My daughter referred me to this clinic 3 years ago and every time l go there the staff is so friendly, my family doctor Dr. Orhadje is always amazing, he takes his time to examine the patient and offer you the best treatment. I would highly recommend this clinic. Just a tip, try to book an appointment for it gets very busy. I recommend Dr. Charles Orhadje as a family doctor

Very poor service, I was seen by a doctor for a few seconds and he was complaining about being by himself at the clinic and he didn’t listen to my concern.

Went to this clinic on Saturday. I was waiting more than one hour, the doctor totally ignored all my complaints about wet cough and other symptoms. I’ve been told everything is fine. Also he prescribed mouth wash and allergy nasal spray (I don’t have any allergies). On Monday went to another clinic because the symptoms get worst. So in another clinic doctor tells me its a severe lung infection and prescribed antibiotics.
PLEASE explain me why the doctor in your clinic prescribed me the nasal spray for allergies and mouth wash? Why he ignored what the patient symptoms are?
Definitely will never go back there again.

They tried to charge $400 to fill out a form that the doctor didn't "have time" to do it for a week. Extortion.

One of the few family clinics serving the Panorama community. The doctors are friendly and very professional. There is Alao a pharmacy within the same building which makes filling prescriptions easy. While the allow walk-ins, it’s best to book an appointment.

Arrived at the clinic at 7: 40pm only to find out that the doors were closed. After noticing a receptionist sitting there, I asked how come they are closed as it shows their hours of operations are 9am to 9pm.

The receptionist advised me that “just because it shows we are open from 9am to 9pm it doesn’t actually mean we work until 9pm”

As a result, we had to make a visit to an urgent care with a 2 hour wait, because a Dr decided he wanted to go home early today.

Stay away from this clinic as far away as possible.

I’ll start off by saying most of my reviews are typically positive, it takes really bad service for me to write a bad review. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would, after checking online to see that the hours of the walk-in clinic are open until 9pm I brought my daughter in with an eye infection, she was crying that it burns, I also have 3 other children that I wouldn’t want it spread to. So, thinking the sooner she can treatment the better. We walk into the clinic and it’s empty, and immediately the receptionist tells me they are closed, I asked her don’t you close at 9? She said yes, but it’s based on the amount of bookings they have. So you’re just sitting there open, not taking patients, I didn’t feel the need to argue with her, until I went to the pharmacy to see if they had a solution until I could see a doctor in the morning, while standing there, I see an man and his daughter attempt to walk in and sure enough the doctor will see them. I asked her what’s the difference between that child and mine she had the nerve to tell me that that child was crying and uncomfortable and that my children looked fine to her, meanwhile my child is crying and uncomfortable because her eyes are burning. She also tell me that they do not refuse care in emergency situations. But my child was just refused care. It was the worst service I have ever received from a walk-in clinic or otherwise and surprised by the discrimination against my child. I will never come back to this clinic and unless you want to take the risk of being turned away, I suggest you look elsewhere as well.

It says they're open Saturday. I am here on Saturday at 11: 00 AM, and they are not open. I ride the bus. I've wasted a bunch of time coming here. Maybe I should have called first, but why should I if I have no reason to think you're closed?

Extremely poor service. The receptionist said it would be a 30 minute wait ended up waiting an hour and a half to see the doctor just to be told the clinic was now closing and can no longer see me. Absolutely horrible

All my visits are very awesome, all the staff and team members are very friendly, very helpful, very supportive, very knowledgeable,
Very professional, they have answered all my questions and concerns, they all do a good job,

Reception Selam is super nice and patient. Also the doctor on duty today is very nice, too.

Had the absolutely worst experience at this clinic. I wish there was a zero star to indicate my experience with my kids. I received a call from the referral team at this location 3 times regarding my kids’ paediatrician appointment. On the day of the appointment, I excused myself from work and took my kids there only to be told that the appointment had been cancelled. No one ever bothered to give me a call after the appointment was cancelled or notify me in anyway but they never stopped ringing my phone to book the appointment in the first place. Such an absurd way to treat people!

