Very nice building, pretty inside and out, parking is pricy considering location and lack of proximity to the core, hospitals or transit,

Nice building, but parking is garbage. More stalls for staff than clients/customers.

Good health focused building, but the surface parking lot is a disaster, and there's zero space to stop at the front doors and drop someone without mass chaos.
