Medicare Walk-in Clinic Rundlehorn

I have not experienced any of the complaints I have read on here.
I have found the staff at the front desk were very pleasant, respectful and helpful. The appointment staff were pleasant as well in setting up my appointments.

Dr elhasumi was very kind patient and understanding and tried to give the best support he could he took the time to listen to my concerns and was very kind and was worried about me and my mental health issues I definitely recommend seeing him at this clinic he’s probably the best doctor I have seen

Dr. Elhasumi is great, I strongly recommend him. However the receptionist and the phone operator behavior to my case (unsure name) are really terrible.

Doctors amazing but the resiption have really bad timing and disrespectful. They give you an appointment at2: 30 you will see the doctor at 3: 15.

The front staff need a better attitude. I kept getting interrupted and the lady said to sit down without asking me my name or appointment time. The doctors are great. I wish they would hire someone who cares about health care.

Doctors are great but they close their office before they are supposed to. So if u show up on a weekday before there closing hours. And they aren’t answering phone call they are usually closed, Way past before 5. And it’s annoying because even if i call no one answers, and if you show up to the clinic it’s a waste because they’ve closed the office and gone home.

Front end customer service is greatly improving, doctors are very well experienced and professional. I highly recommend this clinic.

Excellent service, I highly recommend Dr. Hatim Elhasumi, very thorough examination and sent me for all required tests immediately. Found him very considerate and attentive especially considering I was a walk in. Staff were friendly and minimal wait time. Thank you.

To all of you MOANING about wait time, I tell you go to ER and wait 13 hours! I go to Mr. Lube for an oil change and typically wait for an hour!
I have been to this clinic so many times and yes the wait time varies ESPECIALLY AS A WALK-IN but never crazy. Front staff (Nancy and Amina) doing their best running around to accommodate all patients and be on top of their other tasks. Obviously Doctors can not control the time needed to manage our health problems and emergencies, as one mistake can cause a great deal of harm. Many family doctors have already left NE area which puts clinics still standing under high pressure.
I trust the doctors at this clinic and find them to be professional and caring and wouldn't mind waiting.
A doctor is leaving this clinic. Few staff members have also already left because of your inconsiderate reviews. I say go moan elsewhere, Starbucks will probably serve you on time!

I would give a zero star if i could. They neglect the patients waiting outside. I have booked my appointments so many times and still it took me more than 2 hours for each visit. Than i just walked in and still they made me wait for almost 2 hours then i had go ask why my turn is not coming as more than 12 people came after me and they were able to get in and i still had to wait. Finally after getting in i sat in a room for an hour. I usually dont post anything negative but this time they ruined my entire day. But on the other hand five star for the doctor he is really nice.

I received a message on my phone to call and book a follow up appointment with Dr. Omran Mir. I called the number and tried to book the appointment, after several attempts with timing I told the staff on the phone that I will have to call back another time to get the appointment sorted out. The lady hang up the phone in my ears.very rude. I can tell from her accent, she is from india and sounds like the punjabi people. This office is not being operated properly nor professionally. Dr. Mir is a wonderful and caring Dr. Five starts to him. Zero stars to the receptionists and telephone operator who took my call. I had another question for her and before I could ask she hand up the phone. Some of the staff that works in this clinic seems extremely unhappy with life itself. I have a hard time understanding what they get out of delivering such poor customer service to the people they serve. Knowing that the patients helps to keep this clinic open which basically keeps them employed. I am appalled at their behaviour

I am really disappointed. I was very sick, and I called the Rundlehorn Medicare clinic to book an appointment with my Family doctor which she is really awesome. I called the clinic so many times for 7 hours but never pick up the calls. I had to call center to the three Medicare clinics, who could not help me and advised me to go the walk-in to the Rundlehorn Medicare Clinic as walk-in. I went there I was told I can't meet my family doctor and I will be seeing another doctor. After waiting very long time, because their system was down, I was finally appointed to Dr. Omran Mir.who who spent 4 minutes with me only, as he checked my fever, the sore throat and asked few questions then took a throat test then told me he can't give me Anti-Biotic unless the test is positive. I had to spend another 30 hours with more painful sore throat and fever for nothing waiting for the result. I called him next day and he told me I am not positive, and he can't write me any anti-poetic and I can call 911 if I do not feel better. Before I left the clinic, he wrote me a gargling, nasal spray and Tylenol which all did not help at all. I regret going the walk-in there and wasting my time, suffer of all that time calling, seeing that doctor after long wait time, wasting my money and suffer more days. It is really a negative experience, as I got ZERO care. It was really a waste of time.

