Dr. Gill is the worst physician EVER! Rude with no leniency. He sees you for 2 seconds and runs off. Terrible experience NEVER GO TO HIM

Never go here. Just went and the doctor didn’t listen to anything I was saying and didn’t care. Unprofessional and rude.

I saw Dr Gill (not my family doctor) by appointment as my family doctor is a bit far but part of the same group of medical clinics.

Dr Gill was very rude and cut me off every chance he got. He also told me if I didn’t answer the phone from his clinic the first time they wouldn’t bother to call again… I wonder if he knows that there’s caller ID these days and I’d call back if I happened to miss his call- which he hasn’t called back and I’m sure they won’t call!

Barb on the other hand is fantastic at front end and she deserves a lot more credit for doing her job and the doctors job all day.

I wish there was something lesser than 1 star for this clinic. This clinic is a joke for walk in patients. Dr. Emad Hanna was the doctor he saw. My dad, 72 went there once to get checked as he had slipped. Was asked to do X ray. Did and went back says it’s normal no meds required. All good till then. Then he prescribes some routine tests for my dad considering his age (also asked by my dad) After that my dad tried to meet him a couple of times and he is never available. First, he only is available on Saturdays. Then Saturdays too he is never there. There is absolutely zero commitment for patients especially someone aged 72. My dad’s report came back borderline diabetic. No courtesy from the clinic to call and inform or give him an appointment. I don’t know if this is even legal to get reports done and never bother to be available or to inform the patient at least when the report is not good. Never going back. If you need medical help, avoid going there because these people are no help.

We do walk ins, but you must do a covid test and pay for it before we come anywhere near you

The door says walk in, but when you go in and ask for a walk in appointment they have no Dr's. They told me it's a family clinic and by appointment only.

Dr. Gill is the best doctor I have ever found. He is knowledgeable and professional. I was just a walk-in patient in his clinic and I was dealing with an issue from a long time he explained the cause and give me effective medicine which solve the issue with in 1 visit. I am Highly recommend others to visit Dr. Gill.

Waiting 2 hours inside this clinic for nothing they always said I'm next but waiting again almost 30mins.very nice experience Dr. Al ani he is very good doctor but the receptionist I don't think so

If I had to write a review that means it’s really bad. Don’t waste your time. Unprofessional and rude staff, “doctors” are even worse, wait time is long and longer “walk ins” are with the appointment.

Worst experience for walk in patients. I visited 4 times at this location as this location is close to my house. But every time they say they don’t except walk ins. I don’t understand. Looks like they never accept walk ins. I have a small baby. This is very inconvenient for mothers like us. I went their so doctor can see my baby ones. Kindly appoint different doctor in this location, so it is convenient for patients.

Noticed an ear infection on my daughter last night. In line with other comments, we called 5 clinics in the morning and no one is accepting new patients nor walk-ins. Terrible in Alberta. Called here, was hesitant based on poor reviews but they fit us in. Dr. Gill was very nice to my daughter and the appointment was on time. Staff were friendly. And I listened to the front staff talk to other patients and they were very friendly. It's tough on clinics/staff and I'm critical but I felt the need to support and write a positive review based on my experience today. Good-luck everyone.

I wouldn’t recommend visiting this clinic specifically Dr. Gill. I have never had a positive experiencing visiting this clinic or this doctor and that is why I stopped; I only visit this clinic when I am unable to make an appointment elsewhere - it’s last minute.

You will not be heard. I have never been able to complete a full sentence or even share with the doctor what is going on. They barely check the area where you indicate concern and will shout at you and consistently cut you off whenever you do try to speak.

I am not certain why it is that as a physician you show little concern and care for your patients. If you are frustrated with your profession I suggest you take some time off and then re-enter the practice. Everyone deserves competent care that they don’t have to fight for.

I would suggest looking at a few other clinics before bothering with this one. Each time I have visited this clinic I have had to argue or fight just to receive basic care and it’s very disappointing.

Dr. Gill has been both my parents doctor for about 6 years now. They listen to him and respect him, which tells me a lot about how they're experience always is. Grateful to him for the continued care!

The front ladies are very professional. I want to thank Dr. Alani for being so so patient and caring. He truly cares for his patients.

Though I have had good experience with the doctor, the front desk has no clue why people come for a walk-in. I have come to see a specific doctor and saying it out loud and clear I would be comfortable with the lady doctor which was a walk-in, in the morning. The lady at reception is so intelligent she assumes and books an appointment to be seen by the previous doctor who saw me prior at the same clinic in the afternoon. So asks to me come back later in the afternoon despite getting confirmed with her that it would be the doctor I preferred to see. Later in the afternoon she says it's the prior doctor I saw! Like seriously? It certainly put the doctor and the patient both on spot.

Dear fellow Patients,
Are you or your loved one sick?
Are you looking for some medical aid by a professional?
If so, you might as well go to some other clinic and seek a professional advise elsewhere.
This clinic is useless, Dr. Gill is very unprofessional and rude when it comes to giving medical advise or prescription.

If you are looking to get insult to your injury, definitely visit here and don't forget to take Tylenol and Advil every 4 to 6 hours to make you feel better.

Please don’t come to this clinic it is truly not professional and they will waste your time the front end staff is absolutely wonderful but the Doctors are not helpful and prioritize themselves over a patient so find a new doctor

Dr Gill is the worst doctor I have ever been too. Truly just a bitter man money hungry with no care about his patients. Please do not waste your time or risk your health at this horrible clinic. The front desk was great though.

I have been seeing Dr. Lim for about 9-10 years. She is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. The front staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable as well. I will definitely miss this clinic when I move.

Dr Alani is wonderful. He used to call us for the annual checkup in every year. He concerns the patients well being. I am proud of him to being my family doctor.

