I rate this clinic (specifically Dr. Ibrahim) -25 stars. I phoned this clinic on a Friday to see if they could fill out some paperwork for my mom. Her regular GP just retired, so we were forced to do walk-in. They told us to come first thing on Monday as walk-in and MAYBE the doctor could do it for us. Waited in the waiting room for 1.5 hours before getting into a room. Dr. Ibrahim came in and barely looked at us like he didn’t have the time of day and then proceeded to LAUGH at us when we asked if he could help. He then started getting angry and I told him there’s no need to speak to us that way, which prompted him to shake his head and walk out of the room. I have never been treated more disrespectfully by a doctor in my entire life. Do not go to this clinic.

They wasted my time here. I came to ask if they were accepting patients and the receptionist told me I had to ask the doctor. I waited an hour to see one and he told me that he wasn't but to ask the receptionist if any doctors were. So I did and the receptionist told me they weren't accepting new patients. Why couldn't she just tell me the first time? Why is my time not worth anything?

Opposite to most of the comments here, I had good experience with the reception team but not with the doctor. I went for walk-in and it was fast and smooth to get in. I chose that Dr there called Tretiakov. It was a very bad experience. First time in my entire life a Dr.tells me to go online look up some natural remedies! I asked him for advices and recommendations about other issues and he kept repeating “I don’t really know” the entire time! And his prescription didn’t work for me so far. And of course he is not accepting new patients at the moment. I didn’t even have to finish the question! Don’t waste your time.

The worst customer services has ever seen, every time waiting almost 30 mnts and then hanging with no answer. Staff at the reception are not welcoming at all. I see all reviews but no action so far even services are getting worst

I started seeing Dr. Feyi Ellisen in February. She is wonderful, caring and very attentive. She has been super sweet with my baby boy and remembers his previous visits and concerns. She sent us for some tests for him to double check something even though she was sure it was nothing and I truly appreciate it to make sure my boy was ok. She takes the time to listen and answer all your concerns and is patient. She also has taken care of my own health concerns and she was great. My only comment is that reception is not the best at communicating time changes in appointments once in the past.

Reception has always been problematic with this clinic their call lines basically don't work since reception will never pick up a call no matter what time of day. Additionally, the system kicks you off after 10 minutes or so of waiting so you would have to call again and lose your position in the queue? I have no idea how this makes any sense. Called right at their opening hour of 9AM. Could not get a receptionist all the way until 10AM by which I had given up on the process. The reception staff are horrendous and feel no responsibility whatsoever towards patients. Gives everyone attitude if they see patients are slightly unhappy about their poor service.
Constantly tells me to use the virtual walk-in program when I have a family doctor in that clinic. I have no way of booking an appointment with him and must go through an online process by which I am matched with a random doctor.
Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. This clinic is a nightmare to deal with. The listed core values of their clinic being accountability and respect? What a joke.

Absolutely horrible hold times ive called them waited 1hr on hold to drive there and then be told they arent that busy that day i then asked why my call wasnt answered was told at that time they where busy had a small rush of walk ins 6 ppl i was on hold for 1hr. Hire more staff plz if you cant even answer a phone call in due time

Prescribes antibiotics that don't exist and can't be obtained. Amazing waste of time and an entire day of missed work trying to find this, and I'm still left with a child with a bacterial infection and no antibiotics. Cannot get through on the phone to ask for a different prescription, as after half an hour on hold, the line says it's too busy and hangs up. Literally you are better off rubbing bananas all over your body than going here for anything.

Absolutely incompetent staff.

2 weeks ago I called to book a meet-and-greet with a doctor at 11: 30 am on Wed March 1st (today).

At approximately 10: 50 this morning, I received a phone call from Medicenters to prep me for my "phone call appointment" with the doctor.

First of all, I never booked a phone call appointment. I was shocked today to find out that was the case, because I was already in the process of getting ready to leave my house

I booked a *regular* appointment, and the woman who scheduled me 2 weeks ago *never once mentioned* it was an over-the-phone appointment.