One of the worst clinics in the northeast, rude receptionist nobody answers the phone if you want to book an appointment. Doctors always on days off

Very unprofessional. Dr's dont show up, always late or are constantly on vacation. Wait times are ridiculous.
Definitely need to not charge people for being late or no shows.otherwise on the flip side they owe me hundreds of dollars.

Just needed my life saving meds and gets brushed off like I needed a bandaid.

The pharmacist however is great, knows his stuff and very kind.

I've called many times and they never answer the phone. My family doctor is perfect. But frond desk staff not. I hope one day they will answer my call within an hour.

Front counter staff were very friendly and helpful. The doctor was super nice. Hardly had to wait at all. Meleena the lab tech is very friendly, and very good at drawing blood for blood work. Having a pharmacy right there is awesome, and they were very nice too! Will go back for sure. Best clinic I've been to.

Absolutely nothing has changed seeing all of these reviews about front staff and not picking up their phone. I can't get a hold of them, ever. When my doctor calls me she says "it's hard to get a hold you we never can" I don't think so. I tried calling for 2 weeks straight at one point and not a single person picked up the phone. I'm so sick of this. I'm currently waiting for someone to answer right now and it's been 30 minutes. I have even stood in front of the staff and phoned the place, not a single person bothered to pick up they continued their conversation.

The worst service I’ve ever seen they don’t pick the phone at all even the receptionist are vary rude do not west your time go somewhere else

Wonderful clinic. I’ve send Dr Bentaleb in several occasions and he is professional and thorough.
My wife and kids see Dr Hamdi and she’s wonderful.

I’ve called this clinic multiple times and they almost NEVER answer my calls, it’s ridiculous. I love my doctor but I’m seriously considering switching. Also the front desk staff can be very dry and rude at times. Please be a little more considerate of your patients and answer their phone calls!

I called for phone consultation for my son they told me you can walk in to see the doctor in person. When I arrived they told me the doctor is not working today!
It’s not the first time to do that to me waste

Had to do a walk in for my kiddo. There was a short wait, as expected, but the doc was very patient as I detailed all the medical history and asked many questions.
I forgot to ask the doctor a couple of things during the appointment so I went to the pharmacy. The pharmacy staff was super knowledgeable and helpful and because of their guidance I didn't have to wait again to go back and speak to the doctor. Will definitely give this place another visit when needed. And at the rate my kiddos catch germs from school I expect it will be soon.

Not too bad of a medical clinic. However, they definitely need staff that acts/looks like they don’t hate their lives because it is every off putting! Also, they NEVER EVER ANSWER THE PHONE! How do you run a medical clinic and never answer your phone? I’ve been a patient more than a year and it’s happened every time. Seriously how do doctors/mangers not input a system where they pick up and say “Please hold” it’s not so hard, it’s so frustrating as a customer. They need to hire someone that can work the front much better.

There’s definitely a reason you guys only have 2.5 stars! This clinic has unprofessional doctors and rude staff which is very unpleasant. The doctors laughs and mocks when asking questions and the wait time is an hour+, when you finally get to see the doctor she shuts you down for asking regular questions. Disgusting seek new staff.

Never seen or heard of a worse service before. It’s such a pain dealing with the front desk employees at this clinic.

Very poor customer service.tried calling three days but they dont attend call and put u on hold for hours.better go to temple clinic.