Dr ashraf boktor is very impatient and rude doctor. Don't even know how to talk to patients. Feels like he is in depression.

I had to close 1 star to post, but if it was my choice they would get none.
I was refused medical attention for a ruptured eardrum because i choose not to wear a mask. I said “but I have a ruptured eardrum and it is quite painful” she turns to her co worker mocking me and says “ does a ruptured eardrum exempt this man from wearing a mask” and they laugh. So then I point out another woman behind the desk who is not even wearing her mask correctly up over her nose, and then she just pulled it up. I was told that the doctor would not see me if I don’t put a mask on, so I said that I will not be wearing one and that was pretty much it. Might I add that I was just at another walk-in (although not a medicentre) and not a single person was wearing a mask behind the desk or in the waiting area but their walk-in doctors were gone for the day. So now I am stuck waiting until Dec 4 when the other walk in doctors are available at the other clinic, hoping that I don’t get a serious infection because of it.
The level of professionalism and compassion displayed by this place was disgusting.

If there was a zero stars button I would click that instead. A relative of mine went in recently, she has very bad lungs. She has gotten very sick over the past few days, she can’t sleep and can’t eat. When she went into this place, she was greeted by the worst customer service I have ever heard of in my life. She waited hours despite having an appointment, and when she was able to see the doctor, the doctor suggested that she should just wait it out despite my relatives request for some sort of antibiotic or counter to her sickness, then the doctor dismissed her.these people do not know what they are talking about, are rude, and overall bad at what they do.

Went to this walk in clinic on a Thursday night. Wait times weren't very long even though the waiting room looked busy. The Dr on shift was really great with kids. And was very informative.

Not having a doctor and needing a referral I emailed in the morning and had a phone-in appointment early afternoon and received the needed referral after a helpful conversation with the doctor.

Closed the medic enter doors at 2: 50. Website shows they are open til 4 and receptionist tells me they close at 3. Terrible customer service.

The location of the clinic is ideal. I really appreciated the receptionist who was super friendly and welcoming not like the others where they are grumpy and rude.
I was seen by Dr Charles and he was very nice, and he has a friendly demeanour.
I highly recommend this clinic.

Wait times can be long, but that’s pretty standard across the board. The team here really cares and makes you feel comfortable. I do not live in the area anymore, but my wife and I will still come here whenever anything pops up.

Dr. Charles Orhadje is so nice and very knowledgeable. His service is always good and accurate. Recently I had my thumb deeply cut, I went several clinics, none of them gave me immediate response except Dr. Orhadje.

Unfortunately I can’t give negative stars. I usually don’t give negative reviews but this time calls for one. These guys are absolutely absurd. I’ve been dealing with my injury for 4 years now while dealing with WCB and the reception for the walk in says nope they can’t accept me because I have to see the doctor that opened my WCB case. WRONG! I can’t and shouldn’t go to the hospital for a small thing but apparently this lady says I do
My file was opened at the hospital as I had to go by ambulance and had to have surgery.
We’ve had problems with these guys like 6 years ago when our daughter was an toddler. They said she only had a cold but turned out she had ammonia.

Was thrilled to see it was one of the walk in clinics open until 9pm. Got there over an hour before 9pm and was turned away - said they were “closed” even though their official closing time is 9pm, with no one in the waiting room. Ridiculous. Front desk was also rude and unwelcoming. Change your hours if you are turning people away more than an hour before you “close”!

Have an appointment at 645pm for phone call only, nobody call, at 7pm I call for follow up if there still call me, the person I spoke saying wait, because there behind, the doctor will call you after 2 patient is done.until 930pm, nobody call.do you think this is a good clinic, why there accepting patient if the can't do it? Am so frustrated waiting for the call.

