I have an awesome Dr, Dr. Njenga, he takes care of all my medical concerns, and I never have to ask him twice about my concerns, he will always sit down and explain to me my concern and once I understand he will get up and if I don't he will give me examples and other ways of explaining it. And before he leaves he'll ask if there was anything else that I needed to address and then politely say I hope you feel better or have a good rest of the day I would give this Dr. 5+ Stars anytime.

They should update the timings more frequently. Would save lots of people their time. Maps shows that they are open till 9pm but the receptionist said that they are never here until 9pm.

Called them to take my daughter there and they said yes you can come. When arrived, they said that they can't accept more patients (the interval between the call and the arrival less that 1 hour)
Very unrespectful. Don't waste your time going there.

Dr. Buchner is awesome doctor, kind compassionate. Always listens to my concerns very knowledgeable and professional.

I have been using the services of Castledowns Medicenter since 2004. I am satisfied with their professionalism. But lately there are less doctors available in their staff. Right now they have only one female doctor, Dr. Gift Kariko my doctor of choice. Unfortunately, she moving to Saskatchewan. My biggest concern, my wife and daughter prepare a female doctor. That is why Dr. Kariko has been our family doctor for the last several years. I just hope Castledowns Medicenter will have a replacement for Dr. Kariko, a talented, caring female doctor.

This is a great MediCentre. They are always friendly and patient. Dr. Buchner is great at listening at what you say and doesn’t try to get you out in 5 minutes. Great place.

Dr Kariko is an amazing family doctor. She is thorough, compassionate and kind. If necessary, she sends you to a specialist for complex issues. Currently, she treats three generations of our family with professionalism mixed with common sense. I would give her 10 stars if I could. The rating reflects the Medicentre's erratic hours, of late due to the lack of staff and/or doctors.

The staff is Friendly, Awesome Dr’s. Dr Kariko is an amazing Dr who really takes the time with patients and shows compassion and is always there to treat & explain things if need be.we have been going to this Medi Centre for 15 years and would recommend it to anyone