Was very happy with their service I went today due tp bronchitis and the doctor knew what he was doing was very happy leaving there today would definitly go back there

Doctor Hamdi is likely the best doctor we have ever had in the last 40 years. She's concerned, caring and very professional. She takes the time to listen and explain things. You do not feel pressured when you have an office visit or a phone console. It cannot be easy to maintain trying to keep everything running smoothly but I am convinced that sometimes it may seem that things are taking too much time but I feel that doctor Hamdi is doing her best and I consider her to be a true credit to her profession. The receptionists Nancy, Amina and Sally have a lot of responsibility but despite this they still take time to respect and meet patients needs or requirements and work very hard to keep things organized and running as smoothly as possible. All of these ladies are the face of the clinic and are very professional and a pleasure to deal with, also taking the time to listen to patients' requests and concerns.

Here’s a piece of advice for the admin staff - ACT PROFESSIONAL. If you don’t know how to, get an education or take some courses. If you can’t do that, you shouldn’t be working there. As it is, your days are numbered because your jobs will be automated in a couple of years

This is one of the friendliest medical clinics I have ever been too. Dr Hamdi is one of the best Drs I’ve ever seen she really cares and listens and has been a great help to me and my family over the last 5 years I’m so grateful she is my Dr. The reception staff in particular Nancy! Has always been extremely helpful and kind I’m always greeted with a smile and there customer service in my opinion is amazing!

If you want to go to a medical office where their phones don't work this is the place to go HORRIBLE FRONT DESK WORKERS! FIX YOUR PHONE. DO NOT CALL SOMEONE AND ASK THEM TO FOLLOW UP AND THAN SHUT YOUR PHONE LINE DOWN. Other news there is great doctors here

I have been coming to this clinic lots of time since our family doctor is in this clinic. Also I love Dr. Reem taking care of my other woman to woman concerns.receptionist are nice some are not!

My concern in this place:

Even you have appointment you still have to wait like almost an hour or more to talk to the doctor.
I hope they can improve their system in regards with this concern.
They might let you in the consult room but still no doctors yet until a long time of waiting.

Another problem I encountered and is the second worst after the waiting time in the clinic is their PHONE!
In the many times I’ve called and in the time I thought is not a busy time I was waiting for someone to pick up the phone for more than an hour!
Even this very moment that I do my review I am on the phone waiting for someone to pick up my call. I am on the phone for 1hr and 30mins already waiting for someone to talk to me.this is not the first time or second or third time to be like this! This happened a lot of times!
Rundle Medical Centre management please pay attention to your clients review and I really hope you can come up with a solution to this kind of complaints! The people who have appointments in your clinic has life as well and have other matters to do after their supposed to be appointment time with you! Most people’s schedule is ruined by your system!

We moved far and changed family doctor already but I still love to see Dr Reem for my other concern, for this reason I still have to be in this clinic.
My new clinic has an organized system. You will see your doctor by the time of your appointment.

Dr. Hamdi is the greatest medical doctor I have ever met. If you are looking for a truly unbiased, extremely educated, opinion with your health matters, she is your person. Her advice is well rounded and open minded. Her attention to detail and care for her clients is unlike any physician I've ever met. We are super grateful to call her our family doctor.

Terrible receptionist! They dont listen to u the talk over u so desrepectfull they are rude, even when u have appointment u still wait long time I have been goin there for a while, I dont like leaving bad review but this guys give me no choice

There is only one doctor available and hence he is extremely busy and always in hurry, No female doctor. Good Luck.

Took my daughter a few days ago, and before that my mother. Very prompt service with very little wait time. They take good care of you.

Always have to wait I hour plus, with an appointment. Getting an appointment takes 2-3 weeks to get in just to see Dr. Heidi. Dr. Heidi doesn’t give enough meds to last until the next visit. This is beyond the worst office I’ve ever had to deal with.

Terrible receptionist! Every time I make an appointment I waited more than 1hr! It’s useless even though you’re in appointment! Receptionist are not compassionate in their work

Everything is fine, only the waiting time, coz Every time i booked an appointment, i need to wait another 1 hour to see the doctor, better to not book an appointment and just do the walk in

Once i took my son in for a burn and the doctor was sooooo stupid he actually said to me was it cold or hot oil for a BURN