Been going to this location for at least five years now. Never had any issues. Staff has always been friendly and courteous to my parents, never had wait too long, and it’s always been a positive experience every visit!

Always courteous, quick service, never a long wait and (at least) one of the docs there is an absolute pleasure to deal with!

Friendly, courteous, prompt and helpful. Facility is very clean and everyone was very pleasant.

Called in right at open to save a walk in appointment spot for the evening.was told to call 15 minutes before getting there instead.so i called half an hour before and im told they’re fully booked and not taking anybody else? Super annoyed

I always have a good experience here. Dr. Orhadje is very patient, he listens and I never feel rushed. He is just a very good doctor overall. Highly recommend him.

Took 5 mins to see a doctor, everyone was professional, friendly and informative. Helped me quickly with my uti!

Worse, absolutely worse experience of our life! Our 15 month old had 40+ degrees fever, went to childrens and wait time was 5 hours, came here and front desk said dr already saw their max capacity which was 30 people and can’t see anymore. I said my baby is suffering please, she said he doesn’t get paid for any extra patients! I couldn’t believe my ears! Then i said can you pls go back and talk to him and explain that there’s a very I’ll baby, and even at emerg they couldn’t see him, I’m sure ethically as a dr hell quickly see him. She did, and they came out and said sorry, we advise u to go back to emerg as I don’t get paid, and u can call AHS and complain to them if you want! Thankful for the pharmacist at rexell who helped us a lot instead after knowing what had happened! Do not visit this place! You are just a number, and this dr’s license should be taken away. It is NOT dr. Boktor btw, it is someone else!

I was already having a bad day because of severe back pain and my day became even more worse when I went to this clinic because of the doctor that saw me. He was very rude as soon as he came in, with no bedside manner whatsoever. The way he examined me was also careless, causing me more pain than necessary. Doctor’s name was Charles Orhadji

Horrible place, Place you on hold for almost 30 mins. I just hung up. Seem like they never want to get back to your call. At least tell you how long u have to wait for until someone is going to answer.

Worst Customer service my ankle is twisted and doctor suggested me x ray yesterday today i went back to get the doctors note to get off from my work and they overcharged me for the same i was not asking a fake note i was genuinely in pain and could not work with a twisted ankle.
The doctor was very rude and said yesterday that i need 1 to two weeks rest but today he gave me only 3 days note and that too was paid 35 dollars for just writing that i am not physically fit to work.
Would he himself also stand and walk firmly in food industry for 8 hours if he was in the same situation and pain?

The receptionist was warm and friendly and was able to accommodate to my needs on short notice, doctors were helpful and very professional.

I wanted to see a dermatologist and went in 6 days ago asking Dr. Orhadje for a referral and still have yet to get one. I wasn’t given any writing for a referral and never received any calls from a dermatologist which the clinic said I would. Seemed like he didn’t really care about my needs and rushed the entire process while I was there. Going to start looking for a family doctor for myself. Very poor service and wouldn’t recommend my friends or family to go here.

Update: still have yet to hear from anyone. June 16th.

Very rude staff, Doctory Ashraf just wants to rush through the patients without actually hearing our concerns hesitant to request an X-ray but will charge 35$ for a note. Lady at the front can definitely go through some schooling and learn some manners. Worst experience ever!

They won't book appointments because apparently the doctor's don't like them. Save your time go somewhere with QUALIFIED doctors and staff.

Had very bad experience today, my sister was having lower abdomen pain, she couldn't tolerate it that was the only clinic open until 9pm. Receptionist ask her about the issues and went inside to inform doctor I guess, after she came back she deny to take us by saying no one is available which doesn't make sense to me. We were even ready to wait, we went as walk-in. But she asked us to make an appointment for the next day, I request her 'my sister is in pain' and she replied in that case take her to emergency. Seriously! Very disappointed, very rude response. Will never ever suggest this clinic to anyone.

