness towards all of my animals not just my sick dog. The staff are dedicated to animal welfare and advocate for non-adverse training. They try to educate pet owners about negative consequences of shock collars, prong and choke collars or other methods of negative treatment. Penny is an incredible behavioural trainer and a welcome source of information when needed

This Vet never ceases to amaze me. I'll never use another. The secretaries, the vet techs, everyone! They are all so kind, helpful & compassionate. There is a reason this animal clinic is non stop busy. Amazing service and help.

Meadowbrook is an excellent clinic. The staff is kind, caring and very patient. My husband and I have been so impressed with them, since we first started bringing our puppy there, almost 3 years ago. Dr Bogdan has an amazingly calming manner with dogs and is very knowledgeable. I've had pets for over 30 years of my life and he's probably my favorite veterinarian thus far. Penny is a wealth of training and behavioral knowledge for your pets and the other ladies there are exceptionally welcoming and kind also. They've gone out of their way to interact with our dog even when we don't have an appointment, just to help him stay positive about his trips to the vet. Really great clinic!

You can tell the staff really care about your pets. The veterinarian explains things well and gave me helpful advice. They go above and beyond.

The staff are great, very friendly, and LOVE animals and aren't afraid to show it. They also know their stuff. If there's a question they can't answer, they'll find someone who can. We've been taking our pets here for years. Highly recommend.

We had never been at this clinic before Friday January 27. Our cat Belle, who was very old and not doing well and it was clear she needed immediate attention, she was looking for "her spot". It was her time.
They got us in same day. They were very gentle with our sweet little angel and took care of all of us during this time. Patient with us saying our goodbyes, offering kind words and support.
We then got the call that her remains were ready to come home. In the package, we got a tiny box of her ashes, along with some of her fur and her little paw prints for us! With a very sweet card of sympathy that the entire office signed.
I have to say, this was such a sad time for our family, but the staff and doctor were excellent. I cannot thank them enough for the support and customer care they provided.
I highly recommend this clinic! I know I will return to them, if ever needed.

INCREDIBLE experience! We have a heeler/collie cross and he tends to be protective of his people and growly towards strangers. I was admittedly very nervous about bringing Lucky in, worried about his reaction to strangers who were gonna poke him for vaccinations. I did caution them that they may need a muzzle or sedation. This was his first real vet visit.one of the techs (an older lady) took Lucky to the back and came back 10 min later wth him. All his vaccines, his vet check AND HIS NAIL TRIMMING (Lucky hates, hates, HATES his paws being touched) were done. No, muzzle, sedation or even a growl!

Not only did my dog make a liar out of me, he totally looovveeddd the older tech lady and was putty in her hands.

I will not be going anywhere else! Even the vet himself was awesome. Forthright, honest and even sat on the floor to meet Lucky at his level. A WONDERFUL place to take your most loved fur babies.

The vet is good. What I do not like is that they do not disclose that each time you have to pay another exam fee on top of the vaccination. Dog was just there one month ago. Go in for one vaccination that they tell you the dog needs and end up with three. I understand owing a dog comes with costs. Be upfront.people can be on limited budgets and need to plan. We left this clinic before due to a vet that was afraid if dogs, now not having full disclosure of costs I need a place that is upfront and honest

We brought our sick cat for treatment but she ended up needing to be humanely euthanized. Dr. Bogdan and his team were very compassionate and understanding with my family and made sure we had as much time as we needed. A big thank you to your team.

They are great there they treated Bruno just the way he wanted to be treated with love and care I would recommend anyone who isn't happy with their current vet to check them out so very very pleased with them

I have found my vet clinic, this team was absolutely amazing and I couldn’t be more appreciative of everyone at Meadowbrook Animal Hospital.

They were able to sneak my dog in immediately as she was experiencing a severe allergic reaction, they were great towards my dog and myself as I was panicking. Answered all my questions including multiple phone calls with a short time frame.

The whole team is fantastic and I highly recommend this animal hospital to anyone who’s looking for an animal hospital that looks out for their patient (animals) and the owners.

My dog was quite ill and they squeezed us in within 30 minutes of my call! Penny, at the front desk, was very friendly and helpful. Dr Susan was really good about seeing my dog for the 1st time, being really gentle with him, and patient about explaining the instructions for the medication. I highly recommend them!

Great experience from the moment you walk in the door. Staff are friendly and informative.

We took our dog, Finn, in to get a cleaning and have a few teeth removed and everything went perfect. Very good pricing too.

Just recently attended Meadowbrook Vet for our pup, who had a new lump and our sick kitty. The staff quickly found an appointment that day to see both animals.

The staff was amazing and the doctor too. Took time to examine, test and consider and provided cost effective options, to ensure the right treatment for our babies.

After a couple of days, there was no improvement for our 17 year old kitty and made the hard decision to put her down. Our hearts are broken, but the compassion and empathy shown by the staff and Doctor made our difficult decision a little bit easier.

The next day, our pup went into surgery to have a few concerning lumps removed. After the surgery, the vet called with the progress and took his time explaining the procedure, aftercare and results to come. He also happily took a worried momma’s questions about the worse case and was gentle and honest. Put my mind at ease. Fingers crossed for the results.

Here’s what I appreciate… if you are looking for an honest vet who thoroughly considers possible scenarios and provides real options, this is the place for you. I am so happy to have found someone who takes my concerns seriously and is willing to do what is best for my animals. Thank you Dr. B, Kelly, Airelle, and Penny. We are so happy we found you!

Great staff, super friendly and knowledgeable. Milo and Suzie have always been excited when they see we’re pulling up for a nail trim or for checkups:)
