Would love to give zero stars, but it doesn't let you. Made an APPOINTMENT for an pre employment questionnaire. Should take 5 minutes. Doc was 45 minutes late, just to tell me that walk in clinics don't do those. I told him that I always get them done at walk in clinics, and he said "well I don't do them, then". Obviously, as it only costs $40, and he can't bill a fortune for it through insurance, it's not worth the 5 minutes, after he wasted my entire hour. So much for ethics. Garbage doctor. Did the thing an hour later at a different walk in clinic with no problems. Thanks for nothing.
Here I am at 4: 45pm, website says open until 9pm, and yet the clinic is CLOSED!
Thanks for wasting my time. Not everyone has a vehicle, or a simple time with mobility to just, you know, head out to another clinic easily. Ridiculous.
There web site says opened till 10pm.we got there at 9: 17pm and the place was closed.lights all off What a joke. Change ur web site and stop Wasting peoples times driving there when they could have gone to an open clinic.

I can't believe I still think this would change. I'd come in multiple times on a Monday or Tuesday after work before 5pm.closed early, no notification or warnings, even if I called before to ask what time they're closing today. I show up at 9am on a Saturday when it says that's when it opens. It's now 9: 40 and there's still no sign of opening. As I'm sitting in the lot there are multiple people walking up and looking in and wondering the same thing I am. "WHY AREN'T YOU OPEN? "
This is the most irresponsible and inconvenient walk-in I have EVER been to. I've been going to this place since I was a child which is why I keep giving them a chance. Never coming here again.
My 5 year old daughter and I were turned away yesterday because they were closing in 2&1/2 hours. No notice of that anywhere. I waited in line 10 minutes before I was told that. It seems they are truly not the walk in clinic they claim to be but more focused on appointments. I have literally been going there for years on an as need basis and have NEVER been turned away, especially with a sick child. Clearly you are no longer about the patient, even a sick child. Will do my best to let everyone know not to come there ever, there are much better clinics out there that don't turn away the patients that are their business. Change your name from a walk in clinic, you are clearly not that anymore.
Chiroprator and front desk staff are great. The Doctors? Not at all. Sent me for x-ray twice and didn't bother to reach out to discuss the results with me.then what's the point of getting it done? Very very very poor doctors
The clinic always closes before posted business hours (such as at 5pm when it says they’re open till 10) and act like that’s normal. When your wanting to see your doctor for meds it can make life/med management very difficult. Due to the poor customer service and lack of customer care I’ll be switching clinics and DO NOT suggest this clinic to anybody!
Im editing this review. Went to the walk in this morning. Waited 20 minutes outside in the cold. No one there, no signs to say they would not be open. I left only to find out later their was only one doctor on and he was accepting appointments only. No walk ins. Not the fault of the staff, but CHANGE your answering machine message to the current day and put out a sign so folks know and are not waiting outside in the cold for the clinic to open. Again a shortage of doctors at this clinic. Why is that? Never happened when Paul Sackman was there.
Worst doctors office i have ever been to waited 3 hours to even talk to a doctor.took another hour and a half to get out of thier this was completely pathetic. I will never be coming back to this place.
Wait times are always longer than anticipated. Even when I do make an appointment. My experiences here haven't been terrible, but haven't been great either, just okay. Doctors don't seem to give much information or spend much time talking about my health or concerns. I wait forever in the lobby and usually speak with the doctor for less than 5 minutes.
Went to the Horizon Square clinic at 9: 30pm they closed at 10pm they refused to see me. Said I was too late. They need to change their times on the website if it hadn’t have been urgent I wouldn’t have gone so late.
Had to come get stitches here and my first visit wasnt too bad - wait wasnt too long and I thought they did a good job. Went back 2 days later to check it out, they had told me to keep it bandaged and dry and come back on Saturday to get the stitches removed. I went back on Saturday and they weren't open when they were supposed to be open, so I went to another location, waited a long wait, got out into a room the put pack into the waiting room to be told that I shouldn't have kept it covered as the cut wasnt able to breathe and hasn't healed properly due to that. Then this doctor left the room after 1 minute said I should be fine to get it wet and wear shoes and leave it open then I go to another room to wait for the stitches to be taken out where she covers it and tells me not go get it wet again and keep it covered again? I feel like stitches are a very common thing and should not be this difficult, there should be very simple steps to follow afterwards? !
I'm diabetic. I go to this clinic because they say they are open til 10pm. Which is a lie. It's Monday and the hours say they are open til 10 pm. I walked in so I could get my much needed prescription renewed. I was turned away because they decided to close early today at 5pm which was the exact moment I walked in but there was still one couple sitting there and they got help. So now I have to go without my medication for a day. Makes me miss my old doctor back in Manitoba, he would always make time to see his patients so they could get their meds. These doctors here never put refills on my meds, so I have to always come see a doctor to get them renewed. I think I should find a better clinic to go to.
I am very happy with the excellent service been provided by Horizon Square Medicentre and I am with them since more than 5 years. My Family Doctor Michael Osazuwa is very knowledgeable and very friendly and answers all of my questions. Also the staff are very good and taking care of the patients, for example today Brondan from the staff was very kind and helpful in checking my blood pressure before seeing Dr. Osazuwa then he gave me the Vaccination injection and I was very happy with what he did for me. Thank you Dr. Osazuwa and thank you Brondan.
