I'm so glad I found Med Supplies. Abdullah was incredibly kind and helpful. He found the product I needed when I couldn't find it anywhere else and had it ready for me when I arrived. He and his colleague later set up regular deliveries, navigated AADL for me, explained everything to me very clearly, and were super patient with my occasional confusion. Moe was helpful and knowledgeable and very friendly! The process of renting a knee board for my son was explained clearly to me and the process was quick and easy! He genuinely seems to care about customers and I was impressed by how he spoke with the client ahead of me who had to return items due to his mother passing. He showed compassion and helped him return with ease, even at a loss in money to himself.

My mother was in hospital from Christmas Day until the New Year and when she was discharged she needed some items at home for extra help…. Medical Equipment Rental was conveniently across the street from the Royal Alexandra Hospital. Abdullah was there to help, he is amazing! He was so compassionate during this very stressful time, and very knowledgeable on what would be best for my mom! We rented a walker and shower chair. These items have been so good that we ended up buying a upgraded walker (Abdullah took great care to make sure my mom got the right size) and we bought the shower chair too! Highly recommend this store! You will be very well taken care of!

I recently had to pick up a scooter for my father. They had one available that day that was of really high quality. You can tell they take care of their equipment and go out their way to accommodate you. Can't recommend enough.

Med Supplies Store, conveniently located across the street from the Royal Alex, is amazing. After my mother had surgery for a badly broken wrist, my nephew zipped in and got a walker and a toilet safety frame from them. Both items were like new and were perfect. Living out of town, I was unable to get into Edm to return items on the exact day rental was over. Mo was very kind and extended a couple courtesy days. When I returned Abdulla was so nice and very helpful with advice about another disability item I needed. These people went above and beyond with kindness and amazing customer service at a time when we were already stressed out. Note (because we didn’t) if you decide you need the rental item forever, give them a call. They are more than willing to work something out so you can purchase it. Would have saved myself about 3 hrs of driving time and a frustrating hour of dismantling rental and installing new one. Especially since I liked their product better. Thanks again, Med Supplies!

I rented Hospital Bed and had it delivered by Mo.customer service was really pleasant. I needed the bed ASAP when I called on Saturday. Mo delivered the bed and set it up the next day on a Sunday. The bed itself was excellent and in good condition and operated as stated. It helped speed up my recovery from surgery. I had issues with my insurance and Mo provided tips on how to go through the reimbursement process as well. I would recommend them for all your medical supplies needs.

I borrowed a wheelchair for my Mom. Very nice equipment made my mother comfortable. I was happy with their customer service as well as the equipment. I suggest them 100%.

This medical equipment store and its people are so accomodating. Last June 30 it was last minute when we decided to rent a wheel chair for my 83yrs old mom for our 3days out of town trip (Canada Day) and I called them to inquire. They accommodated us even after office hours the manager (employee name: moe) came back to store just to open the door for us even it was past 6pm and their store was already closed for operation. Thank you and God bless!

Med Supplies provided me with the rental of a Lift Chair. It was in like new condition and worked really well! Delivery was prompt. When a small issue arose at the end of my rental, Lisa was super helpful at mitigating the situation and finding a solution that suited us both. I greatly appreciated her efforts and the kindness of the gentleman who picked up the chair. I would most definitely rent from Med Supplies again and recommend them.

I found the store to be very clean with a great variety of equipment the sales staff were very courteous and attentive and knowledgable was treated very well over the course of the three weeks Was always greeted with a smile and recognition gave them the five stars because I fully think that they earned them thank you very much and I will be back for any other needed products.

Wow this guy Albert/Abdullah is beautiful soul who goes above and beyond to serve humanity, he is very compassionate and empathetic, I hope God blesses him with everything his heart desires and I hope people can learn or be like him. 5 star is underrated and an understatement.
