I am pleased with Dr. Bakshi and the medical staff personnel. The reception desk was polite and it felt like a family atmosphere. I visited this clinic 3 times and will go there again. The doctor spent enough time each time throughout my visits to understand the problem, unlike multiple other clinics that spend few seconds with patients, and running away. They are truly professionals in medicine and with customers!
Terrible place. Been here for almost 3 hours. I don’t know what’s going on but why take so long. Even if you have an appointment you still have to wait 2 hours, walkin 3 hours. Wow. Wonderful. If there’s a rate below one that’s it. I should gave -35 rate just like the weather
When i came in they asked my name and phone number from me then they made me sit for 3 hours cus of the wait time (THAT THEY DID’NT TELL ME ABOUT) and i could not even got to see a doctor, they were very not professional and i will not be coming back to this place again. Also would suggest to never go their as this place is a mess.
Terrible service. The staff is inept, rude, and ignorant. Waited for virtual appointment and the Dr barely let me speak 3 words before dismissing me coldly and hanging up. Try to make another appointment only to have condescending ignorant incoherent staff tell me we the taxpayers only who pay for the service only get one visit a day. That's one thing but when I didn't even get my full alloted paid time with the Dr to begin with then that's absurd. When you don't do what you say you're going to do but the staff plays the game that they are victims. This clinic has some decent doctors and it has doctors that really have no bedside manor and they should go work in the morgue where their personality will resignate. Why would anyone with a personality of a dead fish want to be a general practitioner? Nothing worse for feeling sick and the people that are supposed to be on your health and medical team look at you with disdain and impatience and the staff all plays the reverse psychology condescending word games. These people that work in medical industry are all there for the wrong reasons. Go work at the car wash if you hate people so much.
Dr was fine. The staff is horrendous. Nothing more insulting than someone being condescending. It was like talking to someone from.another dimension. They had no clue what I said. They didn't care to know. To be isolated in a 8x12 room.in a remote work camp an hour from.a pharmacy and unable to leave isolation. So I have to depend on a good Samaritan to possibly pick up my prescription and bring it toe. But the staff forgot to fax the 1st prescription. So I called back to do a virtual appointment again. I have to call daily and when I ask what time will.you send the prescription I get told "whenever they send it". The condescension is intolerable and inexcusable.how absolutely unprofessional can a medical clinic be? I got better service in Tijuana. How dare you speak to a patient in they way you do. The staff and last Dr Elesin had ZERO empathy and did not try to work with my situation. So your Dr clinic ordered me in isolation but you won't work with my situation confined to a remote camp unable to leave. Couldn't simply fax the prescription immediately or tell me a time. To see the staff get enjoyment out of playing games with.a sick patient is disgusting. I think the staff has Dysarthria. The staff I spoke to were incoherent, tongue-tied and unable to express themselves clearly or fluently. The staff was inarticulate and struggled with the use of normal words and syllables. And the paying patient is expected to smile and say thank you?
Worst experience at a medicentre, outrageous wait times. Once I got in the doctor had noted that my fever, headache and other symptoms should just be slept off at home with some Tylenol. I waited 4 hours to be told this
A lot must’ve changed since the previous reviews because today I had the best experience ever! I booked online, and waited for only 5 minutes which is how much it takes for the paperwork to be done. Sevina at the reception was truly caring and responsible, super polite and helpful. She was a real sweetheart. Dr. Savitsky was also very responsive and caring. This is a great place. I hope the bad reviews are buried beneath great new ones.:)
Changing my review now that they got fresh chairs in the waiting room. My daughter and i have both seen one Dr.that can be described as curmudgeonly. He was rude, loud, and abrasive. I do have aspergers so loud rude abrasive doesnt work for me. I'm being kind. The other doctors have all been good the staff is good. I am comfortable with the place.
I've waited here for over an hour and a half for an OSI appointment that should take all of 2 minutes to do. There's nobody else even here it's just me. Why?
Plain and simple: Dc Sher saved my life. He had taken me on as a new patient and as a precaution, he sent me for some basic tests (bloodwork etc…). The tests revealed very high PSAs (prostate cancer antigens). I was diagnosed with prostate cancer and luckily it was caught early. I did radiation and was essentially told by my oncologist that early detection had been a life-saver for me. If that’s not enough for a five-star review, then I don’t know what is. Thanks to Dc Sher.
Waited too long. We have booked for appointments but still waiting for hours to get treated. What’s the point of scheduling appointments? Just make it walk-in clinic then! Even a walk-in clinic is faster than here!
A wonderful medical institution. I made an appointment with the doctor, the free time was on the same day in two hours. Waiting at the reception was no more than 10-15 minutes. A polite, friendly doctor. The problem with which I contacted was solved. Thank you!