Anyways, 11: 30 rolls around and I never received a phone call from the doctor. I called the office 20 mins later to see what was going on.

I waited on hold for 30 minutes before an automated voice came on telling me to hang up and try again, before the call dropped.

I then call the Medicenters call center, and was told the doctor that I was scheduled to have my appointment with WASN'T EVEN WORKING TODAY, and that somebody "would call me back me shortly. "

It's now 1: 10pm and I still have not heard from anybody.

I want to know which incompetent staff member booked a meet-and-greet with a doctor who isn't even working on the day the appointment was scheduled for.

This office is absolute garbage and the city is impossible to find a doctor in.

Dr. Hammed Ibrahim was the most incompetent, clueless, and unhelpful physician I have ever dealt with. Would give zero stars if I could. My husband sustained a concussion after a fall 2 weeks ago, was seen in urgent care, and has had to be off work since. Took him to this clinic to be seen for an assessment, some guidance on what the next steps should be, and to address his need to be off work longer to rehabilitate and properly heal. He was dismissive and told my husband he should be going back to work asap. This is absurd as my husband can not focus, is experiencing mental fogginess, headaches, sensitivity to light and sound, and most certainly can not drive. Instead, he delved into telling my husband he is depressed. Took him to another clinic where he was properly assessed and treated.

I had a very welcoming and comfortable experience at this clinic. After my own family doctor refused to see me for an emergency, I found this walk in clinic near my area. The receptionist was so friendly and got me on the waitlist immediately. The doctor was reasonably fast and diagnosed my problem within 2 minutes of tests. Gave me a prescription and I was out of there in 5 minutes. Given, I did go during lunch time on a weekday, so the clinic was empty. However, everyone was so accomodating and helpful.

Went in Saturday morning. Was given a number as a walk-in. After 10 min was told that all walk-ins need to go somewhere else as there is only one doctor. When they opened the door they told us there was only one doctor but still handed out the numbers. In the end the doctor who was good did see everyone. Just not a good experience nor professional.

If I had the ability to give negative stars I would.

My friend and I went into the clinic yesterday to discuss his lab results. While waiting in the patient room, Dr. Ibrahim Hammed came in and literally threw the paperwork at my friend. Instead of taking the time to discuss his results all the doctor said was, to beware of any heart disease that runs in your family and left the room.

Dr. Ibrahim Hammed is unprofessional, cruel, and uncaring.

If you plan on going to this clinic I highly recommend that you see another doctor.

If I had the ability to give negative stars I would. If you are hoping for doctor and patient confidentiality this is not the place to go. Dr Michael Tretiakov believes that it is appropriate to be discussing your test results within earshot of the patients in the hall way. While I sat in the office waiting for my test results, I overheard him telling his assistant that it was negative and to try again. Because of this I already knew my test results before he came into the room. I wanted to be sure that the result was forsure negative, so I asked him to send me for some bloodwork. Once the bloodwork came back, he thought it was appropriate to then have his receptionist call me over the phone with my test results. Never have I ever been to a clinic that has ever been allowed to discuss any results of any kind over the phone whether they be positive or negative. Absolutely unacceptable. I will never be back here and anyone I know going here I will tell them to go elsewhere.

Don't waste your time booking a fastrack appointment. After waiting for 30 minutes after the time of my appointment I asked reception how much longer it might be. They asked if I had an appointment and checked in which I did. I was then informed that fastrack appointments are basically wallk-ins and they dr would see me when he could I asked what is the point of making an appointment then? No response. I then asked if it's a walk in why we're 2 people that were walk-ins that came in after me taken in while I am waiting? Oh I'll go talk to them right now. Ok you'll be next.

Absolutely horrible. I booked an appointment online a week in advance thinking that I’ll be able to see a doctor on the dot. I checked in and waited more than 30 mins. I asked how much longer I need to wait since my appointment time has passed 30 mins already, was told that online booking basically works like walk-in. What’s the point of booking an appointment when it works exactly like walk in and you have to wait for god knows how long.