Amazing experience!
This is a good clinic with courteous staff and short wait times even for a walk-in.
I have been here a couple of times for a Walk-in, each lasting at most 15 minutes

Super unprofessional. I had gotten a UTI and had gone to the doctor immediately, they were friendly however they did not treat me appropriately and so I've had to deal with symptoms of itching and burning until they contacted me telling me something I already knew, and they're just now giving me antibiotics. Thanks for making me wait painfully: (

I don't believe that there are actually people giving this place a 5 star rating. The only thing 5 star about this clinic is its Clinic Manager who is nice and professional. The same thing can't be said for Dr. Boktor though. I have never seen a doctor that seemed so rushed than Dr. Boktor. One time I took mom there when she was suffering from a UTI. She had a urine test done and then went into the waiting room. Dr. Boktor came in afterwards and simply handed her a prescription and left. No instructions on how to take the prescription and no attempt to examine the patient. We had to run down the hallway to track him down and ask him a few question as this was a problem we have never experienced before. His only answer was to "see your family doctor about this". To make matters worse, THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO ONE AFTER US AND WE WAITED FOR A TOTAL OF 30 SECONDS, SO THERE WAS NO ONE BEFORE US EITHER, which absolutely does not explain why he was so rushed. This happened to me as well when I saw him earlier (2018) for a cough that wouldn't go away. After explaining my symptoms to him, he immediately made the diagnosis of a sinus infection without looking at my sinuses. I had to go another doctor who made another diagnosis after properly examining me. The only positive is that this clinic has absolutely NO WAIT TIMES because its doctors act like they are working for free and rushes patients out in a matter of seconds. So I have come here a few times afterwards for prescription refills when my family doctor is booked full. THIS REVIEW IS POSTED UNDER A DIFFERENT NAME TO PREVENT RETRIBUTION AND TO HIDE THE PATIENT's PERSONAL RECORDS.

Nurse Atiya did a good job even though we were coming in late. She was patient and welcoming. Dr. Sarah too was awesome.

I just had the most wonderful experience at this clinic. Bev in the front was so kind and caring and was quick to get me what I needed. Dr Boktor understood what I needed and I was in and out very quickly. I felt safe given the covid outbreak as the office was very clean and all safety measures were being taken. A big thank you to Bev for being so kind and positive!

Dr. Sarah Alur is really really bad. She is really rude even with little kids too I had to wait for her about 2hours with 2 little kids.

I took my wife there on Saturday 3: 17 pm (they suppose to close at 4: 00 pm), we were not assisted since the receptionist denied to get us in. The waiting room was completely empty, the receptionist excuses that the doctor does not see anymore patients without any clear explanation. My wife was feeling really sore that hardly could walk. We expected better attention since I have taken my son twice before and the attention was great, however, today was really bad without kindness and good treat.

The wait time was pretty much non-existent but that was probably because it was not a busy day and they would close soon. I was seen by the doctor for 30 seconds and they said I needed no medication. Symptoms did not stop so I had to go to a better doctor and that actually prescribed me medicine. Symptoms got better immediately. Don't bother to go here.

The receptionists have always been kind and considerate. The doctors have always paid clear attention to all details of the medical issue I was suffering from and provided excellent care. When I have been referred to a hospital they've drafted a letter explaining their examination so I could be seen quickly in the ER

Dr. Sarah Alhur is an ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE doctor. She spent less than two minutes assessing the situation, and said “go home and rest, you should be fine in two days”

I rightfully had such little faith in her diagnosis, I immediately visited a different doctor at a different clinic who spent 15 plus minutes and requested labs. Within 24 hours a lab confirmed diagnosis was reached, the flu AND a bacterial sinus infection.

It’s doctors like Dr. Sarah Alhur who give the health care profession a bad name. I recommended she take the time to listen to her patients, ask follow up questions, and when in doubt request labs (or at least do a swab). If this is too hard to do.go back to med school.

