After calling and trying multiple furnace companies while being told “I just need a new furnace” because of a blower motor, MM came in with a part within a week and had me up and running. Best part is, they tried to repair the actual part itself before having to buy a new one. This company truly cares about your wallet, and making it the cheapest they can for you.

Geoffrey was very professional and prompt to our call. He went far and beyond on checking the water heater and furnace yet he had come for the AC. His charges are reasonable. He did a very good professional work. I definitely recommend his company and services. Diamond Star service.

Last year, January 2019. I got a phone call from my family that there was no heat in the house round 5pm. I do have little ones in the house. -28/0 outside. I was in the USA by the time. I saw this company had many 5 star reviews so I called them. The plumber that came out was well-equiped and found and fixed the problem with my hot water tank within about 30 mins. He then tested all the components to make sure everything was working right, and took the time to explain to me what to do to drain it once a year so as to prolong the life of the tank. It was all done on a Sunday afternoon, and the final bill was very reasonable. I will now be a repeat customer, and will recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing repairs.

After many calls to find a plumber to fix our clogged sink and dishwasher. Geoffrey from mechanical master called right back and was here within an hour. Fast and amazing service. Came out during the super bowl on Sunday evening because I thought I had a blockage in my drain somewhere. When he found nothing was really blocked, The technician went outside with me in -45 weather to help uncover my septic tanks out of knee deep snow and try and figure out what was going wrong. He discovered we had no power to the outlet outside for our septic pump and promptly went back inside the house to the main breaker to test for breaker failure. In the end the problem was solved and we are so grateful for the service. I will be recommending this company to everyone and keep them in my speed dial!

We used Mechanical Masters Inc.to replace an old gas hot water tank. Their service was very quick (tank installed the day after the quote was provided) and their installation was very clean. The price was competitive and they offered a two year warranty on labor where other companies only offered one year or less. If you are considering them for some work, make sure to go to their website to check if they have any coupons for the work that you need.

Very short wait time from the time I called to the time Jeff arrived. All repairs to the toilet were done quickly and efficiently. Technician was friendly and very courteous.

I was in a situation where there was water leaking from the ceiling and needed help as quick as it could be. I was referred to these guys by a friend so I called them and their response was immediate. A technician was at my house within 30min.and saved the day. The work was done in a professional and timely way. The technician went as far as to explain what had gone wrong and ways to minimize such occurrences.

I had Geoff over a couple of weeks ago and he showed up I think within two hours. It was a quick installation and we were in need of a new hot water tank asap. Service was very professional and I definitely recommend.

We first used Mechanical Masters' services 3 yrs ago when my 10 yr water heater broke. Geoffrey gave me the option of repairing or replacing it- I went with repair and it's still working great today. We consulted him again 2 weeks ago to check out the basement heating. Turns out the 17 yr old furnace crapped out due to poor, almost no maintenance on my part (I didn't know I have a second separate furnace- nor how funaces work- whoops). Geoffrey had a better quote for repair of the broken furnace and included a tune-up of the working furnace. He repaired the broken one and tuned-up the working one. I didn't realize how quite and warm properly tuned furnaces can be. I avoided an untimely expense of buying a new furnace system. Highly recommended. He takes his time to diagnose the issue and he will give you information you need to help you decide what works best for you and your house. Timely communication and arrival.

Geoffrey was and continues to be professional, courteous and friendly. I initially called him years ago for a quote on installing a kitchen sink at a rental property, and ended up using his service over the years for numerous rental properties for multiple bathroom installs, kitchen installs, creating new drainage systems below the concrete, developing basement suites and addressing furnace and air condition troubles as well as a brand new AC install. His workmanship, service, pricing and professionalism has been exceptional over the years. I highly recommend Mechanical Masters!

Replacement of Navien NCB-240 faulty circulating pump, work good, but price was very high.

The work was done relatively quickly. I called the company on the morning of a Tuesday, and the gentleman was at my residence (10 min outside of Edmonton) in the afternoon. It took a couple of hours to troubleshoot. Unfortunately, he did not have the pump on hand, but he arrived the following morning and replaced the pump within an hour. The cost of the work/parts was on the high side:

Dispatch Fee Level 2 - $95,
Navien NCB PUMP REPLACEMENT labour - $250,
parts - $402.05,
parts acquisition - $95

Total with Tax - $888.35

After calling around, the pump costs $242.84 from Wolseley’s or $268.60 from Navienparts.com (with shipping and converted to CND currency). Lesson learned, call around to get more quotes or DIY.

It was winter and the house was too cold. We Called Geoffrey at mechanical masters on Feb 13,2021 it was in the middle of night at about 2 am and he was here in an hours time and he fixed our 5 year old furnace. He was very professional, he walked me through what he was doing and he did a really good job.
And again today March 14,2021, I called Geoffrey again about my electric stove and walked me through resetting my electric stove while keeping him on speed dial and in a minute the issue was solved.