Huge waste of time. I was in the room for 30 seconds and the doctor says to me “Take an Advil, you’ll be fine. ” Currently in urgent care with a serious diagnosis.

I would not recommend this clinic. I got a bad experience with their front desk who is taking for booking apointment. She doesnt understand what is booking appointment means over the phone. She want us to be personally in front of the clinic to call over the phone to book it? Then what is the used of "Booking an appointment thru phone? " We are in pandemic thats the reason people are booking their appointments for walk in clinics. She really did not understand it. So sad. Hopefully this should be address. Thank you

Waste of my time to go to this clinic. Told me to wait in my car and the doctor would call me. When he called about 10 min later after I checked in, he kept telling me to see my family doctor. I would have but she's book for over a week. All you had to do was have me come in, look me over and help. You wasted my time and abhc money. I can see why you have bad reviews. I saw this before I went there but I thought I'd give it a try. Bad choice.don't go here

Dr. Alani is one of the best doctor I have ever had. He listens to his patients and always follow up. The ladies are great too. Not sure about the rest of the doctors, that why they're getting 4 star from me.

Complete waste of time going to this Clinic. The front staff has no idea about their job responsibilities. They focus more chatting and giggling then actually doing their job. I went to see the doctor and was told there 5 patients ahead of me, after waiting for an hour there were still 5 patients ahead of me.

They have mastered one sentence “You wait in car, we’ll call you”. Even when I got a call for my turn and I went in to the clinic, front staff said the same thing “you wait in car, we’ll call you”. I had to tell her that you called me less than 2 mins ago.

Very nice and clean clinic, front staffs r very good and helpful. Dr. GILL is very knowledgeable and experienced. He take care of there patients and very helpful. He make me understand about my health and how to care in this situation. Dr. GILL is very very professional and he is always ready to help their patience. Thanku very much.

Dr Gill is worse doctor he is not seeing the patient properly before he was new clinic then he see nice once he get more patient.now he never care.my couson visit there we are never going back there don’t go that clinic guys go to somewhere

I just came back from this Clinic at the worst experience ever the doctor was so rude to me I would not recommend coming to this Clinic to anyone unless you like being abused. So please do not go to this clinic at all.

Absolutely a relief. The front staff were friendly, efficient, and organized. We were put into an exam room immediately. We only waited about 10 minutes. The doctor was also friendly and efficient. In and out in 20 minutes which is unheard of for a walk in. Also, I was turned away or told 2 hour wait times from FOUR "walk in clinics" before coming here. Thank you!

No problem with doctor however, the front desk is very incompetent, unprofessional and doesn't seem to like working. I always feel like they're unhappy to deal with patients. The reception area smells a bit.

I had to get my medical examination done, first the receptionist didn't know how much fee will they charge. Told me she'll check with my family doctor and will call back. I received her voice message after two days to call back. I then explained her all the things I need the examination for, even told her the name of the form. After putting me on hold for sometime, she told me that doctor can do it all on Friday. I specifically asked her about eyes, hearing and general. She confirmed all. When I went to see the doctor, he said I've to go to optometrist to get my vision checked and get my blood work done, only then he can sign my paperwork, said he told the same thing to the receptionist. So I had to rush to get those done as I was supposed to submit everyday couple of days after.

Staff in the front are awesome and very friendly. Front Girls are well trained and very helpful. They always helped my family. I brought my son in and Dr. Al-Ani was so nice.

Dr. Lim has been my family doctor for 9 years and between her and the other staff I have always felt like I was in extremely competent, caring hands. She takes time to really listen and find solutions. 10/10

Dr. Maileen Lim has been my doctor for 8 yrs approx. I am so happy that I found her and havent once thought of going elsewhere. The staff at the Clinic are awesome and thoughtful. The wait is always worth it and I wouldnt go anywhere else! Always professional and thorough and accomodating.

Hi we went to meadows clinic as walk in for my son he had flue they immediately made appointment dr gill did checkup on my son he is very nice doctor he did checkup very nicely.staff is very nice and good.

Worst experience ever. I called in for an appointment and was told just come is as a Walk-in till 1 pm. Just went in as a Walk In at 12.30 due to Sore throat. Told by the front desk girl that doctor don’t want to take a walk in even though he was not with a patient and his hours were until 1 pm. Won’t ever recommend this clinic to anyone

Dr. Al-Ani has always been extremely professional, knowledgeable and easy going. The frontline staff has always been friendly with me and can usually accommodate a walk-in appointment within a reasonable time on most days. It has gotten busier over the past year and I have noticed appointment availability/walk-in wait times have gotten longer, but that's just due to the area being overdeveloped in such a short period of time. They always try to make it work if they can.

If I could, I would give them zero stars. Lady at front desk is so rude. No eye contact, no thank you, no please. It felt like I was not welcomed there. I do not DO NOT recommend this clinic. Doctor was okay with his okay bedside manners. Only reason I had to go there was because my mother in law was looking for a punjabi doctor. Never ever stepping at foot in the clinic

The staff don't know how to manage patients and have no respect for your time. Went in right as they opened for walk ins (1pm). Just needed a script refilled. Checked in, and sat for almost an hour. Was never given a time estimate and didn't end up seeing a doctor, but we got to watch other patients come and go while we sat there ignored for the duration.

Drove down the street to the Medi center (the one on the corner by Mill Woods Road) and was in and out in 10 min.

Unless you have some serious time to kill don't bother with this place. They don't value your time and you have better options nearby.

As far as drop-in clinics go, this place is great. I’ve seen Dr. Gil a few times and I like him. Good bedside manner. He listens and is polite.

The front desk staff are pretty friendly too.

The service is very slow if you are a walk-in bad communication from front desk and they don’t care the doctors are very good though