I was going to come yesterday, but the wait was 3 hours so I thought I’d come super early today. Unfortunately, they didn’t bother to open today but couldn’t be bothered to let anyone know. Nothing on their website. I guess they just decided they didn’t wanna come to work today. There were 15 people lined up waiting when one of the Rexall staff let us know they’d sent an internal memo to the drug store staff saying they weren’t going to open today. They’re just the worst.

We are a new family and I tried calling to meet with a family physician that is available there, and there phone line doesn't even work nor the extension numbers. It was very frustrating and at the end I couldn't even reach the receptionist to make a appointment.

Go during off times. I walked in on a Tuesday at 3, no one in the waiting room, went right into a room. Saw a doctor after waiting maybe 10 minutes. Very friendly staff.

Just went in to have my child's wart treated. They were so friendly and kind doing a little magic trick at the end with the liquid nitrogen. They made an appointment that could have been terrible for my child the highlight of his day. Thanks:)

It’s too bad I can’t leave zero stars. I typically come here and usually never have an issue even though as other have stated they do have long wait times. The doctors are pretty good but the other staff are very discourteous. Last time I was there whoever receives the patients was more interested with her phone than actually intaking patients. I waited 15 minutes while she finished with her phone just to tell me the doctor is on lunch and I would have to come back in an hour.

Today I showed up at 3: 45 pm and the sign says they close at 4pm. The staff say “We are done” quite gleefully like they have escaped purgatory. One would expect a bit more apologetic and reason why you cant take a patient before you are officially closed especially with an empty waiting room.

It might be convenient but I’ll have my AHS dollars go elsewhere from now on. I suggest others do the same until they hire staff that care.

Edit: ended up in emergency an hour later, diagnosed and treated for pneumonia.

Horrible wait times. I was told the wait would be an hour so I left for an hour then returned as instructed and then waited an additional 2 hours past what I was told. I appreciate that it’s an estimated wait time but that’s incredibly off to say wait about 1 hour then it turn into over 2 hours. The reasoning according to staff is the doctor is very thorough so she spends long periods of time with patients which I can also appreciate but, when you have a waiting room full of people wondering why they are still waiting, that is poor time management. Either the doctor needs to manage time better so she can address all her patients who need to see her or they need more than one doctor in office to help with the patient load.

The worst staff and unprofessional clinic ever. The wait time of course is outrageous as many others have already mentioned. The clinic opened at 9 but the only doctor taking appointments and walkins came in at 9: 15! After that it was another 10 minutes until the first patient was called.

I am not coming back here again. I am not sure why the management and doctors aren’t paying attention to all these negative reviews and doing something with it. May be because people still show up in clinic out of sickness and misery so business is running fine, who cares about customer service!

I've always had a good experience in this clinic. But now that they don't open on Sundays they should change their hours

Personally, I’ve never had an issue with reception staff. They were always courteous, respectful and kind.

As far as medical staff is concerned, I have nothing but praise for Dr. Sarah Kennedy! Our family feels FORTUNATE that she is our family physician. She’s kind, empathetic, knowledgeable, helpful and will take the time to listen to and answer every question, regardless of how “silly” or “basic” the question may seem. She goes out of her way to take her time with you, real old school kind of way, when doctors cared about their patients, saw them as friends as opposed to just a “number”. Dr. Kennedy is beyond amazing! I would recommend her services to anyone looking for a new family physician.

The very bad management from the front staff makes me rate them with zero start not even one start.
It doesn't make any sense to me to call them today 10 February 2018 to ask see the family doctor and the lady there told me if you would like to see her come right away and after 30 minutes of drive, at the clinic told me you will not be able to see your doctor because she is busy while the clinic was almost empty. And I didn't got any answer why they did told me to come right away to see my doctor and now they said you cannot see her.
Actually I don't recommend this clinic to anyone and personally I am thinking to change my family doctor to be in another clinic where at least they know how to respect thier patients and have better management system.
