Worst service of any other public clinic on all Edmonton.
Ladies on front desk are not nice and love to do everything to not provide the service.

I would leave a. 5 star if I could. I go here because of my fantastic doctor. However, the receptionists are the absolute worst. I have called in and have been placed on hold for at least 40 min at a time. It's next to impossible to book an appointment...

Untrained staff very rude specially the women sitting on receptionist. They don’t know how to talk on phone. Long waiting time even if u u have appointment.

It is better to have a walk in rather than getting an appointment. Even if ur early for appointment still you have to wait for like 40 mins outside, then they will call you to come in. And another hour to wait inside before the doctor check you...

Got there early to be one of the first ones in. When the receptionist showed up to open up the clinic she said the dr wouldn’t be in until 11: 00 (opening hours are 9: 00). According to another guy waiting there, this happens often.
